Police State Victoria – Oz Gestapo Loses It, Totally!

Since Avi Yemini has asked that coverage as wide as possible be given to the latest gestapoid threats made against him by Victoria Police State’s state police…

    …I hereby oblige.

The police delivered a letter to my home last week.

It was signed by a senior officer — Acting Detective Sergeant Adam Moore of the Victoria Police Crime Squad.

    The letter didn’t mince words.

If I don’t take down a news video that I recently published, I could face two years in prison.

Watch my response to the police threat.

Click here to see the letter for yourself. Imagine having this delivered to you at home. I think they did that on purpose to upset my family.

Victoria Police Command don’t like me much. You’ve witnessed them arrest me, assault me and even go after my team. This isn’t the first time they’ve come to my home to intimidate me. And as you know, I’m already suing them for that misconduct.

But this isn’t like all the previous attacks on me. In the past, they’d rough me up a bit, throw me in the back of a police vehicle, but then just let me go.

What’s new here is the threat of two years in prison.

All for showing you a news report, in the public interest, that dared to shed light on shocking, brutal, authoritarian conduct by Victoria Police.

(That sort of proves my point, doesn’t it?)

By now, you must be wondering which of my videos they say is illegal.

They say I could go to prison for a long time for showing you.

But I’m not taking down that news report. In fact, I want as many people as possible to see it — not only to see what Victoria Police Command don’t want you to see, but also to prove that we’re still a free country. (At least, I hope we are.)

Click here to see the video they’re threatening me to take down:

I’m not making this decision lightly or rashly.

As you know, we regularly consult lawyers before doing our most important stories. In this case, I have consulted with Justin Quill, Australia’s leading media lawyer.

You can click here to see his reply to the police — I think it’s just right

I’m glad I don’t live in Melbourne or anywhere in Victoria.
These cops are really off the leash and that letter to Avi Yemini is an outrage.

    Amazing Interview – Old Bat’s Foul-Mouth Brat

I find Avi Yemini’s work often admirable, and so use it, with due acknowledgement, from time to time, careful to include the appeal for support which Rebel News deserves.

Today’s report, from Australia, of course…

….more or less speaks for itself, but….

If you ever wonder what must be going through the head of Antifa extremists, you have to check this video out.

During the weekend’s rally in Melbourne an 18-year-old attempted to egg MP Craig Kelly who was giving a speech on stage to a huge crowd.

Egged on by his mother, it isn’t hard to see where the young man gets his strange ideas about freedom and democracy from.

    See for yourself!

WATCH my interview with both of them moments after the incident and SHARE the video with your friends.

    Yours truly,

    Avi Yemini

P.S. Rebel News is looking to expand its coverage in Australia, but we need your help. If you want to continue to see us ask the tough questions, please click here now to help us crowdfund our independent journalism. Please donate now, any amount helps.

    ABC’s Bigot-Left Media Watch

Australia’s tax-funded propaganda channel has a foul record of bias, so bad that even a recent Oz PM put them famously down…

…and more recently we too felt the need once more to point out how lousy left one of their programmes was…

ABC’s Media Watch, Blind To The Drum’s Left Bias!

Media Watch is presented by an opinionated leftist named Paul Barry

    Paul James Barry

Paul Barry – he was previously with the BBC and voted for Malcom Turnbull – for further details of his leftery, see wikipedia

I’ve not been the only one to notice this exemplar of ABC’s ‘fair and balanced’ approach.

    – see The Mocker: Paul Barry forgets the ABC of calling out media bias   https://www.theaustralian.com.au/commentary/the-mocker-paul-barry-forgets-the-abc-of-calling-out-media-bias/news-story

…so imagine my delight to get an email asking…

Have you heard of the show Media Watch hosted by Paul Barry?

It’s a serious program – obviously, taxpayer-funded – that looks at different media types, newspapers, TV, and opinion pieces and dissects them.

They frame themselves as being watchdogs, the so-called gatekeepers of what is and isn’t fake news.

    But guess what?

Last week, they ran a segment targeting independent journalists like me.

And a lot of what they said was FAKE NEWS.

So, I caught up with my friend and independent journalist, The Real Rukshan, to break it down for you.

WATCH and SHARE our reaction to what we saw.

WATCH: This is the video Media Watch does NOT want you to see

They don’t like us because we show the truth, on the ground, in real-time.

Unlike the ABC, we don’t demonise any anti-government dissent as anti-vax, neo-Nazi conspiracy theorists.

We bring you context and balance, always showing the other side of the story.

When the mainstream media is panicking and going to great lengths to smear people like Rukshan and me, it shows we are on the right path.

So if you like what we’re doing and want to show your support, make sure you share our video FAR and WIDE.

We don’t get endless taxpayer funding to promote our channel, we count on people like you to get our message out.

    Yours truly,

    Avi Yemini

    Rebel News

P.S. I was happy to see Paul Barry promote the Rebel News Store on his show. Thanks to him, we are probably going to sell a lot more merch. If you’re interested, you can check it out for yourself at RebelStore.com.au.

Breakfast Video – A Foul-Mouthed Hag And Some Normal Australians!

