Much ado about a woman in a jilbab ( which is what we in Indonesia call the hijab) being told to remove it by a Mcdonald’s security guard.
I find his action surprising, because a head-scarf is not an uncommon thing for women in Britain to wear.

Whilst burka bag-heads should of course be excluded from as many places as possible, not least every civilised country, a hijab is a mere head-scarf, and in no way a security risk.

Would the security man bar HM Elizabeth, By the Grace of God, Defender of the Faith, from entering the Golden Arches?
The man seems to have made a mistake, obviously, but for reasons not yet obvious.
Nevertheless, his face has been plastered all over the media, he’s been suspended and the local idiot council is pondering a licensing witch-hunt against every Mcdonalds in their borough….

…wittering that they will also rally more people and companies to sign up to its anti-hate crime pledge.
Hate-crime?
Grow up, for God’s sake!
AND the vengeful scarfy – who is desperate not to identify herself and whom the media are obliging by hiding exactly what she looked like when the incident occurred – is also ranting that-
‘It’s not enough.’
“If you want to dress modestly, you should have the right to dress modestly and it shouldn’t be politicised,” said the 19-year-old. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-42242272
Ignore the leftist councillors’ blatantly politicised witch-hunt plotting.
Focus on what that ‘victim’-bint said about….
MODESTY!
It’s NOT about ‘modesty!‘
=

Who would refuse entry to this honey?
=
It’s about head-scarfing.
To equate head-scarfing with ‘modesty‘ is to insult every normal British woman, Muslim, Christian or whatever. It’s a grossly offensive assertion to suggest that, if a girl goes out with her God-given crowning glory uncovered, she’s somehow being immodest.
The whiner bint is talking obnoxious tommy-rot.
As to the babbling rabble of ‘Londoners’ demonstrating at the Mcdonalds, where were they when that ignoramus Tesco employee…

‘He pointed at the ham and wine in my basket and said “I can’t serve you that because I’m fasting. When I told him he should be serving customers not turning them away he still refused telling me to go to the self-service. I was furious.’

…refused to do his job and invoked sectarian bigotry as an excuse.
Those shrills in Holloway Road have a legal right to protest, but it would be a welcome sign that they are genuinely interested in religious tolerance…

…if they simultaneously made it clear that in a free society, women, Muslim or not, are absolutely free to wear AND NOT to wear scarves, and that it is downright obnoxious to suggest that the absence of a scarf indicates an absence of ‘modesty.’

That teenage shrill should be told to make a public appearance and APOLOGISE!
