Salvini Squares Up To Left-Biased Judge-Jerks!
That’s how one Italian judge, a certain Carlo Sorgi, justifies another’s blatantly partisan political pronouncements.
=

Sorgi
==
The fact that judges are supposed to be above politics must have passed Sorgi by – and not just in the case of the woman whose bias he’s defending.
=

Justice? How impartial are judges who take extremist -or any – public positions against laws that don’t suit their prejudices – in this case, pro-crimmigrant prejudices!
============
His own outrageous intrusion into politics is explicitly recorded by the Guardian hack, who tells us ( without seemingly grasping how inappropriate such misconduct is) that Sorgi, secretary of the Bologna unit of the Democratic Judiciary association…
=
=
…was among 60 magistrates in the city who signed a petition in January against Salvini’s policies, which have included closing the ports to migrant rescue ships, evicting people from refugee centres and dismantling integration projects.
Yes – magistrates are entitled to ‘have an opinion,’ as much as the rest of us, but when they have undertaken an impartial judicial role as their chosen career, they have a clear legal and moral duty to KEEP THEIR OPINIONS TO THEMSELVES!
=

=
Given such blatant and arrogant challenges to the legally-elected government, the very least Matteo Salvini could do is what he’s done – asked…
=

…the state attorney to examine whether the magistrates should have abstained from passing verdicts in cases involving immigrants because their opinions conflict with government policy on security and immigration.
Exactly!
If it turns out that they handed down soft sentences on crimmigrants who appeared before them…

…or indeed harsh sentences on Italians whom they knew were supporters of patriot parties ill-disposed towards the crimmigrants these judges are so fond of…
=

=
…then it’s time to replace them with appointments of men and women who understand that judges should not be self-declared pro-crimmigrant agitators!

He is just what we need in America, where too many Obama appointed judges are still using their power against the people.
Salvini understands that judges should not have a political agenda.
If the judges don’t understand that, they should be forced out.

Imagine Macron standing up to that French clown-court that let Herou walk after he was caught aiding and abetting illegals?
Never gonna happen. No chance he’d speak up or act to discipline the traitors, because Macron is a liberal.
Lucky Italy, to have a patriot in power!
