Brussels Bully Backs Off – Salute Those Valiant Poles!

This Dutchman is evil, an enemy to every patriot in every single European nation.

    • Timmermans

Frans Timmermans, the Dutch vice-president of the European Commission, said that “diversity was the future of the world,” and that Eastern European nations would just have to “get used to that.”

When we covered that explicit enunciation by the EuroCommissar of his cultural marxist loathing of national identity, we dubbed him The Toad.

Good Dutch News, Bad Dutch Man – Time To Exert People Power!

But this week we read in EUObserver that, after a year or more of attempted intimidation, the European Commission will not try to impose sanctions on Poland over its breaches of the rule of law any time soon.

Please note – EUObs bias is on display!

Not ‘alleged breaches‘ but just swallowing whole the vicious Brussels bully line, in which Timmermans has eagerly played the role of witch-finder-general.

As anyone who has really looked at the issues will know, the patriotic Polish government of Beata Szydlo got a huge electoral mandate, but its Europhiliac predecessor had stacked the constitutional court before they were ousted by the voters.

Even EUObs obliquely acknowledges that, when it says that President Andrzej Duda has blocked judges appointed by the last parliament from being sworn in.

But when the Polish parliament tried to right the wrong done by the defeated left-liberals, by installing a new court chairman, Brussels decided they had no right to run their own affairs, declaring the Poles’ elected representatives were in breach of the constitution.

This disgraceful intrusion into the internal politics of a sovereign nation was slapped down by Warsaw as “political interference.”

      Good for Poland!

And now, pathetically, the Dutch  dastard has bottled out. Despite ranting to his pinko pals on the civic liberties committee that “the situation is getting worse,” he was quick to whine that “invoking Article 7 now would be self-defeating…” https://euobserver.com/institutional/137346

In fact, the nasty political thug has found himself circumscribed by political realities!

Article 7, ( i.e. sanctions) depends on unanimity in the EU Council, and the report notes that Hungary’s Viktor Orban and UK’s Theresa May are likely to wield their veto.

Orban is an heroic figure, but I’m surprised Mrs. May gets such a mention.

    • If it’s so, good on ya, Theresa.

    • And even were the Netherlands Nasty to try to get round unanimity rules, the same sympathetic reporter tells us that he’d likely struggle to find the necessary number of countries to establish that there was a threat to the rule of law in Poland.

    • This step, unlike the unanimity on sanctions, requires the backing of 22 member states.

    • And all those mouthy moochers in Strasbourg, the ‘European Parliament,’ doesn’t, for once, want to muscle in –… few of them are keen…they want the commission to do its part and then let blame for vetoes fall on the council.https://euobserver.com/institutional/137346

Poland, like France, Holland and the rest would surely be…yes…

Thanks a million for your friendship to Poland and for telling more people what my cousins in Poland know very well.
The European Union wants to put its hero Tusk’s comrades back in power. in government and in the state media.
Soros also gives much money to NGO activicts who try to advance the EU subversion of Polish democracy and independence

The Poles are brave and like the Hungarians and Czechs had much experience of indoctrination under USSR control. I read in your blog before now that you think this helps them since they got back freedom now to resist the indoctrination of the Western media and the NGO propaganda.
It isl like the African Christians now who really believe in the Bible and can bring back the Western churches that have fallen into error.

What A Contrast! Poland Resurgent, Italy Dragged Down!

What a contrast, the lucky Polish people with a government that cares for their safety, as against the Italians, whose welfare ranks among the lowest priorities of the Renzi regime.

We looked at the wretched Renzi not long ago, his deranged decriminalisation of illegal immigration, his cowardice in allowing defiant aliens to refuse even the basic requirement of ID checks on arrival, and the way he pats parasites on the back and despatches them gaily to maraud their way across the borders of his European ‘partners.’

Poles have problems like everyone else, but at least their women are able to go out and about without fear of sex-predators  –

    Italy Infested With ‘Asylum’ Predators!

    • and their parliament, the Sejm, has just passed a resolution pin-pointing the effects of importing primitives from Middle Eastern territories, whom the legislators correctly say are “the cause” of “social tensions” in Europe.https://euobserver.com/migration/132881

No wonder Brussels and its running dogs in the Council of Europe are consumed with loathing for the patriotic Law and Justice Party government in Warsaw.

    • Polish patriot Kaczynski
    • —————–

Admirably,  the resolution “voices its considered objection to any attempts to create permanent EU mechanisms for allocating refugees.” Few people in any country would quibble with their assertion that decisions on who comes to Poland “should remain in the hands of the Polish state.”

