    Oz People Power, Yes! But Beware GetUp Reds’ Dirty Tricks!

    We wrote about that Lambie lady quite a long while ago…

    Senator Lambie Must Be Specific on Shariah!

    ================

    • Senator Lambie
    • =============================
    • Senator Lambie said any Australian who supported sharia should not have the right to vote or get welfare payments.  “Anybody that is supporting or calling for sharia law in Australia should get out, simple as that,” she told reporters in Hobart on Monday.

    ……..

    …but now she’s back in the news again…

    https://www.smh.com.au/politics/federal/lambie-outsourcing-casting-vote-on-refugee-phone-ban-to-public-poll-20200913-p55v66.html

    …with a promise to ‘outsource’ her decision when Scott Morrison’s sensible proposal to permit confiscation of mobile phones from detained aliens comes before the Australian Senate.

    It’s a dashed fine idea, BTW!

    No reason at all why Australia should not follow Austria’s example!

    Gambar terkait

    Phoney ‘Refugees’ And Phones– Calling All Crimmigrants?

    But let’s not get diverted.

    By ‘outsourcing,’ the Senator apparently means abiding by an opinion poll to be organised on her website.

    Abiding by the popular will is a good Australian tradition…

    .

    .

    …for legislators are there to speak for the people, and how can they do that if they don’t hear the people’s voice?

    Tasmania’s Senator Lambie has at least one wise decision to her credit, when she supported Scomo’s removal of the absurd law that let diseased aliens into Oz from off-shore detention.

    But the way I read the piece in the SMH suggests Ms. Lambie is not going to consult only those she was elected to represent, but everybody in Australia!

    Frankly, that’s not really her job.

    .

    .

    Far better if Scott Morrison put the issue – and other issues, like those I suggest further down the page – to a referendum or plebiscite or whatever.

    The danger is, the Lambie poll idea throws the issue open to powerful, big-bucks fanatics like the nasty red GetUp gang….

    ….the lowest form of antipodean political excrement…

    .

    ….whom we looked at briefly earlier this year.

    Her initially appealing plan to put power into the hands of the people could easily be hi-jacked!

    GetUp are not noted for any great interest in direct democracy…

    …because they are probably smart enough to realise that, on what should be non-party-political issues, like crimmigrant bludger-boats, the death penalty, and even things like corporal punishment for bad brats…

    .

    ..

    ..if everyday Australians had their way, the decadent bollocks-think that prevails in Canberra would soon make way for common sense.

    In a full-scale referendum battle, GetUp’s far-left follies would stand little chance.

    But on a solitary website, operated by Ms. Lambie, who has no significant nationwide organisation, think of all those marxist agitprop bad guys with tons of cash and rabid red running-dogs in every city…?

    Not an encouraging prospect.

    If she wants to ask her own constituents, registered to vote in Tassie, okay, give it a shot!

    But otherwise?

    Not so much!

    PS

    Re-reading a variety of media reports, it sounds as if she’s not binding herself to go with whatever the poll majority might turn out to be.

    I therefore reserve judgement.

    She seems smart enough to go the right way.

      GetUp is very bad.
      They are just an arm of the Labor Left but very well funded.

      We should all go onto Lambie’s poll and vote.

      I have heard nothing good about these GetUp extremists. Lambie’s heart is in the right place but Morrison should consult us, not leave it to her. If we had a plebiscite, no question the crimmigrants would be ‘de-mobiled.’

      I have only just seen this. Lambie is a well-meaning woman but not astute.
      GetUp are marxist enemies within Australia and I am glad you are pointing this out.

    Oz Opts To Wallow In The Mire! Turnbull Turns On Tolerance, Of Course!

    ==========

    Australia has voted to legalise homo-weddings,  and it’s a black day for every Australian who cares about common decency.

    Meanwhile, as some of the worst elements in Oz are mincing with glee, Malcolm Turnsteer has already nailed his true colours to the maladjust mast.

    When some brave law-makers made clear they’d fight for protection for dissenters’ rights in any forthcoming legislation, Turnbull slapped them down…

    =

    =

    Tony Abbott, in contrast, has declared that whatever changes may be made in marriage law, they must “entrench the right to dissent from any new orthodoxy.”

    And that ‘new orthodoxy’ is showing scant interest in tolerance for its critics.

     So much for religious liberty!

    Turnbull’s preferred legislation, which he wants rammed through ASAP, would offer no such respect for conscience, and if he gets his way, Australia could well see scenes of disgusting persecution…

    Gaystapo Versus America! ACT Against Evil!

    Crucified by ACLU Gaystapo, Christian Gran Faces Easter Hell!

    …like that suffered by Christians in the USA.

    ———-

    A Coalition for Marriage spokeswoman said the no campaign found Turnbull’s comments “surprising” because he had recently said “he believed more strongly in religious freedom than in same-sex marriage…”

    ===

    .

