Brussels Bully Backs Off – Salute Those Valiant Poles!
This Dutchman is evil, an enemy to every patriot in every single European nation.

Timmermans
=
Frans Timmermans, the Dutch vice-president of the European Commission, said that “diversity was the future of the world,” and that Eastern European nations would just have to “get used to that.”
=====
When we covered that explicit enunciation by the EuroCommissar of his cultural marxist loathing of national identity, we dubbed him The Toad.
But this week we read in EUObserver that, after a year or more of attempted intimidation, the European Commission will not try to impose sanctions on Poland over its breaches of the rule of law any time soon.
Please note – EUObs bias is on display!
Not ‘alleged breaches‘ but just swallowing whole the vicious Brussels bully line, in which Timmermans has eagerly played the role of witch-finder-general.

0000000000000
As anyone who has really looked at the issues will know, the patriotic Polish government of Beata Szydlo got a huge electoral mandate, but its Europhiliac predecessor had stacked the constitutional court before they were ousted by the voters.

———
Even EUObs obliquely acknowledges that, when it says that President Andrzej Duda has blocked judges appointed by the last parliament from being sworn in.
——-
But when the Polish parliament tried to right the wrong done by the defeated left-liberals, by installing a new court chairman, Brussels decided they had no right to run their own affairs, declaring the Poles’ elected representatives were in breach of the constitution.
This disgraceful intrusion into the internal politics of a sovereign nation was slapped down by Warsaw as “political interference.”

Good for Poland!
And now, pathetically, the Dutch dastard has bottled out. Despite ranting to his pinko pals on the civic liberties committee that “the situation is getting worse,” he was quick to whine that “invoking Article 7 now would be self-defeating…” https://euobserver.com/institutional/137346
—————————
In fact, the nasty political thug has found himself circumscribed by political realities!
Article 7, ( i.e. sanctions) depends on unanimity in the EU Council, and the report notes that Hungary’s Viktor Orban and UK’s Theresa May are likely to wield their veto.
=====

========
Orban is an heroic figure, but I’m surprised Mrs. May gets such a mention.
-
If it’s so, good on ya, Theresa.
-
And even were the Netherlands Nasty to try to get round unanimity rules, the same sympathetic reporter tells us that he’d likely struggle to find the necessary number of countries to establish that there was a threat to the rule of law in Poland.
-
This step, unlike the unanimity on sanctions, requires the backing of 22 member states.
-
And all those mouthy moochers in Strasbourg, the ‘European Parliament,’ doesn’t, for once, want to muscle in –… few of them are keen…they want the commission to do its part and then let blame for vetoes fall on the council.” https://euobserver.com/institutional/137346
Poland, like France, Holland and the rest would surely be…yes…

Thanks a million for your friendship to Poland and for telling more people what my cousins in Poland know very well.
The European Union wants to put its hero Tusk’s comrades back in power. in government and in the state media.
Soros also gives much money to NGO activicts who try to advance the EU subversion of Polish democracy and independence

The Poles are brave and like the Hungarians and Czechs had much experience of indoctrination under USSR control. I read in your blog before now that you think this helps them since they got back freedom now to resist the indoctrination of the Western media and the NGO propaganda.
It isl like the African Christians now who really believe in the Bible and can bring back the Western churches that have fallen into error.
