Witch-Hunts Ain’t Cricket. Neither, Bojo, Is Kneeling!

We know cricket too has succumbed to the plague…

Even Sport Leans Left On Oz Bias Channel!

…but since UK Pravda doesn’t see fit to tell us what Ollie Robinson actually said…

..in his ancient ‘racist and sexist’ tweets, it’s hard to judge how ‘offensive’ they might be..

But unless he incited violence or libelled some individual, there’s no reason why he should be subjects to a witch-hunt.

Yet listen to his ‘defender’ David Gower.

“The ECB should say ‘let’s learn from this’ and make him do the equivalent of community service,” said Gower.

    For God’s Sake!

Since when do people get ‘community service’ for being (perhaps) rude?

Meanwhile, another past-it cricketer, Michael Carberry, slobbered spitefully that Robinson “wouldn’t be playing Test cricket” if it was up to him.

And would he break his legs too?

I’d like to say Carberry was born in the wrong century and would have thrived as a witch-finder general…

…but this kind of vindictive jack-bootery is the hall-mark of an evil era.

The BBC report arose from Jellyfish Johnson’s wishy-washy comments on the cricketer, but what was arguably more interesting…

…is Bojo’s  insipid observation on the soccer kneel-creeps.

He apparently ‘respects their right‘ to grovel thus.

But what about the right of patriotic fans to boo the grovellers?

They too have been intimidated, for example by that Colchester klutz Cowling.

Football fan facing LIFETIME ban from Championship side for booing players who took a knee... https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9044723/Fan-facing-LIFETIME-ban-Championship-booing-players-took-knee-week.html

That Commissar Cowling is as much an enemy of freedom of expression any Antifa hoodlum.

    . ..

Pity Jellyfish didn’t make clear his support for everybody’s right to protest.

Today’s news features even more chilling comments, like Michael Vaughn’s.

You can have a period in your life where you don’t necessarily have the right views and might not come out with the right comments. https://www.bbc.com/sport/cricket/57393217

Since when does this vile berk Vaughan decree what the ‘right views’ are,  that must be held in order that an Englishman may play an English game?

I opened this after I just watched BBC World News sport section and it’s a lot worse even than you say.
They had all the players lined up with propaganda shirts, against ‘homophobia’ and ‘transphobia ‘
This has got nothing to do with sport.
These dicks are turning our sports into a political menagerie.
