So NOW Sinn Fein’s Ties To Murder-Gang Matter?

It’s the ‘suddenly’ in the opening sentence of the Times article that’s significant, because it means I’m not the only one who recognises the hypocrisy and double-standards of the political class in Britain’s bad neighbour.

We have seen for decades how leading politicians in Eire are ever-ready to embrace the Vermin Party…

Lest We Forget…Eire’s Neck-Deep Collusion With Murder!

…from Albert Reynolds…

…to Enda Kenny, treating Sinn Fein/IRA’s Blood-Beast Adams as if he were some sort of human being…

So when the Times writer says that…

–  Sinn Fein’s relationship with the IRA is suddenly an issue again, north and south. It has been raised in the Republic’s general election, with taoiseach Leo Varadkar saying Sinn Fein is “not a normal party” and takes decisions “not necessarily made by elected politicians”. Fianna Fail has identified these non-elected politicians as “the army council in Belfast”. Labour has called them “the old leadership of the IRA.” Fine Gael and Fianna Fail have cited the inquiry into Stormont’s renewable heat incentive (RHI), at which a Sinn Fein minister testified that he needed consent from senior republicans to act.

….we are entitled to call them all out, because each and every one of those parties has, by refusing to abandon the annexionist, expansionist ideology which seeks a ‘United Ireland,’ has legitimised Sinn Fein’s activities.

Sinn Fein’s response has effectively been to say: “So what?”
