Algeria’s Democracy – Stillborn In Sectarian Slough?

Is it possible for religious liberty to survive for long in countries like Algeria?

Just asking, in view of the story below, which I reproduce in its entirety.

    =======

10/15/2019 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – International Christian Concern (ICC) has learned that authorities in Algeria have ordered the closure of two of the largest churches in the nation. Both churches are linked to l’Eglise Protestante d’Algerie (EPA), an organization formed in 1974 to collectively represent Algerian Christians before the government.

According to a report by Morning Star News, a 500-member Protestant church in Makouda was officially closed by the authorities today, October 15. This comes only one day after the congregation received an order from the government, notifying them that the church would be closed.  In response, congregants of the Makouda church filled the place of worship in protest of the closure.

The second church, the Protestant Church of the Full Gospel of Tizi-Ouzou (EPPETO), was notified that its building would be closed on October 16. However, despite the closure order being effective for October 16, authorities also closed EPPETO today. EPPETO represents the largest church west of the Nile River, with 1,000 members in the congregation. The church’s head pastor, Pastor Salah Chalah, is also the head of the EPA.

Authorities close among the largest churches in Algeria

“Today, two of the largest churches in Algeria have been closed,” an EPA spokesperson, speaking with ICC on the condition of anonymity, said. “We do not understand the relentless injustice of the Algerian government towards us. They refuse to hear us or listen to us.”

Last week, the EPA organized peaceful protests against church closures. The orders for the two most recent churches to be closed come just days after the completion of the protests. Pastor Salah attempted to meet with governing authorities multiple times over this issue, without success.

“Algerian Christians have now found themselves with thousands of Christians without a place of worship,” the EPA spokesperson told ICC. “But we remain confident in the Lord. We need the prayers of our brothers and sisters from across the world.”

The two churches have been closed under a 2006 law that mandates any non-Muslim worship be conducted in specific, designated buildings. However, no church has received official permission since the passage of the law. With these closures, seven of Algeria’s 60 EPA-affiliated churches have been closed in the past six weeks.

ICC’s Advocacy Director, Matias Perttula, commented, “Reports of rising levels of religious intolerance in Algeria are once again causing a great level of concern for ICC and our partners. These church closures are completely baseless and clear indicators of persecution and harassment of Algeria’s Christians, who represent a significant religious minority. ICC plans to raise this issue with our partners as well as members of Congress on Capitol Hill to make them aware of these human rights violations.”

Now Algeria Faces UN Sticky-Beak Diktat!

While European governments, some genuinely concerned to stop incursions (e.g. Italy) and others going through the motions to avoid public wrath ( e.g. France) are exploring ways of working with countries in North Africa to stem the tide of illegal incursions…

    =

    • …we are suddenly alerted to yet another United Nations upstart doing his heinous worst to prevent one of those North African lands tackling the menace of fake ‘refugee’ free-flow.

‘Algeria must immediately stop collective expulsions of African migrants across its border with Niger, a UN report said…https://www.telesurtv.net/english/news/UN-Urges-Algeria-to-Stop-Expelling-Migrants-Report-20181009-0030.html

    – Algeria has sent around 35,600 Nigerians back to Niger since 2014, according to International Organisation for Migration (IOM) figures cited in the report, including more than 12,000 since the start of the year  –

…an effort which, if Europe’s governments had the guts to match it, would soon enough clean out much of the garbage to which Mama Stasi Merkel opened the flood-gates in 2015.

And that heroic endeavour is what the foul UN flunkey FGM COMPLAINS about?

    Time for some SOLIDARITY!

If every nation along the southern Med coast would do the same as Algeria, send illegals back, as they should be sent back, then there’d be a dramatic reduction in the problem of primitives trying to violate Italy’s or Spain’s or Malta’s maritime borders.

These threatened countries should lodge powerful protests on behalf of Algeria, which does not deserve the calumnies heaped on it by ratbags like FGM.

So Morocco took out an illegal recently and shot and wounded another one last week, helping out Spain with not a hint of gratitude to be heard?
And now Algeria is doing what most European leaders do not have the guts to do, shipping thousands of illegals south?
      Lets give “Islamophobia” aside today.
We owe these Arab, Muslim countries our thanks.

Here’s An Idea! Use Bribe Cash To Buy Gunboats!

    • Amid all the hullabaloo about the ‘controlled centres’ which the Brussels Empire will, or maybe won’t, set up, where illegal aliens will, or maybe won’t, be kept in secure, or insecure, detention after disembarkation from the ‘NGO’ crimmigrant cab services, another huge shadow of a doubt looms up!

As reported in the Financial Times this past weekend, all those billions of European tax-payers’ money that’s being pumped into African economies to relieve the pressure of poverty that impels wannabe welfare bums…

…to head across the Med, may have precisely the opposite effect from that which the EUrocrats use to justify the bribery.

Making the inhabitants more prosperous frequently does not, according to studies made, stem the flow of fake ‘refugees’ but very possibly accelerates it!

      Why?

Because potential crimmigrants can afford to equip themselves with the documentation…   https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2012/01/23/a-soft-touch-truth-will-out-on-asylum-parasites-oz…and/or the criminal accessories they require to undertake illegal incursion against Europe!

What responsible European leaders ought to be doing…

…and by that I mean patriotic governments of European nations, not the EU slugs who have gone on record as relishing the multiculting of what was once Christendom, vile creatures like that dirty Dutch rat, Frans Timmermans –

Frans Timmermans, the Dutch vice-president of the European Commission, said that “diversity was the future of the world,” and that Eastern European nations would just have to “get used to that.”

