Ludicrously, the stupid soft rules won’t allow for that, as this case currently stands, though thankfully Scott Morrison is aiming to do something bout that. “Granting of a permanent visa reduces the flexibility and opportunity to deal with these types of matters and the government is now considering the case under the character provisions of the Act,” he said.

• Because that klutz should not be sitting in judgement in any court. If he turns loose predators, and the predators strike again, it’s that magistrate who merits punishment.
