Hang the Swine? But the EUSSR Would Stamp Its Little Foot!

Why the Hunt, if He Only Gets a Slap on the Wrist?

Jakarta Globe  21/6 reported that –

Umar Patek, the last remaining Bali bomber, was sentenced to 20 years in prison by the West Jakarta District Court on Thursday, receiving a much lower sentence than was demanded by prosecutors.

In a tightly guarded verdict reading, judges said that the court found convincing evidence that Patek, 45, a leading member of the Al Qaeda-linked Jemaah Islamiyah network, was involved in the October 2002 Bali bombing attacks that killed 202 people, mostly foreigners.  He was also found guilty for his role in Christmas Eve bombings at churches throughout the country in 2000,

This soppy, sorry sentence is simply a slap in the face for every family = Foriegn or local – that lost a son or daughter in the monstrous Bali bombing – and to the Indonesian Christians whose churches were attacked.

There is absolutely no reason why Patek should not share the fate of the Bali Pigs who were executed to worldwide approval a few years ago.

Bali Pigs

So why has he got off so lightly?

Before we criticise the judges in Jakarta, let’s just remember who wanted to save that terror trio’s skins, and who have been lobbying around town here in disgraceful disregard of the diplomatic principle of non-interference in the affairs of the host country.

For I was wrong to speak of ‘worldwide approval’ above – not only did IslamoNazis everywhere object to the executions, but so did the EU Commissars in Brussels! Heck, they’re so soft on those who slaughter innocents, they won’t even extradite to the USA unless America pledges to go easy on the killers.

The British Embassy for sure, and no doubt other outposts of the EUSSR’s deplorable PC agenda, has had its minions overtly participating in the Indonesian debate on the death penalty.

Not content with ignoring the wishes of the UK population on the need for the restoration of capital punishment, Cameron has allowed, nay, authorised his lackeys in Jakarta to preach against the only sensible sanction in cases like Patek’s. Why? Because Brussels says he must!

So if we are outraged, let”s point the finger of blame in the right direction.
