LibDems Exposed – A Pretended Shudder At Racist Snobbery!

I visited the English West Country many years ago, and travelled through Devon without noticing anything terribly amiss about its inhabitants.

I rather liked the local accent….

    .

    Image result for north devon

    .

…and the scenery is a delight!

So it was surprising to learn that they had been besmirched by a stuck-up, and even more surprising that the besmircher was a weird woman aspiring to be their Member of Parliament!

Kirsten Johnson, ‘a pianist and composer,’ has abandoned that aspiration after slurring the populace on BBC Radio last week!

She loftily damned the peasantry for their pro-Brexit voting record, which was due to their race, “98 per cent white” and their ignorance of the joys of multicult…

    ..

….in that those blasted whiteys had not been adequately “exposed to people from other countries, they don’t travel a lot.”

    .

Not only that, there was a serious lack of rich people!

“…North Devon being isolated, being rural and low income perhaps hasn’t appreciated the advantages of being in the European Union,” she said...- Telegraph (£)

After escalating her insult avalanche, saying that her ‘concern is the rise of hate crimes,’ she evidently realised that her voters might be listening.

    =

Image result for kristen johnson lib dem

    =

When asked if she links leave voters to hate crime, she was adamant that she does not link leave voters with hate crime.

But then she somewhat undermined her retreat by doubling back and asserting that “it’s a complex view to who and why people voted leave”. https://www.itv.com/news/westcountry/2019-09-19/north-devon-lib-dem-parliamentary-candidate-kirsten-johnson-resigns-after-offensive-radio-interview/

Maybe because they WANTED TO LEAVE?

Her erstwhile opponents for the seat naturally made adverse comment on this elitist musical mutt, but deep down they must be a tad disappointed by her resignation as candidate.

Not all LibDems are as upfront and honest about their contempt for ordinary British people.

    .

    .

Most of Klutz Kristen’s comrade candidates will be much more careful, as they defend their new policy of denying the people any vote ever again on the joys of being a province of the Brussels Empire.

Why Do Media Focus On Mouthings Of Meaningless People?

How many of these names mean anything to any of you?

Vassilis Alexakis, Svetlana Alexievitch, Anne Applebaum, Jens Christian Grøndahl, David Grossman, Agnès Heller, Elfriede Jelinek, Ismaïl Kadaré, György Konrád, Milan Kundera, Bernard-Henri Lévy, António Lobo Antunes, Claudio Magris, Ian McEwan, Herta Müller, Lyudmila Ulitskaya, Orhan Pamuk, Rob Riemen, Salman Rushdie, Fernando Savater, Roberto Saviano, Eugenio Scalfari, Simon Schama, Peter Schneider, Abdulah Sidran, Leïla Slimani, Colm Tóibín, Mario Vargas Llosa, Adam Michnik and Adam Zagajewski.

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/jan/25/europe-coming-apart-before-our-eyes-say-30-top-intellectuals

    =

Have you read any books, articles, or even ‘letters-to-the-editor’ penned by any of them? Have you even read anything written ABOUT them?

(Actually, in the case of two of them, if you read my blog regularly, you have – see my PS when you get to the bottom of this page!).

    =

    =

I need hardly continue, but one more question – do you sit down to bacon and eggs on a Sunday morning and say to the person across the table –

‘Hey, didya see what ‘X’ (insert any of the above) had to say about ( insert anything at all) ???’

Unlikely – because you are a normal person.

Okay, most of you probably have heard of Rushdie, but only because he was sentenced to death in absentia by an ignorant old savage in Tehran. Shameful, yes, but even so, I have never read Rushdie’s ‘Satanic Verses’ – have you?

Much of what ‘intellectuals’ write is unreadable.

They tend to write for each other.

    =

    ====

In other words, these waste-of-space ‘intellectuals,’ to whose collective bleat  – ‘Europe Is Coming Apart’ – the Guardian gives such prominence, are completely irrelevant to real people who get up every morning and go forth to do honest work.

Suppose I rounded up a similar number of real, useful people, street-cleaners, shop assistants, barmaids, bank clerks, builders’ labourers, firemen, secretaries, who share my views on “Europe” or anything else and had them sign a declaration to that effect?

Would the Guardian even bother to read it, never mind give it huge coverage?

    Not a chance, and why?

