‘Security Concerns’ Stop Oxford AfD Debate!

Fuhrerin Merkel Sticks Nose into France, Jackboot into Greece

Anti-racist campaigners had planned to protest at appearance by Alice Weidel of AfD

In a democracy, these ‘anti-racist’ agitators should of course be free to ‘protest’ about anything they like, as long as they are not trying to prevent other people enjoying their right to free speech.

Alice Weidel of the anti-immigration party Alternative for Deutschland
German patriot leader Alice Weidel of the AfD

But just about every paragraph in the Guardian report confirms that the far-left were not remotely concerned with ‘protesting’ but with suppression of Alice Weidel’s right to stand up and argue her case.

First we read that the anti-patriots ‘claimed a victory’ when Ms Weidel felt obliged to cancel her visit.

Again, we learn that the intolerant reds, whom the Guardian dubs ‘activists,’ were not interested in questioning the AfD leader about her policies but ‘had demanded the withdrawal’ of the invitation she’d had to face her critics at the Oxford Union.

    censorship

The notorious ‘Stand Up To Racism’ gang’s local leader hailed the shut-down of free speech as “an important victory for anti-racists,” adding that her comrades had shown that “anti-racists can make a difference if they organise and mobilise” – in other words, the denial of a fair hearing for the German patriot was what they wanted all along, not to demonstrate their disagreement.

Then we read the usual hypocritical assertion by another leftist claiming to ‘support the value of free speech,’ then devaluing that support by making it conditional – “the union needs to be aware of the quagmire that’s caused by inviting people like Alice Weidel.”

By ‘people like Alice Weidel,’ of course, this extremist means anyone opposed to the migrant menace, anyone who recognises that imposed multicult is a dagger in the heart of nationhood.

    multiculturalism-is-based-on-the-lie-that-all-cultures-are-morally-equal-quote-1

Alice Weidel is absolutely entitled to make a speech anywhere, and I’m sure the Oxford students would have thrown plenty of tough questions her way.

Now, thanks to a red rat-pack, there will be no speech and no questions,

These ‘activists’ have now usurped the lawful authorities prerogative to approve or disapprove people’s right to be heard.
It is not up tp leftwing agitators who gets to speak and even less so when the speech was to be made in private property, the Oxford Union.
British freedoms are not so much being eroded but exploded. We saw the cowardice of the police when the same kind of anti-free speech trouble-makers prevented Katy Hopkins talking to a meeting in Sussex, now this German lady has been silenced in Oxford.
The ‘activists’ must have it made clear to them, that nobody, whether left or right, may be treated like this. Any person or persons who try to stop any speaker having his, or in this case her, say will be arrested and prosecured.
If found guilty, a stiff sentence or two would soon make the left leave off.

Arrogant Mama Stasi Cowers From German Patriots!

Last week there was a big debate in Germany’s parliament. Like every chancellor before her, Mama Stasi Merkel has the duty to to defend her coalition’s budget and answer her Bundestag critics.

    =

Angry German tax-payers protest Die Fuhrerin

    =

And she did – except for the criticism she got from the main opposition party, the Alternative for Germany.

As the largest party not part of the government, the AfD had the right to make the first speech and  did an excellent job, hammering the ruinous ‘migrant’ policies which have cost German tax-payers BILLIONS.

    =

AfD’s Alice Weidel evidently grasps, as The Leftal (sorry, The Local ) doesn’t, that a budget debate requires attention to conscious, deliberate steps taken by the government that could only be disastrous.

    =

    =

Weidel said that Germany was becoming an importer of unqualified workers and an exporter of highly qualified workers…

German federal govt spent €20 billion on refugees in 2016: report

You don’t even seem to mind that you have fattened up our population with migrant criminals who have multiple identities,” Weidel said to Merkel.

    =

    =

And she could have said a lot more.

But to what purpose, because when Merkel stood up to deliver her reply, she completely ignored the AfD politician.

    Ignorance of common courtesies?