EUObserver’s report reeks of prejudice against the Poles, especially Prime Minister Beata Szydlo and her party leader Kaczinski. The hacks have the gall to include in their list of the Polish leadership’s ‘anti-migrant’ statements the absolutely indisputable truth that some of them are terrorists.

However, the report also says that according to EU sources, Warsaw is unlikely to refuse migrants under the EU scheme, but it is hoping to create enough bad feeling around the project that it falls apart.

We all share that hope but what’s important is that Poland coordinates with the other sane governments in Budapest, Bratislava and Prague to thwart the subversive scheme.

Cameron and Common Sense – Poles Apart!

Congratulations to  Beata Sydlo, Poland’s patriot Prime Minister, on her prompt recognition of reality.

“I say it very clearly: I do not see how Poland could take on any immigrants in the present circumstances!”

    Beata Szydlo, coal-miner’s daughter

That’s the only rational response to the Islamist menace! As a child of the common folk, Beata speaks to the concerns of her brave compatriots in a way impossible for a pampered posh-boy like that which dwells in Downing Street.

Note well the absence of any similarly cogent comment from Cameron, who prefers to try to score points (unsuccessfully) against British politicians who speak up for the people.

Only Patriots ‘Scoring Points?’ Post-Brussels Propaganda Blitz!

He is worse than a wet week on Wigan Pier.

Warsaw’s political climate is so much more bracing!

    New EurocRat Hate-Focus? Poland!

Remember that lying upstart Juncker’s grossly offensive reference to Hungry’s PM Orban as a dictator?

    • jean-claude-juncker-2006-
    • ———-

Juncker holds his Chief Commissar position with no mandate from a democratic election, unlike Orban!

    • Viktor-Orban-006

But such is his fury at Orban, who actually speaks up for his people, that he sank to typical Brussels gutter language.

Not Even Pot/Kettle – Commissar-in-Chief Slurs Orban as ‘Dictator!’

Now we have another EurocRat spitting hatred against another democratic government, this time Kamerad Martin Schulz, the German Socialist whose plump physique is presumably due to long years of wallowing in Strasbourg’s juicy troughs.

Heedless of his own country’s unfortunate history in regard to Poland, the gross Teutonic pinko has shown utter contempt for that country.

What is happening in Poland has the character of a coup d’etat and is dramatic. I assume that this week or in January at the latest we will have to discuss this extensively in the European Parliament.”

Poland’s internal affairs are none of this importunate schweinhund’s business.     If he has concerns about democratic propriety, he should be calling on Merkel to hold a referendum in THEIR country, on crimmigration.

But what’s the pro-crimmigrant pinko oinking about? Are the Poles going back to the dark days when they were governed by marxists, an era of political prisoners, murdered priests, all the awful trappings of communism?

    Not hardly!

After the conservative PiS won its big majority in October, they made changes to the Polish Constitutional Court. An amendment let the new government appoint five new judges, and this annoyed the defeated left-liberals, who had selected a different set of judicial nominees.

Fair enough – why should the newly-elected parliament be bound by a partisan political move made by the democratically defeated party, which in fact was guilty of a sly manoeuvre, causing President Andrzej Duda to refuse to swear in the old regime’s nominees.

Duda correctly declared that the left-libs had “violated the democratic order” – their wannabees had been nominated for the court before THEIR predecessors’ terms had even expired!

Clearly a party political ploy, but you won’t catch squealing pinko German MEPs calling out the left-libs for any attempted dramatic coup d’etat!

As one Polish political scientist observed, the PiS was “masterfully using techniques already used by previous governments, including the liberals — rejecting compromise and showing contempt for the opposition.”    https://in.news.yahoo.com/political-storm-poland-government-sparks-092329008.html

    • And since that Opposition had u-turned on a key moral issue, they deserved contempt. They’d promised their people that they’d not let Brussels dump crimmigrants on Poland, then caved into the EuroCommissars’ demands.
    • 00000000
    • The sort of savage swine Schulz wants dumped on Poland

But Schulz will have plenty of supranational sticky-beaks behind him in his assault on free nations’ sovereign rights.

The Council of Europe’s Commissioner for ‘human rights’ called on the Polish Sejm (parliament) to thwart the government, even before the changes had been effected.

Happily, Polish legislators don’t jump through hoops for foreign apparatchiks as readily as, let’s say, David Cameron does.
