To be fair to Pink News, they quote extensively from Mr. Craig’s wise musings on the issue, only adding predictable adjective like ‘extreme’ and ‘shocking!’
So I will do the same, minus their adjectives!

We do need a patriotic party
But I think so many have lost faith in Ukip now that it would be an impossible task to rebuild confidence.
That Crowther was excess baggage and his intolerance did put off a lot of people, I have no idea if he is still in the party but he shouldn’t be,
.
Even though I like Nigel Farage, he too never showed much enthusiasm for the fight against Cameron’s destruction of the institution of marriage.
If I am not mistaken, May’s witch-hut against the Isle of Wight Tory MP was applauded by the local Ukip group. I know quite a few people were not happy and gave up supporting the party as a result.

Your article has got me thinking about politics again, after a long break.
Not many people change their mind 100% on fundamental moral issues and we are still waiting for the Camerons and Mays to give us an honest explanation for their u-turns.
We know there are a lot of queers in the media, the BBC being the worst but in other media too..
Were these amoral Tories pressured to switch sides? They quickly surrounded themselves with queers, almost like minders.
Suspicious.
When Ukip started getting popular many of us ‘social conservatives’ saw a last chance to get Britain cleaned up but then we had the Crowthers floated to the top for no good reason we could divine.
That was when some of us as you say were forced out and the rest of us took the hint that we were unwelcome and stopped taking an active part.
Now Ukip membership has decreased and if Craig speaks for the party we will rejoin. By weight of numbers it could be a real conservative alternative, instead of just a single issue Brexit party.
I am going to wait and see for a while.
If Craig is disowned by Ukip or gagged, they can count me out.
If there’s real hope though, I will be there to help.

I was so happy when UKIP won that European election and so disappointed when they did so badly in the last General Election, although they did still get more votes than the Lib Dems but no seats because of the voting system.
I think this man’s ideas are very good because first of all he’s correct and secondly there are millions of us who the old parties don’t represent and don’t care about.
If we talk like Mr. Craig we get insulted for saying what everybody would have said when my parents were around. Most people never changed their minds but have been bullied into pretending they think abnormal behaviour is normal.
With a strong policy against the bullies, UKIP could soar.

I understand your view and have considerable sympathy with what you say but if I’m to be candid, it may be that the public has so long been hosed down with constant ‘gay’ propaganda that Alan Craig’s appeal would be limited.
All the patriotic parties that do well in Europe base their campaigns on nationalism, resistance to the migrant invasion, rather than traditional moral values.. As you know, AfD in Germany even has a lesbian leader.
Obviously, the gaystapo assaults on free speech and individual rights should be a concern and their intimidation countered, but I don’t think there is much appetite for a total roll-back.

He must be one of the few politicians left in the UK to have the courage to speak like that.
Theresa May has outlawed conservatism in the Conservative Party so any Tories who are hanging on there should move over to UKIP, as I have done, and help him give us an alternative in the next election.
