Dewi Persik – Tali Pocong Perawan Lagi?
As a big fan of dangdut songstress Dewi Persik, I am loathe to make negative comment on her exploits, but the latest news, that she has had surgery to renew her virginty -after, what, THREE marriages! – left me mildly wordless.
Not for long. Her best movie, in my opinion, was Tali Pocong Perawan, meaning ‘the rope that binds the shrouded corpse of an undeflowered maiden.’
Is Dewi’s latest life-style change a prelude to a re-launch of that very successful film?
Whatever, those of us who recall how she waggled her cute posterior boldly in defiance of the goat-beard nags of the MUI will still be ready to applaud her.

Can dika spell, or is that a kind of Javanese curse she’s put on the blog, or on Depe?
Some of the posts from Indonesians, the FPI bunch, are pretty badly written.
But fair enough, give them the chance to argue for their cause.
