‘French’ Suburbs? C’mon, Let’s Get Real, Leftal!
Here we go again!
‘I felt insulted…’ is the bleat we read in the story published by The Leftal, that France won’t splurge multi-millions…where?

‘Insulted?’
More whiners feeling offended because the tax-trough isn’t gouged deeply enough to sate their craving for French citizens’ cash.
Macron is preparing to spend tons of money (but not as much as they feel entitled to!)on what The Leftal calls poor neighbourhoods…

But are they actually French suburbs, other than in terms of their geographical location?
Even The Leftal admits that the target areas include the largely immigrant suburbs of Paris…
…and certainly some, a lot, of those largely immigrant suburbs are in bad shape.
Not least because of the arson and rioting in the not so distant past…

…when mobs of primitive savages ran amok.
It’s not hard to understand why private businesses won’t invest there, and until the savages are properly subdued, I dare say the real French people of Paris may take a dim view of Macron pouring public money into the banlieues…

…or, as the latest Gatestone article very accurately describes these NO-GO areas, the Sensitive Urban Zones (zones urbaines sensibles, ZUS) https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/12362/france-macron-no-go-zones
Gatestone’s piece suggests even Macron has enough smarts not to lavish largesse on the ZUS – throwing good money after bad never makes sense.
But Macron is a liberal.
And a Europhiliac.

There are some 1100 “zones de non droit” (no go aerias) and 14 full towns where the writ of the government does not apply. The police dare not go into them and negotiate with the “caid” (top ganster) to keep the peace there. In other words parts or France are under foreign rule and the state is too weak or too scared to crack down on them. As to Macron, he belong to the Rothschilds banking system who have always benefited from chaos.

Brings to mind Thatcher’s biggest mistake, after the 80s riots. She should have used the army for a show of force that would have cowed the animals into good behaviour for years.
Where she erred was that she forgot to be the Iron Lady and allowed Heseltine to go into the dens with a pot of gold and spread money around. The animals were not stupid and made the logical deduction, make enough trouble and get bought off.
Macron may have read about that period in British history. If the French are lucky he may have learned from it.