    Well, yes, pure pig-ignorance.

Inability to refute the points made by the leader of the largest opposition party?

    No doubt.

    But most of all….

..blatant CONTEMPT for the plain duty of any democratic government to acknowledge its responsibility to face, to take questions from, and to answer, elected representatives!

    =

The Berlin Bitch did not once directly address the main opposition…

    ==

    =

…and check out exactly how deeply Merkel despises normal parliamentary practice…

The contrast to how she dealt with other opposition politicians was stark – she responded directly to heckling from Die Linke at several points in her speech.

    =

Stasi Documentary, March 13th – WIll Merkel Star?

As a former lackey of the East German quisling regime’s red gestapo, the hag shouldn’t have surprised any of us by treating Die Linke more favourably than a party formed by patriots.

But while patriots and democrats must despise her authoritarian arrogance, the usual suspects in the rotten media saw nothing wrong with dissing democracy.

Merkel’s decision to act as if the AfD don’t exist met with approval from several German media outlets..

A little bit of credit to her underling Volker Kauder, who did show a sense of democratic accountability by addressing the patriots’ criticisms later in the debate. At least one leading light in the CDU understands what democratic principles require of politicians.

But one swallow doth not a summer make.

The Berlin Bitch needs a lesson in manners.

    ASAP!

    From the AfD!

I hope the electorate administers just that at the earliest opportunity, which, I think, is due on 14 October, when Bavarians get their State Election.

Unless we German people vote for her or her allies who also want the migrant mobs to be here, then she has no interest in what we think or what the only representatives we can vote for to show our anger think!

Merkel is just like the party she used to serve in the DDR. If fellow travelers make no waves, she will let them play the games but if they mean business to oppose her, they will be non-persons

ZDF ‘Bias’ Makes Weidel Walk Out!

A dramatic walk-out enlivened the big election debate in Germany, with AfD’s Alice Weidel storming off live on TV.

In a statement published shortly after her exit, Weidel accused ZDF moderator Marietta Slomka of being biased and unprofessional:

“Ms Slomka shouldn’t act out her personal animosities in the television show,” she wrote.  https://www.reuters.com/article/us-germany-election-afd/german-anti-immigrant-candidate-walks-out-of-tv-debate-id

Deutsche Welle naturally covered the story too, quoting Slomka’s employers, who denied any bias on their ‘moderator’s part.

I didn’t see the debate, so cannot comment on either side’s claims, but ZDF has a nasty record of bigoted pro-crimmigrant bias, and for failing miserably to discipline staff exposed for that bias.

    • That disgraceful Ina-Maria Reize-Wildemann is still in their employ, for example, despite confessing she suppressed relevant news that might detract from the image of the alien intruders which the left-liberal media prefer to present.

    • The same goes for other parts of the state-funded broadcasting media, for example in a provincial parliamentary election in South Germany…

    • When the red/green parties refused to sit round the table with AfD, it was the clear duty of the public broadcasters to go ahead anyway, the red/greens told that if they decided, after all, to muster guts enough to face patriots in broadcast debate, they’d be welcome back.

    • Instead, they shied away from confronting the leftists’ intolerance, relegating the AfD to ‘an uncut interview with its leading candidate’ AFTER the SPD and the Greens were on live in debate with Mama Stasi’s CDU.

We have all of us in our own countries observed how Un-British, Un-American and Un-Australian leftists run the state media to advance their own agendas and we have also seen how they shrill when a democratically elected government  – in Poland…

    …seeks to curb their bias.

So I am predisposed to take Weidel’s word for it.

After all, one of the AfD’s policies is to stop German state media leeching off the tax-payers!

…mandatory contributions to public broadcasters to be abolished in favor of a pay-as-you go system that would apply only to those who actually watch the broadcasters’ programming.

It also wants to see the members of the supervising committees that oversee the broadcaster directly elected by voters.

We all need that kind of reform!

    Good luck to AfD!
