‘Distasteful?’ Damnable, Honouring Cop-Killer Countess!
It might have been better to disinter the treasonous vixen and place her skull on a pike on London Bridge.
Better for sure than to place Countess Markievicz’ portrait in the Parliament of the realm she waged war on.
Inclusion of Sinn Fein MP’s portrait in Westminster exhibition branded …
oooooooooooooooooooooooooo

This woman murdered an unarmed police officer.
For the Speaker of Eire’s legislature to graciously donate it for a House of Commons exhibition is surely a calculated insult.
More importantly, who on the British side authorised its acceptance?
Born in London to upper-crust parents, she married a Polish ‘Count’ of debatable nobility, hence her title, but she evidently absorbed neither sense nor sensitivity from her Polish connection.
Poland, after all, was struggling for self-determination, while the spouse of the ‘Count’ was a fanatical participant in a movement – Sinn Fein – sworn to deny self-determination to the British people of Ulster.
The excuse for the current inclusion of the Sinn Fein bitch’s picture in the Westminster display is that she was the first woman elected as an MP.
But she never took the oath! She never sat in the Commons!
In fact she served in the Dublin Government after the separatists took Southern Ireland out of the UK.

The infamous De Valera was there when she died in 1927, and gave a eulogy at her burial – much as he paid his condolences in 1945 on the death of Adolf Hitler.

As Jim Alister of TUV sensibly observed-“She never made any impact in the Commons, she never went to the Commons, so I don’t think it’s appropriate given that circumstance.”

Good for you, Ross.
A lot of our politicians here are having a go at them in Dublin that sent the picture to London, but the real villain as you say is whoever agreed to put it on show in our House of Commons.
It’s not even the real painting, just a copy.
Burn the bloody thing.

Maas is like a nazi himself, he hates us if we vote against his red party and he likes the foregn illegals more than us.
Von Stauffenberg had good ideas for saving Germany from dangerous leaders.
We need a new Von Stauffenberg today.

Use it for a darts target.
Those MPs have a big free bar in their House, dont they, so there must be a darts board.
