Children Fear to Hear ‘Allahu Akbar!”
Splendid item in the JG today, about the devastating effects of Islamist intolerance, especially that part concerning its evil effect on children.
I recommend readers check out the whole story, here http://www.thejakartaglobe.com/home/religious-intolerance-in-indonesia-strips-away-other-rights/581252 but the saddest part deserves to be quoted around the world, viz.
- Children are terrified seeing people dressing in Islamic garb and they are scared whenever they hear somebody chant ‘Allahu akbar’ because they think it means an attack.
For my part, that cry doesn’t actually scare me, but whenever I hear it I can’t help but remember Cikeusik.
-[
The murderous mob which martyred three innocent men in Banten Province on February 6th 2011 went about their wicked work amidst constant ululation of that phrase, a blasphemous mockery of the words ‘God is Great.’
And just as diabolical are those complicit in that heinous crime by standing back and letting it happen, i.e. the police, and those who, when a handful of the culprits were eventually detained and brought to ‘justice,’ turned the ‘trial’ into a farce, giving them sentences which would have been more appropriate to pick-pocketing, while simultaneously imprisoning one of the victims’ friends, for resisting the sectarian outrage.
Until the murderers are hanged – and nobody was even charged with murder – all the bleating by ‘moderates’ like Foreign Minister Marty,( who insulted the world’s intelligence by saying that in hindsight, whether the sense of justice is fully served, I don’t know… http://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2012/09/03/the-moderate-view-reporting-sectarian-violence-to-un-is-white-collar-crime/ stand exposed as rotten hypocrisy, at best.
We all know, Marty, and those children know, or at least sense, that justice for religious minorities is a rare phenomenon here.

Ross you go to far.
Every day we hear from our mosque that God is great.
Why would children fear it. Why do you talk of murder when you will have people hang?
Nobody who keep to the laws of God fears that call. It brings peace to our hearts.

Children fear it as it has become the chant of the ignorant and bigoted who commit murder most foul whilst burning and destroying the homes of their fellow Indonesians. I agree you should be outraged Naryan at the the cowardly acts of these creatures in the name of their religion..they remain liars and cowards.
