Were It Not For Trump, Justice Would NOT Be Done!

If Biden were in the White House, then Lisa Montgomery would escape justice.

    That’s a certainty.

The evil bitch murdered Bobbie Jo Stinnett, aged 23, just over 17 years ago.

    .

    .

She first strangled her pregnant victim, then hacked open the corpse with a kitchen knife, ripping the baby from the dead woman’s womb.

     https://www.voanews.com/usa/us-appeals-court-vacates-order-delaying-womans-execution

Despite a long and bumpy road- she was convicted in 2008, and it’s taken all this time to get the job done, (even though nobody denies she committed the heinous crime) unless Donald Trump bottles out in response to mealy-mouthed clerics like the Argie Dope’s American minion…

    .

Who cares about the women and girls of Europe – crimmigrants come first!’…not the Argie’s actual words, but what they mean in practical terms. Dope! “Prioritise Migrants’ Dignity Over National Security

     000000000000000000000000

…and The Donald does not usually bottle out –

…Montgomery will finally be sent to Hell.

“….the Catholic Church, under the leadership of Pope Francis, has deemed it inadmissible under any circumstances and calls upon Catholics and all people of goodwill to work for its abolition everywhere in the world.. .https://news.nd.edu/assets/415223/jij_statement_death_penaltyf

    Big bloody deal!

It’s a bit rich to read about Vatican vapouring, after all the Prods they burned at the stake!

As we noted with previous death sentences…

Another Fiend Joins Sutcliffe And McGuinness!

…it’s only Trump’s continuation in office till the 20th January that’s going to ensure the proper penalty is carried out.

    As we have said before…

    =

…the media-appointed ‘President’ has made glaringly clear his commitment to the decadents’ position- no beast, however foul, should be put down…

….Biden will work to pass legislation to eliminate the death penalty at the federal level, and incentivize states to follow the federal government’s example…

    PUT THEM DOWN,DONALD!

Yes, Trump is proving his worth even as the jackals try again to tear him down.
This monster’s defenders keep trotting out typical excuses, that she had suffered abuse when she was young.
      Sadly, many people suffer abuse.
They don’t all turn into demons.

Pig Shot Dead In London – Will Corbyn Express Regrets?

Since we know Jeremy Corbyn wished the ISIS rape-gang terror caliph had not been killed but rather captured..

    .

Corbyn, always a friend to vermin

…can we now expect the little pro-terrorist rat to express similar regret about the swine admirably put down by London cops yesterday?

    Who knows?

But a better and bigger question is surely this!

    .

    .

Will Boris Johnson show the same guts as those Londoners who piled in and prevented the filthy savage taking more than the two lives it had already taken?

Will the Prime Minister now announce that he will, if returned to government…

    .

    .

….introduce legislation to bring back the death penalty, as most Brits must surely be demanding?

Or will he continue to kow-tow to the degenerates’ diktat…

    .

    .

….that Brussels edict outlawing proper punishment for even the vilest perpetrators of sectarian slaughter?

Now we have news of another pig running wild in Holland, stabbing people.
Death penalty of course a good idea but better to arrest all 25000 jihadists on the UK terror list and deport the lot.

I have just seen a tv news report saying that some Dutch people too have been attacked by a terrorist of ‘North African’ appearance in The Hague. Strange, isn’t it, that the BBC just gave his description but left out that detail!
These attacks will go on and on until all Western countries strip our enemies within of their right to reside in our countries.
By coincidence, there was a sentence in a British court this week, an animal called Mahdi Mohamud, ‘Dutch Somali,’ man who stabbed people in Manchester while yelling “Allah Akbar” last year.
The sentence was that he serve ‘at least 11 years in prison.’

He should be put to death.
But he should not have been living in Britain at all.

Can it be true, he was walking around London able to murder Londoners when he should still be in prison? Who on earth let him out before his sentence was served in full?
If Britain had capital punishment for terrorists then he would be dead and his victims yesterday would still be alive!

Tunisian Vermin – No Death Penalty? The Prosecution SHOULD Appeal!

I see seven of the terrorist scum who murdered all those innocent British tourists in Tunisia (and other nationalities, 38 deaths altogether) have received life sentences for their satanic crimes.

It may seem churlish for people in countries subject to “Europe’s” sickly soft system, under the thumb of the European Court (ECHR) and the anti-democratic EUSSR…

    =

The European Union is the leading institutional actor and largest donor in the fight against death penalty worldwide.    https://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/sectors/human-rights-and-governance/democracy-and-human-.

…to complain that these Islamist dogs are not being put down as they should be.

We only recently had to note Theresa May’s Euro-grovel…

    =

El Shafee Elsheikh (left) and Alexanda Kotey

Man Up, May! Those ISIS ‘Beatle’ Beasts Deserve To Die!

    =

Theresa May REFUSES to back death penalty for ISIS Beatles

    ….

…refusing to send ISIS scum to America for trial in case the swine might face proper justice.

But the fact is that while in Britain, France, Germany etc., courts sadly have no recourse to capital punishment, in Tunisia the courts DO!

