Turkey Sat Out WW2, Now Slanders Dutch Who Fought!
The Netherlands was invaded and occupied by Nazi Germany in World War II. The Dutch Queen and her government-in-exile in London were faithful allies.
-
Dutch pilots joined the RAF in the battle of Britain and their armed forces fought alongside British and Canadian forces when they crossed the Channel.
Holland suffered under German rule but was liberated in 1945. My Dad was part of that liberation. I still have the little wooden shoes with the Dutch flag on them which he brought home.
Turkey stayed comfortably neutral.
So how dare that arrogant Islamist mutt Erdogan insult the Dutch as “Nazi remnants and fascists.”

As in Austria…Austria Faces Down Erdogan’s Arrogance …the uppity Turks reckoned they could strut about electioneering other people’s countries stirring up their diaspora for Erdolf’s referendum.
One of his flunkeys was on the way, but the rally was banned for security reasons, and the minister’s plane was then refused permission to land.
Quite right. But now Ankara is issuing blustering threats.
“Ban our foreign minister from flying however much you like, but from now on, let’s see how your flights will land in Turkey.”
Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu also warned Turkey would impose heavy sanctions if his visit were blocked.
Trying to deal with this freako rationally is an absolute waste of time.
European governments naively thought he could be trusted when they offered billions in bribes if he’d simply do his job and control his own borders to contain the crimmigrant horde.

I agree, Erdogan is leader of a rogue state.
You before talked about support for the Kurds and that is also good because self-determination is a universally recognised right for nations large and small.
The Kurds I see fighting in the Middle East always show many more civilized outlooks than most of their neighbours.

Kick out their politicians and then kick out those Turk voters they are after.
If Turks want to be part of Erdogan’s brave new caliphate, they should be sent to enjoy it, not allowed to poison European societies..
