As the civilised nations of Europe face massive incursions by alien savages, Mogherini has revealed REALLY, REALLY serious steps to counter the threat.
Maybe not quite the steps most people would cheer.
No raids against the harbours whence they embark, no naval embargo/corridor to prevent their setting sail, no significant return of illegals from Italy or Greece, no turn-about of their bludger boats back into Libyan territorial waters.

What Marxist Mogherini has proposed is infinitely more dynamic and purposeful –
No more inflatable boat exports to Libya!

Eve the BBC had to recognise the essentially retard nature of the proposal.
The restrictions will not apply to legitimate Libyan businesses, such as fishing crews, an EU statement said. It is not clear how the EU will check that such exports do not end up in the wrong hands in the lawless country.
