N.K. Despot Demands US Ban Film – Will Obama Grovel, Again?

The Interview
James Franco, left, and Seth Rogen -with NK’s Loony Tyrant

Would anyone have objected strongly if Hitler had been assassinated? Did anyone regret the death of Romania’s Ceausescu? Would anyone but latte-slurping pinkos be upset if either or both Castro brothers got taken out?

Hardly.

And the despatch of North Korea’s tyrant to Hell would be a consummation devoutly to be blessed.

But it’s not on the cards, as the nasty little brute is protected by the police state apparatus he and his predecessors have sedulously constructed, while his subjects starve, resorting to cannibalism to survive, those daring to criticise being consigned to huge concentration camps.

  • But in the movies, we can savour the prospect, later this year!

UNITED NATIONS – North Korea has complained to the United Nations about a film starring Seth Rogen and James Franco, accusing the United States of sponsoring terrorism and committing an act of war by allowing production of a movie about a plot to kill its leader, Kim Jong Un.

“The Interview” is all about a pair of Yanks recruited by the CIA to assassinate the turd. The reviews make it sound promising! But Pyongyang’s envoy to the UN, Ja Song Nam, is beside himself!

“To allow the production and distribution of such a film on the assassination of an incumbent head of a sovereign state should be regarded as the most undisguised sponsoring of terrorism as well as an act of war…the United States authorities should take immediate and appropriate actions to ban the production and distribution of the aforementioned film; otherwise, it will be fully responsible for encouraging and sponsoring terrorism!” http://www.torontosun.com/2014/07/09/north-korea-complains-to-un-about-rogen-franco-film

Banning movies is bad news.

We had the state’s sectarian censors here in Indonesia banning Noah – they took umbrage at its odd slant on religion, so none of us were allowed to see it. (NB -It was rubbish, but that’s not the point!)

‘Noah’ Banned – Who’s Next? State Censors or Sectarian Enforcers?

Two years ago, SCTV here suppressed the planned showing of a pro-tolerance film, because a bunch of IslamoNazi thugs showed up at their offices, threatening mayhem. https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2011/08/29/as-anger-mounts-over-sctvs-cowardice-islamonazis-widen-the-net-well-attack-at-all-costs/

Months later, it was screened, but their excuses at the time demonstrated a moral cowardice sickening to behold.

Nor is that the only example of bigot censorship here.

‘Cinta Tapi Beda!’ – First Blood to IslamoNazis!

So what will happen in the UN, with regard to this nonsense?

Who gives a sh#t? The UN is a waste of space.

But in America, where, alas, Obama would never authorise such a sensible mission against the Korean creepoid?

He dare not consider banning the film, because the USA has freedom of expression – for the time being, though I’m sure Obama’s working on that.

Will he instead publish a grovelling message of regret?

Who knows?

But he’s got lots of experience in that field!