Because they are real, useful members of the community, who do real jobs, lead normal lives and are thus of infinitely greater value to their country than any of the ‘cerebral celebs’ whose pearls of ‘wisdom’ the Guardian would have us slurp like sheep.

It’s not just the Guardian, true.

Even RT had an incomprehensible report on somebody called Thom Yorke, whose appearance is as unkempt as his latest infantile and ignorant outburst…

    And THAT merits newspaper coverage?

What is wrong with the media?

Why the obsession with self-important individuals who are of no significance except to their own kind.

PS – as noted above, two of the ‘intellectuals’ have in the past made it big – they got attacked here on RRA!

If you run through all those names listed in the Guardian, a lot of them come from East / Central Europe. If these left liberal brainiacs got out of the bubble more and listened to the real people in those countries, there would be very little meeting of minds. Poles and Czechs, Slovaks and the rest, they tend to have views like yours and mine.
‘intellectuals’ are a cosmopolitan, de-nationalised, rootless lot, with a few honourable exceptions. The two you have written about, that Italian and the Scot, are examples of how lost they are to all the normal bonds that bind peoples together as nations. A worthless bunch as you say, egg-heads writing stuff for other egg-heads to praise.
It’s a bit like that Hollywood crowd, their glitterati ceremonies where they decide whose movies are the greatest, and sometimes they even get it right when the box-office takings match up with the favourites chosen by the few hundred ego-trippers at the ‘film-festivals.’
      Sometimes.
That’s more, really, than the ‘intellectuals’ can say. Their book sales only get into even marginally significant numbers because they are named as ‘set texts’ that poor students are told to buy by leftwing lecturers.

Training Courses For Dumb Animals – Macron Upholds Elitist Tradition!

    Image result for training animals

    Allons, Mes Enfants!

That’s how Europhiliac politicians have always viewed the people whose taxes they  soak up  – dumb animals not fit to determine how their countries are run!

    You doubt that?

Well, just read these extracts, one from decades back, the other from last week – my capitalisation, NB.

    =

‘A referendum on this matter consists of consulting people who don’t know the problems instead of consulting people who know them. I would deplore a situation in which the policy of this great country should be left to housewives. It should be decided instead by TRAINED and informed people.’

Who the heck was THAT sexist buffoon?

Jean Rey, President of the European Commission (the job Drunkard Juncker now holds) for over ten years, in the Sixties and Seventies, came out with that outburst of obscene elitism.

I got the quote from an excellent Spiked.com article, which you can read on the link above.

But you know who THIS is, yeah?

However he said he supported ‘citizen consensus conferences’ (conférences de consensus citoyen).

“That means that we’re going to ask citizens their opinion, but WE’RE GOING TO TRAIN THEM.

We’re going to spend several hours or sometimes several weekends TRAINING PEOPLE and telling them: here’s the truth and the falsehood, here’s how it works; now you can make an informed decision.

    https://www.connexionfrance.com/French-news/Brexit/Brexit-referendum-has-torn-apart-society-says-Macron

Quite extraordinary, the condescension of those two, talking of the citizens (who in Macron’s case elected him into power!) as if they were animals that require ‘training’ until  – here’s the truth and the falsehood, here’s how it works- – until they know what’s good for them.

Note well, both the unlamented Belgian Rey and the ineffably arrogant Macron will decide what’s true and what’s false, and ‘how it works’ and only when the mere common folk have absorbed what’s handed down by elites and experts…now you can make an informed decision.

    Supercilious SOBs!

    referndmlet peole vote

Macron does admit that previous French governments treated democracy with disdain.

“What created a sense of malaise was that in 2005 we had a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty which resulted in a ‘no’ vote. Two years later France went back on it by a parliamentary decision.  I think it was a mistake. The people said one thing then two years later we said ‘we’re going to put that right’.”

But this week we read that his plans to let the people vote are merely on trivial technicalities, like –whether France needs to reduce its number of lawmakers, and whether their mandates should be shortened…

NO vote on capital punishment, NO vote on the migrant menace, NO vote on homo-marriage, ALL those key issues kept in the hands of the in-crowd.

Nor should we be surprised, because France was just last month…

Muppet Macron’s Mock-Consultation -“We’ll Only Talk About What WE Value!”

…advised that the elite would not bow to the people.

Or, as Maire Antoinette allegedly remarked, ‘Let them eat cake…’

…and we know what happened to her!

