A – they have used at least a few other countries as stepping stones on their trek, but chosen to keep trekking, instead of stopping when they’d  ‘escaped’ their own…and

B- they’re not content to have reached a country far from whatever horrors they claim to be fleeing but are already scheming to gate-crash other victim-nations’ frontiers ..
