Portland Indonesia? Thugs Stone Cops! Black-Clad Louts!

After months of watching Red Nazi Antifa and BLM hoodlum gangs amok in Portland, Oregon…

    .

    .

….I wasn’t sure yesterday if I was tuned into local Indonesian tv or one of the Western channels we get here.

I quote from a local newspaper, which tells us that by nightfall –

…the police had detained around 1,000 people for instigating the riots and damaging public properties.

    .

    .

At least 11 Transjakarta bus stations were ransacked by the protestors, with the one near Hotel Indonesia roundabout burned down to the ground.

There was a big demo organised by the labour unions against a new law going through parliament which has caused widespread concern all over Indonesia…

    .

    .

…but the wanton violence and vandalism, stones and bottles hurled by dastardly young thugs?

As noted the mayhem was not confined to Jakarta.

Another report, from West Java, asks a very relevant question.

Dozens of Teens in Black Become Infiltrators During Labor Action, Who Are They?”,
    https://m.jpnn.com/news/belasan-remaja-berbaju-hitam-jadi-penyusup-saat-aksi-buruh-siapa-mereka

Savage attacks, arson, aimed not just a police but at anyone who is not on the right side –  or the left side, perhaps –  like the ordinary citizens who might have wanted to use those bus stops…

    .

    .

…..to go about their lawful business?

    ….

It all smacks of similarly black-clad loutery in Europe and North America, where not just stones and bottles have been used as weaponry!

These Antifa guys were showing up with weapons, shields and bike helmets and just beating the shit out of people. … They’re using Molotov cocktails, they’re starting fires, they’re throwing bombs and smashing windows.”

    .

    Red Nazi thuggery in Charlottesville

    =

So who’s to blame in Indonesia?

Just local fools aping the evil marxist gangsterism they’ve seen on You Tube?

Which Is More Hated By BLM? Their God Or Their Country?

Or has the other plague, not the Chinese Virus but Antifa, spread to this increasingly troubled archipelago?

We both love Indonesia, Ross, you more than me, I think.
But there is no reason to think or expect that the same bad ideas we can see back home are not being spread here.
Look at that left woman who writes the feminist stuff, or the JP America haters.
Antifa is bound to be around.
On the other hand, are they the only bad guys in the story.
i am sending you a link.

Reminder! Will Penally Arson Cover-Up Be Busted?

The morning has passed, usefully devoted to washing and a walk to the tukang sayur ( veggie vendor) and the arvo finds me tackling a new challenge.

I am no cook but writing so much about Greece recently conjured up the happy memory of moussaka…

    .

    ….

…and in line with my ‘new abnormal’ practice of finding things to do to alleviate the ennui of being at home so much, I decided to make some, as a surprise for tomorrow’s ever-welcome visitor.

Worryingly, what I have created bears little resemblance to that dish in the picture.

    ….

However, that’s merely a personal and totally irrelevant prelude to what my headline’s about!

‘Asylum’ Arson? Massive UK Police/Press Cover-Up?

    .

After our alert to UK readers a few days ago, I’ll be curious to learn if the Penally ‘panel’ has censored questions about the massive media/police cover-up of the ‘asylum’ arson?

    .

    .

    .

    One local newspaper….

The noon meeting, which will be live streamed, has been arranged to address residents’ questions and concerns about the arrival of asylum seekers at the former Ministry of Defence camp.

….has revealed a batch of questions from one local government notable, the Penally county councillor Jon Preston, some of which are boring council stuff, but some others might elicit interesting answers.

    A sample, with my comments

When will the report from the Home Office scoping exercise to ’assess community impact’ be made public?

    Huh?

How will the Home Office support the additional costs incurred by Pembrokeshire taxpayers to support public services, the Police operation and the healthcare provisions associated with the asylum facility?

    So how much EXACTLY…

…is the crimmigrant camp going to cost?

What process has been employed to ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable adults who have been given (a reported) 24 hours’ notice removed from established support networks in the UK and placed into a militarised setting hundreds of miles from their familiar surroundings and with little or no explanation?

What kind of a question is this?

Who gives a tinker’s cuss about ‘safeguarding’ a pack of illegal aliens – much more important to safeguard Penally folk…

    .

…especially since one of the inmates appears to be an arsonist?

Will the Home Office give assurance to the people of Penally and Pembrokeshire that the camp will be returned to the MoD within the stipulated 12 month period?

And will that mean the aliens have been deported…

    .

    …especially the guilty fire-bug?

Members of the public will be able to watch the meeting by visiting:

I hope your Rossaka pleases your visitor!
Well done for trying something different in this boring era.
I will try to look in on the Pengally show.

So this Deborah Chippenden is one of Priti Patel’s senior staff members and she actually believes all these fake-refugees are fleeing persecution?
      Is she psychic? Or delusory?
How can she possibly know that? Did they give her their CVs?

Did you hear her, that Home Office woman?
      ‘They are not criminals?’
So who started that fire on their premises?
All in the camp men in good physical shape and no women?
And they are free to prowl the whole county if they want.
      There’s going to be trouble.

I watched it. I’m attaching a separate summary of what I took from it, in case you missed any of it during your moussaka preparations.
Thank you for publicising this. It has given me a lot of ‘food for thought!’

Thomson Acquitted, OK! Now Fire The Prosecution Fool!

Having lived far, far away from my birthplace in Perth County, for very many years, I only get a little bit of Ontario news these days, unless I’m searching for something in particular.

So when I stumbled on this story about a man up in Port Colbourne, put on trial for defending his life and his property from attackers of evil intent…

    ==

    ===

    …I was shocked.

After three men tried to burn down his home while he was inside it, Ian Thomson shot at them with a legally owned gun. He was charged with four crimes. He never should have been charged in the first place. But an acquittal on all counts will have to do.

    http://nationalpost.com/opinion/matt-gurney-after-two-years-judge-acquits-man-who-defended-himself-with-a-gun/

Nice to find a journo with a sense of justice, but this result should NOT have to do!

Whichever lame-brained lawyer/bureaucrat pushed on with this prosecution when it should have been dropped, piling on horrendous psychological pressure on the victim of a monstrous assault, should be named and shamed and fired ignominiously!

    Hasil gambar untuk fire him

    And no pension!

He  ( or she ) has brought the system into disrepute.

If anything, Mr. Thomson should be held up as a grand example of a good, brave citizen.

It’s just a pity more people don’t open fire – and kill – the sort of criminal scum who attempt home invasions and the like.

This is very much like the case of that old Englishman about 20 years ago, who shot and injured one of two gypsy criminals who invaded his house to rob him..
He was convicted despite a nationwide outcry.
I don’t think the law has been reformed since, although it should be.
Anybody should have the right to defend his home by any means.