Macron thinks we need to be trained?
He will possibly think a whip, or a carrot, is needed to train us how to think and how to vote?
He insults us every time he opens his mouth.

They always talk down to real people from their elite positions.
At least the old aristocracies were usually patriotic but these Macroqns and Junckers and the like are nothing, the products of mutually back-scratching bureaucracies or banking cliques.
Charmless, soul-less, heartless, they need to be swept into the gutters and their rule must be replaced by real people, the populists, who talk our language and who share our values.

London’s Collaborateur Rally – ‘Ashamed To Be British?’

‘Today it’s hard not to feel ashamed to be British’

     macpartlaxresdefault

    MacPartland

The berk pictured above is ‘looking into’ the idea of acquiring French citizenship.

As a friend to France, I hope they respond to any such application prudently, viz.

    keep-calm-and-shove-it-up-your-ass

    —————–

I was about to turn in when I saw that disgusting rabble parading their disloyalty through the streets of London, disloyal not only to their country but to the very meaning of democracy.

One could imagine Vidkun Quisling’s followers, or the French Vichy collaborators doing the same to protest any moves to liberate their countries from German domination.

    00000

    vidkun_quisling

    oooooooooo

Quisling and the Vichy gang were reviled at war’s end, and their names still stink today. But I doubt even the worst of them ever said they were ‘ashamed to be Norwegian,’ or ‘ashamed to be French,

But that toe-rag at the top of the page is truly sickening, a so-called Brit saying he’s ‘ashamed to be British.’

I’ve been all too often appalled by the way Brits have elected a series of governments that crawl to Brussels, but nothing could ever make me say I was ashamed to be British.

Being born to that glorious heritage is something that should make any man or woman perennially proud.

    ——–

    commonwealth

    oooo

Not so this wretch MacPartland, a top dog in the media network called The Local, which publishes in numerous Continental countries.

He, like those creepy clowns cavalcading through London, regards the majority of his fellow-Brits as sheep, unlike the minority who share his own OF COURSE incandescently insightful opinions.

    dignif elite arrogance-s

And it’s not just British voters he looks down on. Listen to this demophobic drivel, about France..

Anti-EU sentiment is also on the rise here, but thankfully the politicians in charge don’t appear to be stupid enough to put it to a referendum at a time when terrorism and the biggest migrants’ crisis since the war has boosted extremism and muddied ordinary people’s minds.

    http://www.thelocal.fr/20160624/its-impossible-not-to-feel-ashamed-to-be-british

    Got it?

French folk have MUDDY minds, because they’d prefer a government which heeds their wishes on the crimmigrant issue instead of encouraging the alien parasites with nice new comfy lodgings.

French folk have MUDDY MINDS because they’d prefer a government that doesn’t grovel to the Brussels rule that rabid terrorists can’t be put down.

The French deserve to be consulted, not only on the EUSSR, but also with specific referenda on those two issues mentioned in the paragraph above this one.

But as The Local’s lousy little elitist observes, the Paris politicians aren’t stupid enough to give the French a say.

Maybe because historical precedent in their country suggests that when people get a taste of democracy, they want more….

    knitterguil_bot

…and they know how to handle an uppity waster ruling class that gets in the people’s way.

Merkel's Manikin Manfred – 'Ignore What Voters Think!'

The arrogant elitism of the phoney ‘conservative’ faction in the Strasbourg ‘Parliament’ was on display in Spain last week, when the talking-shop toadies got together….

    ———–

    ——

Their chairman, Manfred Weber MEP, belongs to the Bavarian wing of Mama Stasi Merkel’s CDU party, which calls itself the CSU.

But unlike many CSU activists, he toes the spineless line on crimmigrants and loathes straight-talking realists (aka ‘populists’)  who put up resistance to the undesirable alien influx.

    ===============

Weber wants to distance himself from such populists and their “simple answers.”

Since when do we ignore the old axiom that the simplest solution is usually the right one …

    ——-

    IMMIGRATION PROTESTS

    – prompt action to STOP THE INVASION – rather than asinine answers which pander to welfare parasites and endanger honest citizens by surrounding them with savages?

But let’s pause and remind ourselves of the official name of the ‘conservative’ group in Strasbourg of which Weber’s the big boss ( under Merkel’s big thumb, of course)

They style themselves the European People’s Party!

