Yahoo Disaster – Fire Mayer, Bring Back Classic!

I had assumed I was alone in my plight, the useless Yahoo let-downs again, but I have learned I was in multitudinous company.

I found an excellent article explaining how that Marissa Mayer doesn’t seem to know her cookies from her crumbs.




What’s most irksome is her pretended interest in the customers – Yahoo kicked us all in the teeth when they forcibly drove us out of the Classic system, which was simple and relatively problem-free.




Since that irrational dis-service to customers, it’s gone from bad to worse. And their so-called Customer Service still doesn’t.

Serve customers, that is!

I hang in, readying to switch to Gmail, but still hoping she might get replaced by somebody with the sense to give us back the good old days.