The hateful abuse from the foul-mouthed hag you can hear on this video is startling, but then so has been much of the footage sent by Avi Yemini from Melbourne.

I include his request for donations, as he is doing a much better, fairer job than most of the hack-pack with the ‘mainstream’ aka rotten media.

I especially appreciate the contrast he makes between the police violence against Australian workers….

    Courageous counter-protester

BLM Hate-Mob Enraged By Aussie ‘All Lives Matter’ Protest!

….and the pathetic pussy-footing way the racist BLM hooligans were handled – who can forget the rabid menace those scum turned on the lone protester for ALL Lives Matter.

The photo above was taken in Sydney, but the cops there are just about as selective toward who gets to enjoy democratic rights and freedoms as the Melbourne gestapo.

During last week’s lockdown protest in Melbourne, the people marching questioned why counter-terror police were deployed against them and not against Black Lives Matter protesters last year.

If you’ve been following my reports last week, you would have seen heavily armed police and riot response squads violently suppressing the tradie uprising against vaccine mandates.

Violence and intimidation seem to be the preferred tactics used by Victoria Police against anyone taking issue with these draconian lockdowns.

So what makes protesting lockdown restrictions so different?

Last week, I put the question to an indigenous woman attacking construction protesters. She’d protested for BLM the previous year.

WATCH and SHARE her shocking reply:

WATCH: Black Lives Matter activist ABUSES construction workers protesting in Melbourne
Thankfully a legendary Aboriginal man in the crowd shut her right down.

People like him give me hope.

P.S. The situation in Melbourne is far from over and I’m going to continue to report from the ground as the lockdown protests continue. Can help support our independent journalism? Just click here to donate.

    Oz Media’s Navel-Gazing Hypocrisy

Much ado about a 7NEWS reporter injured at the protest in Melbourne’ CBD, and of course the journalist should not have been assaulted.

But it’s the sheer hypocrisy of the so-called ‘mainstream’ media that merits mention.

I’m watching an ABC blonde bint now, and her tax-funded channel comrades have been discussing disapprovingly what befell the 7NEWS man.

    Naturally – it’s news!

What did they say when a member of the Rebel News reporter Avi Yemini’s team was brutalised?

We not long ago covered how Victoria State Police resorted to police-state tactics…

Melbourne Cops? Better Call ‘Em Storm-Troops!

But how many mainstream hacks gave a tinker’s cuss about, or even let their readers know about, what happened THEN?

NB – some crummy cop even menaced his right to do his job..

‘Avi is starting to become a bit more problematic. So we might need to look at what Avil’s role is here in the moment.’

    Double standards!

Melbourne Cops? Better Call ‘Em Storm-Troops!

Much anguish about the anti-lockdown demo in Sydney, and those poor horses.

But in another Australian city, Melbourne, it’s press freedom that deserves our concern, with thugs in uniform…

    Victoria Police - Wikipedia

‘Uphold The Right?’  More like ‘Silence The Opposition!’

    ….aka the Victoria Police.

Their goon-squad officers deliberately targetted a journalist from Rebel News, whose reporting is disliked by the Socialist State authorities.

If it were just hearsay, I’d be less vexed, but there’s video evidence to back up the report.

    Decide for yourselves.

    “Grab this fella!”

That’s what the commanding officer of the Victoria Police shouted at his shock troops. And nine of them did grab him.

And throw him to the ground.

    And punch him.

    And knee him.

And put handcuffs on him so tightly that an hour later, his wrists were still bright red.

Click here to see for yourself. Viewer discretion is advised.

That “fella” that they grabbed is Daniel, my bodyguard. I don’t talk much about him, but he’s always there with me, watching my back when I work in case Antifa or someone else tries to attack me.

But what if the violent attack doesn’t come from criminals — what if it comes from out-of-control police?

Daniel is a licensed, insured, professional bodyguard who knows that the best way to win a fight is to never get in one.

He keeps me out of trouble. 99% of the time, viewers never even know he’s there. In fact, all the TV crews covering yesterday’s major protests in Melbourne had bodyguards with them.

But the police only attacked mine.

As you can see in the video, I was walking away from police, and Daniel was behind me, following me, walking away from police, too. He wasn’t a protester; he was my quiet shadow.

The cops knew that. Which is precisely why they attacked him, slammed him to the floor, beat him up and took him to the police station — releasing him with the threat of a $1,817 fine.

The police knew exactly who I was and exactly who Daniel was. When they grabbed Daniel, I objected firmly but politely — so they started to threaten me, too.

I immediately called our lawyer, Madeleine Smith, to ask for legal advice. I tried to get police to talk to her, but they refused. When I asked police where they were taking Daniel, Inspector Jamie Templeton suggested I’d be arrested, too. You can hear him telling the other cops,

“Avi is starting to become a bit more problematic. So we might need to look at what Avil’s role is here in the moment.”

Really? My role is that of a reporter, covering the news — just like a dozen other reporters there that day, covering the news, each with their bodyguards, too.

The fact that Inspector Templeton knew my name shows he knew exactly who Daniel was. And his brazen suggestion that if I dared to keep asking about their misconduct, I’d be next, shows that he’s actually the lawless one.

