BIAS? Didn’t EUObserver Dip Into The Soros Trough?

We are not funded by the EU institutions. We generate our own income from subscriptionsadvertising and news-syndication. We also receive institutional grant support from the Adessium Foundation…https://euobserver.com/static/about

But that’s not the whole story. We checked their own website and learned that in 2016 no less than a quarter of their income came from ‘grants.’

==

From whom?

It doesn’t say.

But we DO know that, by their own admission, EUobserver has had its snout in the Soros-funded Open Society trough.

In 2014, we were awarded a project grant from the Open Society Foundations

So it’s up to you if you accept their claim that they are committed to achieving the highest standards of due accuracy and impartiality.

But before you do, here’s just a taste of their tainted Sorosoid journalism.

The first official meeting between EU chief negotiator Michel Barnier and leading Brexit campaigner, MEP Nigel Farage has no impact on the talks, but gave a chance for the former UKIP leader to boast.     https://euobserver.com/uk-referendum/140469

Like, who says?

Just some little bint named Eszter Zalan, the EUObserver hackette who rabbits on for several more paragraphs without giving ANY evidence either that Nigel had ‘no impact’ or any example of a ‘boast.’

Barnier issued no statement on whether or not the leading British freedom-fighter had a major or minor impact, or none at all, as Zalan, dismissively and without evidence, claims.

We’ve run across this Hungarian leftist before, in 2017, when she introduced another ‘report’ – aka propaganda cr-p  – on her own country with this bleeding heart drivel.

Hungarians are expected to reject mandatory quotas of asylum seekers in PM Orban’s migration referendum, as hearts harden in a cynical campaign ttps://euobserver.com/migration/135221

Hearts harden?

Cynical?

Impartial reporting par excellence, yeah?

And on another occasion she sank to absurd depths to smear Ted Malloch, an American she clearly doesn’t like.

Comrade Zalan has expanded traditional smear strategies by a leap and a bound, so that the new standard includes waving at people you know..

He showed signs of closeness to the EU’s far-right enemies, however.

At the start of his remarks on Tuesday, Malloch WAVED ( RRA emphasis!)  to a Romanian MEP, Laurentiu Rebega, in the audience, who hailed from the the same far-right Europe of Nations and Freedom (ENF) group as the French far-right populist, Marine Le Pen.    https://euobserver.com/foreign/138002

Be careful who you wave to, if Zalan the Zealot’s about!