    “During the Senate select committee hearings earlier this year and … throughout the campaign, many Australians have raised concerns about the consequences of redefining marriage and these have been ignored in the Smith bill,” she said.

      Turnsteer is a funny name that’s true, but now we should name him U-Turnbull, after his betrayal of anyone dumb enough to believe that he for a minute meant what he said about the importance of religious liberty.

      You are bang on target, Ross, and thanks by the way for your encouraging posts during the campaign,

      These ‘gay’ buggars who are never gay in the real sense of the word they stole, never happy, always aggressive and vicious and intolerant.
      Those examples of Christians in America being persecuted for standing by their beliefs are going to be replicated now in Australia and U-Turnbull has made it clear he will ‘slap down’ anybody who tries to protect dissenters.”
      He is one total sh–t and we have GOT to get a proper conservative party, Bernardi maybe or better still Abbott.rr

      We lost to those queers because of the media bias and the corruption of young minds in the education system but also because the ‘right-wing’ Coalition has for years been infiltrated by the left.

      Though it goes back to Malcolm Fraser and his multicultural rubbish, Malcolm Turnbull, the ones who staged his coup against Tony Abbott are worse, they are the ones we need to get rid off.

      Pauline is good on a lot of issues but I would say the new Conservative Party is the better bet.

    Darebin, Dustbin Of Democracy! Greens Warn Christians!

    After our somewhat lengthy piece on the bigotry and bias faced by pro-decency campaigners in the Australian vote on homo-weddings…

    Australia – Guardian Gaystapo Gal Gives Gag Guarantee!

    …here’s another example of the intolerance of the gaystapo forces there….

    =

    ======

    …where a Melbourne-area local council has declared it will give free office space to same-sex marriage campaigners — while blacklisting opponents of marriage equality.

    http://www.heraldsun.com.au/leader/north/darebin-council-set-to-pass-motion-to-offer-resources-to-marriage-equality-campaign/

    ==

    ==

    Seemingly, ghastly Greens rule on Darebin Council.

    Their councillors are free to express their personal and party opinions, but how dare they aim to pervert municipal powers to issue a warning to local churches not to campaign against same-sex marriage?

    AND just as bad, or maybe worse, they seek to give gaystapo agitators use of council facilities and services for free in the lead up to the postal plebiscite on same-sex marriage?

    But….‘no’ campaigners will be barred from using council facilities, according to an urgent motion to be voted on next week!

    ===

    Darebin Council HQ

    =

    It’s sublime arrogance more reminiscent of 19th century Europe’s Holy Alliance, this squalid Green scheme to browbeat local churches and religious groups, to warn them of the “potentially harmful impacts of campaigning against marriage equality.”

    I’d have thought churches etc. have a moral duty to campaign against debasing an institution the proposed change to which would have been laughed to scorn not that long ago.

    Not so? So how come none of the ALP Prime Ministers up to and including the most recent ever put it on their election manifestos?

    But it’s not just empathy with sexual aberrants that motivates these Greens.

    It’s a deep-rooted distaste for democracy!

    Their Councillor Susan Rennie rants against giving Australians a vote.

    The postal poll is a terrible idea, there’s no justification for it and it will make some people in our community feel unsafe and expose them to homophobia and discrimination!”

    It’s democracy that’s unsafe with Rennie in any position of authority.

    =

    A postal ballot is not the ideal way – it should have been a proper plebiscite – a  referendum, but whose Senate votes prevented that going ahead?

    Her Green comrades in Australia’s Upper House!

    Green light for marriage postal vote

    Rennie rejected suggestions the council was limiting free speech…

    “… and just because people are free to express their views doesn’t mean council should deliver a platform for them,” she said.

    WRONG, Comrade Rennie!

    YOU are not obliged to engage in fair play, NOR is your Green Party.

    But a local authority SHOULD – and I would hope that some of the municipal electorate will be examining what legal steps they can take to prevent the Greens’ outrageous pretensions which are arguably ultra vires  – local authorities are constituted in order to expend local resources on LOCAL issues.

      I never thought i would see the day when Christianity would be a persecuted faith in our Australia but that’s what happens when you put very intolerant people like Greens in power, even at the local level.

      There must be something the good people in Dustbin ( I like that!) can do about this because local goverments have limited legal authority.
      Are the Greens even allowed to waste public money by letting these ‘gays’ use council facilities without payments when anyone else would have to hire them. .

      Was there not a scandal on the German Greens being in favor of legalising pedophilia not that long ago? I suppose they would call that ‘molestation equality?’
      Wasn’t it the English Green party very recently wanted to have polyamory legalised, three-people ‘marriage?’

      Will the Dustbin councillors be giving the same kind of support to those causes as they want to give to queer marriage campaigners?
