Look Here, Gere! Learn Some Manners!
No more surprised by France24’s biased news reader than by that faded ‘star’ Richard Gere, whom F24’s hack said was known as ‘an officer and a gentleman’ – a bit like saying Sean Connery is known as a spy!
The roles that actors play are not reflective of their real-life identities.

We know about Gere’s far-left pro-crimmigrant views, and have written about them before…
…when he insulted his own country’s President while frolicking in Berlin.
But his arrogance is such that he was reported yesterday as ‘welcoming’ a boat-load of illegal aliens on the Mediterranean.

The Med is not Gere’s domain.
He is not entitled to ‘welcome’ anyone there.
Nor is he entitled to say he is ‘shamed’ by Italy’s ( and Malta’s – Malta’s Migrant Terror Scum! UN To The Rescue! } ) disinclination to admit this latest crimmigrant cargo.
Given how Italians have suffered from the uninvited alien tsunami…

…….Gere is certainly in no position to describe as ‘crazy’ the new Italian law, aimed at deterring those insolent fanatics who pick up batches of wannabe bludgers and bring them to where they’re not wanted!
-
There are about a hundred aliens on the vessel we saw Gere board this morning.

He’s a millionaire, with at least one big mansion, so why won’t he practise what he preaches and invite then to squat in his property.

Gere is another insufferable rich ( net value $100 million, so I read) celeb showing us commoners what he thinks of us.
He would still be rich beyond our wildest dreams if he devoted half his fortune to housing illegals and keep them fed and clothed for years under his expensive roof, but even a leftist presumably has concern for the safety of wife, daughters, etc, so he will not be doing that!
Rather than that, he wants Italian working people to put up with it, until the aliens move on to inflict themselves on German or Swedish tax-payers.

Hey, Ross, Matteo Salvini was on tv news earlier saying almost exactly what you say here, only he said Gere should put his illegal buddies in his fancy ‘villas,’ whereas you said ‘mansions.’
Great minds thinking alike or is Salvini one of your readers?
Whatever, both of you call out Gere’s hypocrisy.
Well said.

He can do whatever he likes. It is the media that must be blamed because if the man who lives across the street from me went to visit the illegals there, he would not get on tv.
Gere’s opinions are no more significant than his but the media gush all over his every move.
PS
I should tell you that the man who really does live across the street here is as far left as can be but he does not have money enough to travel the world seeking publicity.
However I think he has some sort of principles too and would take in people he feels sorry for and give them a place to live in his spare room.
Very very different from the hypocrite Gere.
