Empty Threat from Empty Head, Yet Bias Dogs Abbott

Somebody named Katy Perry told Tony Abbott she wouldn’t vote for him – evidently unaware that as an American she can’t vote in Australian elections.

  • Katy Perry live Ms Perry
The name was vaguely familiar, so I zoomed back through RRA and found that we gave her Jakarta concert a mention last year, though with a warning note that she had ‘some very unhealthy attitudes.’https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2011/12/30/katy-perry-is-coming-to-jakarta-in-three-weeks/

I’m sure Abbott’s quaking in his boots at this US bimbo’s empty threat – seems she’s uptight about his stance on elevating deviant menages to legal parity with real marriage!

  • But a more serious threat is the sometimes overt, but often more subliminal, media bias towards his Coalition’s electoral campaign, which is doing well with the electorate but not with the effete journo establishment.

And it’s not just ABC and other hot-beds of  pinko prejudice either!

Fox News showed a shocking disregard of its own slogans about free and fair reporting last week, when it featured a standard example of slanted coverage, the use of the word ‘gaffe’ to describe any statement by Abbott which conflicts with the left-lib perspective on the world, viz –
Abbott’s campaign has been littered with gaffes this week, including on gay marriage Tuesday when he said: “I’m not someone who wants to see radical change based on the fashion of the moment.”http://www.foxnews.com/world/2013/08/14/katy-perry-confronts-australia-abbott-on-gay-marriage/

That’s no gaffe………….

(dictionary definitions   1- a breach of sensibility and good taste   2 an error made by a politician that is reported to the public)

…but a fairly widely-held view of the whole ‘gay’ agenda.

The very idea of two queers getting ‘married’ would have been aired only as part of some dirty joke ten or twenty years ago. Now suddenly it’s flavour of the month. – or, as Abbott says, ‘fashion of the moment.’

Some people may think re-defintion of an age-old institution to appease a strident, maladjusted minority is just jim dandy.

But that is no excuse for media meant to be objective slurring those who don’t think so.

As to which point of view commands majority support in Oz, there’s an easy way to find out – Kevin Rudd suggested a referendum a month ago but has now chucked the idea of democratic consultation because the queer lobby fears it will turn the spotlight on their unwholesome agenda.

C’mon. Tony, fair go – referndmlet peole vote
