Jangan Ke Starbucks Lagi! Tolak ‘Gay’ Marriage! (Bahasa Inggris/Bahasa Indonesia)
Starbucks exploitation of its commercial clout to promote so-called ‘gay’ marriage was never more ‘in your face’ than at its annual meeting last week, when one share-holder was, basically, told to get lost by the pro-homo CEO Howard Shultz.
——————————————
=================
Thanks to AFA’s Focal Point program, we can see and hear what happened!
Bryan Fischer interviewed Starbucks shareholder Tom Strobhar…the interview includes a clip of Mr. Shultz’ comments, is available here.
Meanwhile, we repost the Bahasa Indonesia appeal from last year, and urge our local readers to post it on their religious or other useful websites. https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2012/05/25/ayo-bacalah-bahasa-indonesia-boikot-starbucks/

Laugh, indeed he did. He also quiet rightly pointed out that if you don’t like the policy you can sell the stock with the 38% returns. I purchased a small parcel when I heard that. I do admire a man who will not be pushed around by religious louts.

Still banging the pro-homo drum. Yonks?
Okay, your views are a standing reproach to whatever democratic principles you purport to support.
The man who protested at Starbucks AGM may or may not have neen religious, but to slur his stance as a ‘lout’ simply shows you are a bigot.
Nothing loutish about asking a question at a share-holders’ meeting you are entitled to attend.
Grow up, Yonks, your prejudice against normal people has made you crazy.

No Ross, he didn’t just ask a question as well you know. He attempted along with others to insist that the CEO adopt discriminatory practices that happen to align with his narrow, bigoted view of the world. The CEO quiet rightly told him to take his bigoted views and money elsewhere. A very principled stand against louts and bullies

Neither a lout, nor a bully, he exercised his right as a shareholder to speak up at the meeting.
The pro-homo CEO replied that he wouldn’t heed this advice, not in the interests of the comany’s profits but to pander to the deviant agenda.
The real bullies on this issue are the pink nazis and their ilk, reported most recently shutting down that Scots church service.
Pity you can’t find a better use for tihs lovely sunny holiday except to misrepresent and abuse decent people.

Chuckle you do not let the facts get in the way of a good rant do you Ross? I don’t think the CEO was too worried about the company profits at 38% return.

What, I’m supposed to respond to this moronic ‘comment’ – ‘chuckle,’ followed by a meaningless diatribe, followed by a no-sequitur.
You’d best man up and tell us who you are, Yonks, you begin to sound like the Un-Australian Oik.
Now he DID get banned, sfter he lied about his so-called martial exploits then quivered when asked to give his name, rank and number.
I trust you have more integrity than that sorry specimen.

Now Ross, do try and be civil. As a business man I would hardly call 38% return moronic.
Seriously? name, rank and serial number??. Oh my, you are taking prisoners of war now.

You exemplify what I mean by your deliberate distortion of what I said, The % return was not ‘moronic,’ your comment was, meaningless and inaccurate. However, you seem to have boosted the comment total tonight, so even though, as so often, you avoid the issue and conceal your ID as as completely as the aspect you claimed not to have concealed earlier in this discussion, we’ll cut you a wee bit more slack.
If you’ll stop insulting people as ‘racist and xenophobic,’ when they are usually just concerned citizens who care for their country, I might, perhaps, be more civil to you. But it’s hard work when you won;t debate.

Don’t blame you for getting ticked off with this guy, Ross. He won’t answer any points you make, just gets louder and louder.
I found that Guardian article, read it and it rings true.
If the same goes for our asylumers in Canada, and it does, in the light of those Tamils going ‘home’ for vacations, we’re been taken to the cleaners.

Bizarre word you guys live in. Sorry Arnie each and every one of Ross’s refugee myths was answered in detail using verified statistical data. I know it does not fit the narrow band outlook of the insecure but that is the difference. Ross, as I said ban ifyou like, who cares but it will be a sad day and I would be the first to ignore the loony rights attempt to define what constitutes debate.

Sounds even more incoherent than usual, even by your standards.
I assume you have been celebrating the long weekend.
Perhaps tomorrow you will be fresher and prepared to debate, a challenge you have yet to rise to – it means examining what the other side says, not ignoring it and charging on, shrilling your battle-cry of ‘bureaucrat stats are irrefutable!’ .

Laugh, Free tip…Ross do try and avoid the humourous and insulting posts. You simply are not very good at it.
So the police are faking crime stats, housing commission are faking housing stats, department of labour are faking job stats…oh please…really?

Your dislike of humour is no surprise – your own comments are a source of horrifed merriment to many, and I sometimes assume you are some sort of far-right fifth columnist, seeking to discredit the left-libs with your outlandish and abusive rants at all and sundry.
And BTW, when you get agitated like that, your disguise slips. Name rank and number may not be forthcoming, but that Un-Australian shrilling is very familiar.

What’s ‘insecure’ got to do with it?
Ross, I do find fault with your strident tone sometimes, and you make mistakes like we all do.
But Yonks is out of order. He says he has answered the points made but he either didn’t read the SMH article or he cant comment because there is no way these reporters made up their story and if it is true then any stats that say 95% of Australia’s asylum-seekers are honest get shot down in flames.
Yonks is just being irresponsible.

Unfortunately, Jazpen, he’s also being dishonest, posing under yet another pseudonym. He has been banned already from our blog because of his refusal to shape up and behave in an honourable way, but although i suspected it was him back again, he was sly enough to begin in a reasonably rational tone.
Confornted by criticism, and sources that irk him, he has reverted to type, not just an argumentative left-lib, of whom we have had more than a few, but a somewhat incoherently abusive bigot, unwilling to debate at all.
Even angry little Stephanie (who is NOT a relative, so far as I know!) is probably going by her own name, but the Un-Australian Oik never has the cojones to own up to his true identity.
So he’s banned…or rather still banned, a bit like that crimmigrant in Canada who was deported before, oozed back in, and has just got deported again!

I dont blame you, Ross. but it is a pity you haven’t got somebody leftwing who thinks like Yonks on the issues but would really be interested in arguing the cases, instead of insulting or shouting everybody down that disagrees with him.
i dont think vojo is leftwing enough to fit the bill!
We could relax in the middle and enjoy a real argument.

I noticed this is being looked at a lot even though it was published over five years ago.
Like you, I never spend any money at Starbucks.
Their boss is another of these far-left millionaires and I can see no reason to help him make even more generous contributions to enemy causes.
You were quite in order, banning the rude leftwing commenter.
He was obviously not interested in debating the issues. That sort hardly ever can.
