You use those words ‘filthy savages’ very often and they are perfect for what you are telling us about.
Many of these animals come from countries where the women are enclosed head to foot and so the animals cannot control their instincts when they see women dressed like normal female human beings.
So the mistake is to allow them into countries where decent people live.