Legislation designed to show that the North African country meant business in response to evil is already on the Tunisian statute book and indeed the local prosecution demanded the death penalty, which surely all decent people in all countries would expect.

So is that what’s referred to in various media reports, telling us that prosecutors are prepared to appeal?   https://www.tristatehomepage.com/news/7-get-life-in-prison-for-tunisias-2015-terror-attacks/1767628559

    I sure hope so!

Not only would it be righteous in every sense to press for execution, but it would also set an example to the degenerate ‘justice’ currently prevalent in Europe!

It is embarrassing when these things happen. Of course the Tunisians should execute these jihadists but so should we and outside of the USA there are few Western countries which give terrorists the death they richly deserve.

Not Fake News! Germans Just Voted In Their Own EU Referendum!

No, I’ll bet you had no idea, nor, perhaps ( though we had mentioned it in the past)

    firing_squad

…. that there was a death penalty referendum in Germany a few weeks ago too.

Sad to say, only one German state afforded its people such basic democratic rights, and sadder still, only a minority of the citizens of Hessen voted for capital punishment.

But then German federal law overrides state law, so the pre-existing statute was a dead letter. And maybe that’s why under 20% voted to keep it.

Not much point, really, if no evil-doer was ever going to get his just deserts, because Mama Stasi, as federal fuhrerin…

    ….

    merkel danger

    …..

… has shown no serious interest in curbing crime, or expelling savage criminals who shouldn’t be in Germany at all.

But you probably want to know about how those Germans voted on the EU issue.

And, again sadly, I can’t tell you.

The only information to be found in English-language media is a minimal mention in DW, viz. that voters were asked to decide on…

    evilempire

     ‘their commitment to the EU.’

Now what exactly does that mean?

If it was an honest referendum, the Hessen voters would have been given a free and fair choice,  Brussels Empire, yes or no!

But that would have been as pointless as the ‘choice’ on capital punishment, since membership of the EUSSR is a matter for Berlin, not individual states.

So what was printed on the Hessen ballot paper?

‘Do you appreciate all the joys and benefits of subordination to a supranational authority?’

    referndmlet peole vote

Or some other, less subtle, loaded question?

And did how the people voted have any real effect on anything?

I have no time, nor energy, to comb through German media so maybe one of our German readers can advise us.

      Guten Tag, Ross.
It was not so hard to help you, and here is the words that Hessen voted for.
‘Hesse should be described in the constitution not only as part of the Federal Republic, but also as part of the European Union. This also means that Hesse confesses to “a democratic and constitutional principles committed unified Europe.’
So if Germany in the future tries to escape from the European Union, the state of Hessen may be forced to stay under EU control?
You may make what you wish of this.

I am trying to help you with this so I find it in the Frankfurter Rundschau, that referendum says Hessen is part of the European Union and is binding Hessen to European rule.
It was done by all the parties in the Hessen parliament but this was before the AfD entered the parliament in October.
The driver of the plan was a Green leader Frank Kaufmann and all the parties without the AfD calls it the “signal effect for the present localization of Hessen in a united Europe and the openness for future further integration “.
So CDU, SPD, Greens got their people to vote that way but I do not see what majority, but I think most because if not it will be big news. I think Merkel will never have national referendums because she is afraid of us Germans.
My apology because this is more English than I can.

We need to bring back Capital Punishment and Prison with Hard Labour. Every inch of Prison space should be converted into cells preferably available for solitary confinement. Provide the materials and teach the prisoners to lay bricks or better still concrete blocks. Get rid of probation officers and retrain them to patrol ports and airports to catch illegal immigrants. Check all businesses particularly those owned by immigrants to search for illegal immigrants working in the black economy. If proven the owners should be deported as well as the illegal workers. When will we get a strong Government who puts hard working British People FIRST.? Tom Butcher Police Officer(retired)

Will Five MILLION Fanatics March This Friday! Jakarta Nightmare!

A very big ‘IF’ – and it’s never wise to take anything emerging from an Islamist’s mouth at face value.

But the prospect of five million slobbering bigots marching (or rather shuffling) through Jakarta tomorrow means at the very least a traffic nightmare, for Jakarta is always prone to congestion.

    —-

    ———

Even a little bit of rain usually heralds delays.

Or it could be worse!  Breaking News – Jakarta Cops Tear-Gas Islamist Louts!

Over and above the impact on decent people trying to get about town on normal business, most Jakartans wil be appalled at the purpose of the sectarian shufflers.

    =

    Jakarta’s Governor Ahok

    —–

“Ahok, the blasphemer of Islam, must be severely punished. Justice must be upheld.”

    http://jakartaglobe.id/news/organizers-of-505-rally-against-ahok-say-they-notified-police-on-tuesday/

Odd turn of phrase, but then it’s a lawyer talking, and you know what I think of them, as a rule. This one’s called Kapitra Ampera, the source too of the ‘five million’ prediction.

Maybe the reporter who spoke with him didn’t ask the obvious  questions, like :-

Why should anyone be punished for saying what he thinks about Islam or any religion? What kind of justice is involved in this kind of witch-hunting? What level of ‘severity’ do the jihadist jerks think appropriate?

