1. Our support, solidarity and sympathy towards Al-Aqso Mosque, Tasikmalaya, who are experiencing problems with the government….

2. Requesting immediate revocation of the Joint Decree of the Tasikmalaya Regent, Head of the District Prosecutor, regarding the Refusal of Mosque Renovations, and Worship Facilities as well as Congregational Da’wah Activities of Ahmadiyah Indonesia (JAI)

3. Asking the relevant parties to take down banners in the area near Al Aqsa Mosque, located in Kp. Badakpaeh, Cipakat Village, Kec. Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Regency which contain the Joint Decree of the Minister of Religion, Attorney General, and Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia 2008…

Konstitusi Undang-Undang 1945 menyatakan; Setiap orang bebas memeluk agama dan beribadah menurut agamanya, memilih pendidikan dan pengajaran, memilih pekerjaan, memilih kewarganegaraan, memilih tempat tinggal di wilayah negara dan meninggalkannya, serta berhak kembali.

Setiap orang berhak atas kebebasan meyakini kepercayaan,menyatakan pikiran dan sikap, sesuai dengan hati nuraninya. Setiap orang berhak atas kebebasan berserikat, berkumpul, dan mengeluarkan pendapat. (Pasal 28 E ayat (1), (2), (3), UUD 1945). Negara berdasar atas Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa. Negara menjamin kemerdekaan tiap -tiap penduduk untuk memeluk agamanya masing-masing dan untuk beribadah menurut agamanya dan kepercayaannya itu. (Pasal 29 ayat (1), (2), UUD 1945 ).

Kebebasan beragama yang dijamin konstitusi Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 berlaku bagi semua warga negara tidak terkecuali warga/anggota Jemaat Ahmadiyah (JAI) dan merupakan hak asasi manusia yang tidak dapat dikurangi (non derogable right) dalam keadaan apapun (Pasal 28I ayat (1), UUD 1945).

Jemaat Ahmadiyah Indonesia adalah organisasi legal formal berbadan hukum, dengan SK Menteri Kehakiman RI No. JA, 5/23/13 Tgl.13-3-1953.
Artinya, Jemaat Ahmadiyah Indonesia adalah organisasi yang mempunyai hak untuk hidup di seluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI), termasuk di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya….