But do they, does Weber, give a monkey’s what the ‘people’ – his people, or French people, or Dutch people – want done about the alien tsunami?

Right now it would behoove us to ignore opinion polls, and just do what has to be done.

    http://www.dw.com/en/europes-conservatives-fight-over-merkels-refugee-speech/a-18800824

    In other words..

    =================

    nazi-eu-hitler

    elite arrogance-s,

    —————

Old Adolf spawned his own anti-democratic Pan-Europe movement in Bavaria, and it sounds like there’s still fertile soil down that way, if Weber’s vapouring is anything to go by.

After Turn-Coat Tusk’s demand last week for a shut-down of dissent to his Euro-Diktat…

TurnCoat Tusk To Nation-States: ‘Don’t Argue – Do As We Say!’

….surely nobody thinks the EUSSR has the slightest concern for the peoples corralled in its cultural marxist collective.

On a Fishy Note – Where’s the Bacon, Miss? UK Stealth Halal?

Just got in before the rain started, to find a very fishy story from Portsmouth, England, where parents got rightly up in arms over an arrogant note sent out by a head teacher who seems to think ‘multicult’ is marvellous.

    • multicult3
    • Somebody should tell Julie Smith that this is an English school in England, so if anyone wants a non-British cultural education, they should be sending their kids off to boarding schools overseas. The note read:

‘We have a new menu for school dinners starting on April 20, 2015.  ‘Please be assured there is no pork on the menu and the sausages served are halal chicken.’

    ————

The note sent out by mistake by Milton Park School

    ooooooooooo
Milton Park Primary School is now in denial mode. The note was ‘sent out in error,’ says Smith.  http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/news/education/portsmouth-school-s-mistaken-halal-note-sparks-parents-fury-1-6665289

So we can all sit back and breathe easy…NOT!

Firstly,  Smith doesn’t identify the hidden hand behind the ‘error.’ It was obviously typed up on somebody’s orders and it looks to me like the ‘error’ was some school flunkey giving the game away and getting caught out! They forgot, perhaps convinced there’s no fight left in ordinary Brits, to pursue a stealth strategy, multiculturation without parental knowledge or consent.

Smith has shamefully boasted that ‘we have a wonderful multicultural school,‘ which tells us all we need to know about her commitment to ensuring the children grow up conscious of their duty to be British.

If they’re migrants or children of migrants, they should be carefully taught that migration, movement, involves change, adaptation, assimilation into the culture, customs and ways of the place that took them in.

The traditional British diet includes bacon and eggs for breakfast, good helpings of pork chops and/or pork sausages for a main meal, and bacon butties for the kids’ lunch!

    • bacon-and-eggs
    • It’s not compulsory. Some youngsters have their own ideas, as do parents. . Vegetarians, Jews and Muslims won’t relish any of the aforesaid delights, and a veggie menu option is easy to arrange. But a LOT of people abhor the halal method of slaughter.

To strip every piggy product from the list of choices is downright outrageous.

No wonder the protest petition got some four thousand signatures! No wonder Smith u-turned so fast.

But parents would be very ill-advised to take her on trust.

Katie Rogers, 26, has two children who go to the school and said she is glad the rule is not being enforced. But she also said she is confused by the note as the menu for the next three weeks does not include pork.

A stab in the back by arrogant elitists? I wouldn’t put it past them.

And I doubt many of those poor Brit parents’ elected representatives – school governors, city councillors or MPs, will do a lot to safeguard their rights.

    76557-voteukip

    Another reason to mobilise.

BTW, before you ask – I eat what’s put in front of me. If you are raised in a working-class home, that’s the way you stay. It’s also good manners.

Now I’m going to fry up some bacon and boil some halal sausages, to see me through this rainy evening and prepare for tomorrow’s visitor

'Sniper' Shot Down! Oscars Illustrate Gap Between People and Gilded Elite

Barely a mention of the best box-office draw! Typical of the Hollywood snobbocracy, which chose to diss the movie-goers who provide them with their glitterati life-style, the Oscars all but ignored American Sniper.

Even EuroNews this morning felt obliged to mention this bizarre failure to recognise talent, a blatant PC bias against a film that celebrates patriotism.

Hollywood stinks, of treason. You are right on target with this.
But there’s a new movie coming out about Vietnam. Maybe you can plug it because it finally tries to set the record straight. I’ll give you the link to where you can find out more about it.
