How uplifting. I take back all , or much, of what I have said about Belgium, which was based on that ‘Ghastly Guy’ Verhofstadt MEP and the funny-looking Rompuy, the EU stooge who has in any event retired.
I knew there must be good Belgians and this is one of them.