As you can see at the end of the video, Daniel isn’t deterred — and neither am I. We’ll continue to honestly and independently cover the news in Australia, no matter what Dan Andrews’ bullies say.

And there’s simply no way we’re going to let Daniel pay that $1,817 ticket by himself. But we’re not going to pay it for him, either. We’re going to fight it for him — all the way to the High Court if necessary.

If you are appalled by the misconduct of the Victoria Police, and the transparent targeting of my crew and me, please join with me at http://www.FightTheFines.com.au to help us cover the legal costs of fighting Daniel’s fine.

They’ve tried to hassle me, threaten me, tire me out and scare me, but it hasn’t worked so far. So now they’re targeting my team.

    No way.

I’m going to fight for Daniel as hard as I fight for myself. If you can help me, please click here, and chip in a few dollars to help cover the costs of our excellent lawyers.

    Yours gratefully,

    Avi Yemini
    Chief Australia Correspondent

P.S. There were literally nine cops that jumped on Daniel. He didn’t resist, but they punched and kneed him anyways. It was their way of showing me who’s boss.

P.P.S. The proper way to resists isn’t by physical force. The proper way to fight back is in the court of law, by showing a judge what these brutal cops did, and demanding justice. Please click here, or go to http://www.FightTheFines.com.au if you want to help us do just that. (Thanks.)

There’s two sides to wvery story and quite right you let this be heard.
Victoria cops have a bad reputation and when they know the state government wants this journalist shut down, they must think they have a license for violence.
All these thugs should be fired but most of all the dick in charge named in the story.

Victoria’s Stasi-Cops? In The Service Of A Police State?

We know that the State of Victoria in Australia is run by some of the worst, most intolerant leftists in the land.

Jaclyn ‘Jackboot’ Symes – Most Totalitarian Vixen In Oz?

So when I received this email, I wasn’t as surprised as Avi Yemini was, when he was given cause to send it to many thousands of people around the world.

I received a surprise visit last night.

Three Victoria Police officers arrived at my door to deliver a letter from the Victoria Police commissioner, threatening me not to show up at today’s lockdown protest in Melbourne.

The police also let it slip that they would be delivering more letters to others.

Will reporters from Channel 7, Channel 9, or Channel 10 get the same treatment? Not a chance.

WATCH and SHARE what happened here:

Police deliver warning letter to Avi Yemini's home ahead of protest coverage

I will not be intimidated. I will not cower. And I will not back down.

I will be at today’s protest, and I will continue to expose Victoria’s police state whether they like it or not.

Who else is going to report on their intimidation tactics and expose these thugs to the world?

This is precisely why I’m suing the Victoria Police. If you want to support my lawsuit and help me cover my legal fees, visit StandWithAvi.com.

Watch this space — I’ll have more to report from today’s protest in the days ahead.

I’m not sure that i always agree with everything Mr. Avi Yemini of Rebel News has to say, but he is courageous and honest so I have often mentioned him on my blog.

A Stinko lout kicks out viciously, turning his hatred against workaday Londoners

This morning London commuters furiously dragged a protester from the top of a train at CanningTownhttps://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7582765/Extinction-Rebellion-protesters-cause-misery-morning-commuters-converge-CanningTown.htm

So many of you will be unsurprised by the Australian wing of the vermin gang’s antics in Melbourne.

I append some of his report below…

Among the many climate sins committed by the protesters, parking a diesel truck in the middle of a busy intersection may have been the worst. This stunt led to cars being stuck in traffic for hours until police brought in another diesel truck to tow it.

So I visited their camp to ask the tough questions.

Watch and share what happened next.

This is how you EXPOSE the biggest climate HYPOCRITES on the planet

If you thought that was strange, the protest also held a “white privilege” workshop. What “white privilege” has to do with climate change is a mystery to me, but I thought maybe some of the protesters there could educate me on the issue.

    Here, take a look:

Extinction Rebellion now BLAME 'white privilege' for the 'climate emergency'

My boss Ezra doesn’t allow me to attend these types of protests anymore without a bodyguard. Like the large yellow-clad fellow in my video watching my back, good security isn’t cheap.

It costs a lot of money to keep our team safe from some of the crazy antics that sometimes occur at these types of protests. So if you can, please visit JournalistDefenceFund.com to pitch in.

Some GOOD News From Australia – Goon-Cops Back Down!

Just to kick off your weekend with a dash of good news, I append below part of a report from Avi Yemini, Rebel News’ intrepid Australian reporter.

Great news! New South Wales Police have withdrawn their fine against DJ Barker.

We gave his extremely readable story fulsome coverage quite a few weeks ago…

    Another Goon-Cop Shocker From Oz!

…so the least we can do is give further credit to one of the few genuinely brave journalists in Oz.

With our viewers’ support, we crowdfunded DJ a lawyer, Mani Shishineh, to represent her in court.

Mani is an excellent lawyer, one of the best in the business. He’s beat cases for us before, and sure enough, he beat this one too!

Click here to watch my full report and hear what Mani had to say about this case.

Have a fun Saturday, wherever you are – even if you’re locked down!
