I would like to say European governments must be crazy to hand out all that money to an Islamist dictator who has his own infiltrator army in Germany and other countries.
But we Americans still treat him as a NATO ally, so I am in no position to preach at Europe.
Those billions could be spent arming the Kurds to defend themselves.
