Spain is messed up. Nobody to blame but themselves for not opening fire on the invaders.

Take away the expenses run up by the Commissioners and the MEPs and give Spain that.
Somehow I do not for a minute think either group would vote for any such self-sacrifice.
Much more fun to take it from our pockets, whether we want it to be taken or not.
