Rees-Mogg Rumble- Who Really Is ‘Divisive?’

So Jacob Rees-Mogg stepped in to stop a scuffle between a pack of masked cowards and someone else.

News, I suppose, and had there been more than half-a-dozen Red Nazis hiding behind their dark glasses and/or masks, it might have been more serious.

  • However, what interested me more than the incident was the Guardian’s sly attempt to insert its own anti-conservative prejudice, with these fatuous words.

Rees-Mogg, the hack warns us, is seen as a divisive figure because of his rightwing views.

No, hack, he’s not!

Except by a minority of left-liberals, and of course the Red Nazis who by their own admission were not up to arguing with the man, only in shouting him down,

We’ve noticed this use of the word ‘divisive‘ before as a sly way to slant the news.

Who gets to be labelled ‘divisive?’

Corbyn’s pro-terrorist views are not shared by anything like a majority of Brits…

…but does the Guardian insert in its reports of his activities any assertions that he is seen as a divisive figure because of his LEFTWING views?

What about Corbyn’s ex, that ghastly racist Diane Abbott?

Does the Guardian include references to the fact that Ms. Abbott is seen as a divisive figure because of her RACIST views?

Not that I’ve seen!
