Pro-Freak English Judge Rules -Truth Is ‘Offensive, Exclusionary!’

…but it seems that one branch of that jackboot maladjust mafia has acquired the endorsement of an English judge, a viciously intolerant jackanapes named James Tayler.

Faced with a woman fighting not merely for free speech ( which is decreasingly extant if its exercise might ‘offend’ almost anyone except mature white men!) but for exercising the surely God-Given right to assert that a fact is a fact…

…Totalitarian Tayler told a certain Ms Maya Forstater that telling the truth, that a man could not be a woman, and vice versa, was “offensive and exclusionary.”

In the absence of any photo of the hateful robed clown Tayler, I offer this as a suitable substitute!

This affront to free speech, and to veracity, came in the wicked wigged ass’s decision on a case involving ‘government proposals to reform the Gender Recognition Act to allow people to self-identify as the opposite sex.

Tyler is a legal commissar – it is surely wrong to define his role as that of judge in any sense familiar to British justice – at the Central London Employment Tribunal.

The twerp’s condemnation of the lady’s truth-telling came after a ‘preliminary hearing over the issue of whether her tweets, such as “men cannot change into women”, should be protected under the 2010 Equality Act.

Forstater crowd-funded her resistance to the imbecilic Tory-spawned diktat but her support has not been drawn only, or perhaps at all, from those ever-offending Christians or other religious people who, despite ‘diversity’ edicts, still clng to common decency as their preferred way of life.

She’s been given the backing of the very non-conservative outfit Index on Censorship, whose chief executive, Jodie Ginsberg, having read what Tayler’s victim had tweeted, resoonded as follows.

“From what I have read of [Forstater’s] writing, I cannot see that Maya has done anything wrong other than express an opinion that many feminists share – that there should be a public and open debate about the distinction between sex and gender.”

Now flick through the tin-pot tyrant Tayler’s arrogant rant released last week, a rant as arrogant against normal people as a Nazi rant would be arrogant against Untermensch…

…yet shot through with simpering solicitude for the sensitivities of freaks.

“I conclude from … the totality of the evidence, that [Forstater] is absolutist in her view of sex and it is a core component of her belief that she will refer to a person by the sex she considered appropriate even if it violates their dignity and/or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment. The approach is not worthy of respect in a democratic society.”

Even if, Tayler might have argued, had he even the slightest comprehension of the rational, logical, scientific and natural definition of what sex a person is, a transfreak’s self-delusion notwithstanding.

Amanda Glassman, CEO of CGD, is another unpleasant creature involved in this case. CGD is the interesting organisation that decided they didn’t want Maya Forstater to continue working for them after she tweeted the truth about transfreaks.
