She chants an off-putting mantra, using silly rhymes like ‘hysterical’ – ‘historical,’ and ‘perspective’ – ‘selective,’ which are as infantile as many of the capering buffoonettes we have to watch.
Her tone is as harsh as it gets, a staccato rasp, reminiscent of a female death-camp guard calling out the shower rota.

The Covenall have harsh voices, I think it’s a requirement for getting a job on BBC Newsnight.
It could be The Maitlis, or Ugly Barnett.
I like how thoughtfully you give them nicknames.
I would email BBC and ask, but I don’t feel strongly enough. Their sins against their Charter obligations are too many to spend time on this.