…is to start spending all that money on war-ships, large and small, to herd the enemy vessels back.

If governments on the southern shores of the Med show willing to be good faith allies, then, yes, help them to help us, corral as much of the horde as they can and herd them FURTHER back, as indeed, we recently read, Algeria has been doing.

      0000000
The mass forced migration out of Algeria is a result of multiple North African countries— Algeria, Mauritania, Tunisia, Libya, and Egypt—refusing to sign a protocol on the freedom of movement of people and right of residence…The North African countries fear over-migration from sub-Saharan Africa.   https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2018/07/250718/migrant-expulsions-algeria-human-rights/

I think Timmermanns is more dangerous than Juncker.
I do not say that only because Juncker is a drunk but because he never seems to act like he believes in anything. He is bad of course but mostly because he knows that to be bad is the path to power in Brussels.
The Dutchman Timmermanns is a true believer in the multiculti doctrine and truly wants European nations to have their identities destroyed by migrants.
When he takes power as he will after Juncker is so soaked with wine that he must retire, Timmermanns will want to be the final nail in the coffin. I think he looks at that as his destiny.

If the Libyans do a good job at keeping those illegals from getting to Europe, then by all means pin the deputy sheriff star on them and let them get on with it. Bonus points and bonus payments for every crimmigrant they catch on the waters.
It’s an embarrassment though, that a great sea-faring nation like Britain and the other countries with navies just leave it to Libya to defend us.
A good first step would be to confiscate and scuttle the taxi service ships run by NGOs with no loyalty to their own countries or use them to ship failed ‘asylum’seekers back..
If nobody will accept them back, let them just go round and round the Mediterranean indefinitely, supplied with bread and water diets.
That would deter any others who fancy their chances.

France’s Ex-Colony Can Teach Macron A Thing Or Two!

As honest French folk in Calais despair of deliverance from the migrant plague – Green Garbage – Showering Support On Calais Curs! – illegal aliens marauding with impunity, there’s news from a former French colony that seems to have a better grasp of how to handle crimmigrants.

VICE is notorious for its leftist slant…

    VICE News

Aidng And Abetting Crimmigrants – Fox’s Pro-Parasite Propaganda!

…but despite its evident hostility towards Algeria’s approach, their report cannot fail to disguise how effective and sensible that North African country’s policies are.

    ==========

    Hasil gambar untuk algeria

...police are indiscriminately rounding up West African migrants., loading them onto buses, and transporting them thousands of miles to the country’s southern border, where they are deported to Niger…500 migrants have been captured in October alone…

That sounds like good news, but not to those who report it, the International Federation for Human Rights and the Collectif Loujna-Tounkaranké.

In fact these admirable ’roundup’ operations have alarmed human rights monitors throughout the region, though one might suspect normal Algerians don’t mind. No need to suspect – the report tells us plainly!

Their increased presence throughout the country — experts estimate Algeria’s migrant population is close to 150,000 have brought new levels of public outrage. The hash tag #لا_للافارقة_في_الجزا (in English, #NoToAfricansinAlgeria) has flourished online..

    No wonder!

It’s not a rich country and hardly needs unwanted additional populations, especially if those additional people violated their borders with criminal intent – the crimmigrants view Algeria as a pit stop for migrants traveling to Europe.

    https://news.vice.com/story/algeria-is-rounding-up-migrants-and-not-saying-why

The authorities in Algiers, we’re told, are concerned to heed their citizens’ righteous indignation.

    Here’s one example –

    =–

Gambar terkait    …Ahmed Ouyahia, Algeria’s prime minister, called undocumented migrants “a source of crime, drugs, and many other plagues,” vowing “not to let the Algerian people suffer from anarchy.”

If only France, and Canada, and Britain, and Germany, and Italy, would show a similar sense of duty to respond to the anguish of their own citizens who suffer at the hands of illegals.

Italy – Red Renzi Out, But More Crimmigrants Pour In!

Seems like only one part of the media has picked up on alarming news from Italy.

And of course I’m not referring to Red Renzi’s resignation, which is not alarming but energising.

With that subversive out, Italian patriots can hope for further successes in reclaiming their country from the aliens who have flooded in these past few years…

    Red Renzi

    —-

… there’s scant prospect of the illegals being sent back where they belong, until elections are called and a responsible leadership sworn in to replace the rat.

But since all an undesirable alien needs to do, it seems, to get imported into the long-suffering country, is wade a few metres into the Med and await the Frontex free ferry service provided under the auspices of Brussels, it hardly matters which Italian shore the brutes aim for.

What’s significant is the media silence!

When I was scanning crimmigration news last night, none of the Anglo-Saxon sites had covered the story, except for brave Breitbart.

No wonder the elite and its corporate running-dogs are so anxious to undermine the one news outlet we can trust.

Canadian Cafe Crawls To Alien Jew-Haters!

So somewhere in Canada, an Israeli flag was taken down at the behest of a pro-terrorist oaf.

    ———–

    appeasement

    =========

Unfortunately the video does not ID the cafe run by a ‘Canadian’ creep whose servile obeisance to a whining alien is recorded thereon.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYXfbBVPA48&feature=share

NB –  the alien is not even a Palestinian, who might have reason to dislike Israel. He claims to speak for Algerians, yet Algeria is nowhere near Israel. Israel has never been a threat to Algeria.

We may conclude the motivation is purely sectarian solidarity.

    ————-

    ————

That kind of sicko Islamist ideology has no place in Canada or any civilised country.

Perhaps Canadian readers might investigate and shame the cur?
