Petition – Who Killed Canon The Family Dog?

Decent Indonesians are outraged by the death of a dog called Canon!

    .

…and this petition already has well over 100,000 names.

Aceh, as you may have heard, is the only Indonesian province where shariah is the law of the land.

    .

    .

Women are whipped there, for infantile ‘offences,’ by masked brutes ashamed to show their faces, before drooling crowds –

It is a crime for a man and a woman who are not married to be in a secluded place together in Aceh. This is called khalwat and it is punishable by up to nine lashes, a fine of 150 grams of gold or 15 months’ imprisonment.

    http://www.thejakartapost.com/news/2018/03/04/qa-what-you-need-to-know-about-acehs-sharia-law.html

    – men are whipped too, but to me it seems infinitely more repulsive to see scenes like this.

    .

    The Sharia Hell of Aceh!

Aceh’s Shariah Savagery Shames Indonesia, Again!

It’s not a place I would ever wish to visit!

And that distaste is even greater now, after this sick saga of cruelty.

The killing of Canon by the Aceh Singkil Satpol PP must be punished by law

    https://www.change.org/p/satpol-pp-aceh-selatan-pembunuhan-canon-oleh-satpol-pp-aceh-singkil-harus-ditindak-secara-hukum

I have tidied up the Google Translation of rhe petition intro.

The killing of Canon, by Satpol PP Aceh Singkil on the grounds of implementing halal tourism based on Circular No. 556.4/110 starting November 5, 2021.

. Canon is a dog, close to humans and children…the Head of Satpol PP stated that Canon often chases people…

    BUT

The video shows the owner tethered Canon when left in front of his shop.

The video proves the rudeness of the Satpol PP who used wood to beat the frightened Canon.

After successfully immobilizing Canon, the Satpol PP took him in a sack…when the owner picked up Canon after receiving news that Canon had been taken by the Satpol PP, it turned out that Canon had died.

Apply Article 302 of the Criminal Code and all articles related to pet abuse.
The head of the Aceh Singkil Satpol PP, Mr. Ahmad Yani, must be held responsible for this incident..

Aceh is part of Indonesia, so what applies is Indonesian Laws…

…do not try to hide behind the privileges of Aceh…the law must be enforced, especially against arbitrary law enforcement officers such as the Aceh Singkil Satpol PP.

    Sign this petition!

      Makes my blood boil.
Somebody should put those Satpol dogs in a sack, let them suffer like poor Canon did.

What else do you expect in Aceh.
Whipping girls for nothing, needless cruelty to animals, it is what ii is, a sharia state.
Never ever go there, never ever buy anything made in Aceh.

I have read about this and those Satpol louts make me sick .
Their commandant says the dog had bitten two people in the past.
If Aceh is as stuck in anti-dog prejudice s it seems to be, was it shariah influenced dog-haters that were bothering Canon?
The more such people get bitten, the better, and if they were bitten next time by crocodiles, so much the better.

My friend just now told me you are writing about Indonesia again and that makes me happy but killing the poor dog makes me sad and angry.
Aceh is very backwards, and I will sign the petition.

      Boycott Aceh?
      Of course!
If they want to develop sharia tourism, every other kind of tourist should refuse ro set foot there.

Why does Indonesia allow this terrible system to exist?

Flogging Ban? For Real Evil-Doers, Bring It Back!

We read that Saudi Arabia is to end the practice of flogging.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-52411453

    So what?

‘Rights’ ranters may be over the moon, but…

…most Western people surely have no quarrel with flogging as a form of punishment and would probably vote for its restoration…

…but not for nonsense ‘offences’ like ‘blasphemy!’

In the absence of capital punishment, it would be welcome news if corporal punishment…

…were applied daily to a number of swamp-creatures we’ve mentioned in recent years!

    Like these!

Terrorist Scum – Why Such Soft Sentencing In UK Court?

    Ummar Mirza and Madihah Taheer.

Ummar Mirza, aged 21 and its wife, Madihah Taheer, aged 22, sentenced at Woolwich crown court to 16 years and 10 years respectively

    =

Regular and energetic hour-long floggings applied every day to every one of the above scumbags would be widely applauded in the UK, for example!

The only reason flogging has got a bad name is its use on inoffensive  humble folk in backward places like Saudi and Indonesia’s awful Aceh Province.

    .

    ..

…for ‘offences’ like having a bite to eat during Ramadhan, or playing cards for small change, or  – most pig-ignorant of all, in my opinion – ‘khalwat’ –

It is a crime for a man and a woman who are not married to be in a secluded place together in Aceh. This is called khalwat and it is punishable by up to nine lashes, a fine of 150 grams of gold or 15 months’ imprisonment.

They will never let us vote on anything like that.

      They dont trust the people!
You are right, though, if we got to vote on flogging or on hanging, we would win,

Will Aceh drag itself out of the 12th century?
The shariah gang that runs Aceh likes to call it the Verandah of Mecca but now after the news from Saudi Arabia, will the verandah catch up with the main building?
Personally, I doubt it Aceh’s fanatics enjoy the nightmare society they have created.
That khalwat thing is an ugly blot on Indonesia’s reputation.
      It stinks!
I mean the Aceh khalwat rule stinks, not Indonesia’s reputation, but if Indonesia doesnt clean up Aceh, the intolerance there will reflect badly on the whole country.

Flogging is too good for pedos and jihadists.

The fact that the Saudi Arabian rulers have decided to drop flogging from their penal code, if true, makes no difference at all to the injustice of their legal system unless they also drop sharia as its basis.

It is a sexist system of ‘law’ and there has been no suggestion of changing that.

Polygamy has not been banned and while I do not know the Saudi laws on inheritance, I wonder if it includes the unfair sharia ‘principle’ that daughters inherit less than sons.

When a girl can walk unmolested (by sharia ‘police’) down the streets of Riyadh in a miniskirt, I will be delighted to say Saudi Arabia is a free country.

As to flogging as a punishment, I see nothing wrong with that as one of a range of punishments that can and should be imposed for the people you list above, though I think you should add a few more.

Britain and other Western countries have many home-grown Anglo-Saxon monsters who deserve to be whipped as ferociously as the examples you give.

Un-Distanced Friday Worship? It Had To Be Aceh!

It’s fair to say I haven’t exactly seen eye-to-eye with Indonesia’s powerful top Islamic organisation over the years…

“A Wise And Noble Step?” Islamic ‘Scholars’ On Terrorist Unleashed In Indonesia!

Bali Hindu King – Don’t Kill Our Cows! Muslim ‘Scholars’ – Get Lost!!

Islamist ‘Scholars’ – “Don’t Complain if You’re Attacked!”

…but there’s no denying the MUI have shown a responsible attitude in the current corona crisis, telling folks to stay home and perform their prayers in private.

But there’s no show without Punch, as it’s said, and while Kompas.com reports that there are mosques holding general worship, naming one here in Jakarta. which at least required social distancing between attendees…

    …and another, NOT in Jakarta!

    Guess where?

Kompas named one mosque where no such discipline was to be seen.

The Baiturrahman Mosque in Aceh, for example, continues to hold Friday prayers in congregation today and looks crowded with worshipers without any physical distance restrictions.

Masjid Baiturrahman di Aceh, misalnya, tetap menggelar shalat Jumat berjamaah pada hari ini dan tampak ramai dipadati jamaah tanpa adanya penerapan pembatasan jarak (physical distancing).

    Astounding?

    Not really!
