Once again we see German courts obstruct justice, by sending a convicted terrorist to safety instead of acceding to an American extradition request.

And Mama Stasi Merkel, through her ministerial minions, has made it clear she sees nothing wrong with this disgraceful move.

However, Maas evidently feels that when the courts subvert justice, he can wash his hands, Pontius Pilate-style, of the matter….’Yilmaz’s deportation was a decision of the independent justice system and followed the rule of law,’ DW quotes his ministry flunkeys.

The court in Frankfurt, either in ignorance of, or indifference to, the facts of the case claimed that ‘extradition could have only occurred if the Americans said they would restrict the charges to crimes not already punished..” but of course that terror scheme in Asia was NOT what the jihadist pig had done time for in Germany.

The Americans filed info to clarify this (which the authorities in Hessen state surely knew well!) but those same authorities had whisked the pig to safety in Erdolf-Land, where he was picked up by ‘Turkish counterterrorism forces’ – but it is ‘unclear’ what if any steps will be taken there in response to representations from Washington.

Would it not be acutely paradoxical if the Islamist regime of Erdogan were to showed a a greater sense of responsibility, a greater grasp of moral clarity, than the country currently misgoverned by Europe’s most dangerous leader.