We are well aware of one fanatic’s views on this matter.  We’ve often quoted Habib Rizieq, Grand Imam of the self-styled Islam Defenders’ Front (FPI) so we’ll do so again, just in case you missed it.

    =

“We encourage the government to process the death penalty for Ahok as soon as possible,” said Rizieq.  http://www.suara.com/news/2016/10/14/134313/

    ==

The prosecutors in the court where Ahok has been undergoing the weird ‘blasphemy’ inquisition only want probation. So there’s no chance the good governor will be sentenced to death, or any other barbaric shariah punishment.

But no doubt we’ll see and hear plenty of pig-ignorant savages howling for horrible penalties to be imposed, in a blatant bid to influence the court.

I hope it rains torrentially and that thousands of them ( it won’t be five million – that’s half the adult population, and some people in the capital actually have honest jobs to go to!) catch the flu.

Achtung! Merkel Declares War On Turkish Democracy!

The naked contempt for democracy embedded in Mama Stasi’s regime has rarely been so glaring as this week.

    ==

    =

Merkel has been harping for months on how Turks should not be deprived of their democratic rights. Merkel urges Turkish people to uphold democracy –

    As has the Brussels Empire!

But she’s now dropped the mask and made it clear that she won’t have Turkish – or indeed German – people taking decisions for themselves on any issue not approved by the EUSSR.

    ======

    • ====

    • Her arrogant coalition minion, Michael Roth, Minister of State for Europe, told the Bundestag that the federal government had not yet received an application by the Turkish embassy to hold a referendum on the death penalty.

    =

    Gambar terkait

    =

“Regardless of this, the federal government will not support any initiative to introduce the death penalty,” Roth said.

And any notion that the ‘conservative’ wing of Mama Stasi’s party, the Christian Social Union  was any more serious about democracy than Merkel’s CDU were finally put to rest when CDU Secretary General Andreas Scheuer grautitously chipped in with further disrespect for the democratic process  – ‘allowing such a referendum on the death penalty would be against German law.’

    ====

    Hasil gambar untuk andreas scheuer

     ======

“No referendum can be given on German soil that would lead to the introduction of the death penalty,” Scheuer said.

“That is what our constitutional law and common sense dictates.”

True, there’s an odd line in the German constitution, outlawing capital punishment, but that constitution, as we’ve noted before…How Dare German Patriots Offer The People Democracy!…was NEVER put before the German people for their approval or otherwise.

    =

    =

In fact, just last year, we noted that the German State of Hessen, the death penalty was on the statute book and presumably still is. …the various parties could not agree on the proposed changes. The death penalty remained. To finalize the reform, Hesse will have to put forth a referendum to the peopleIn Germany, A Rare Chance for People Power!

    ==========

Will these Merkel minions leap in and stomp Hessen’s democratic process too?

As for common sense, what an arrogant prig this Scheuer is, to impose his own prejudice on his fellow-citizens without rational argument, instead suggesting he must be self-evidently correct.

Another member of Mama’s brood, one Gunther Kirchbaum, has   escalated the row. While he grudgingly that that German cops would not be able to use force to infiltrate Turkish embassies to prevent voting

    =

    Gambar terkait

    ——-

…he blustered bumptiously that “we should do everything possible to make it more difficult.” and sought to enlist the Euro-Commissars in Merkel’s jihad against democracy, urging coordinated European action to not allow voting.

    Why?

“This inhumane form of punishment contradicts the essential fundamental rights of the EU.”   https://www.thelocal.de/20170428/govt-could-block-turks-from-voting-in-germany-on-death-penalty

    Dummkopf!

It’s not the supranational state that has rights but the people, and the peoples, of Europe, inside or outside the ‘EU,’ that as rights, not least the right to be safe from predators.

    • And in any territory with pretensions to democratic principles, the essential, fundamental right to decide what should befall evil-doers who menace their safety.

    • What kind of hypocritical message are these condescending German elitists sending to decent democratic Turks?

    • ‘Sure, resist Erdogan’s Islamist autocracy! But don’t dare think you have the right to make your own decisions on matters of life or death?’

And may you soon be free to implement justice and the people’s will and thus encourage all the millions of people in countries like the UK, Australia and Canada.- ‘democracies’ where the voters were never consulted by their arrogant ‘representatives’ when the death penalty was abolished – to renew their campaigns for restoration.

You do speak for millions, Ross, and we hope that capital punishment will be a big issue in the coming state elections.
Too many politicians pay more attention to left-wing pressure groups like ACLU, which shower love and kisses on all kinds of criminals and care so little about their victims or those bereaved by crimes like those described.

I won’t tell you how to write your articles because you do it well, but you could also have looked at one of the judges who has been involved in obstructing the executions. No sooner had he ruled in court than he was seen hanging out in a demo with a crowd of protesters who were in favor of letting the rapist-murderers escape justice.
A lot of our American judges should be fired They are into politics, not law..

Can’t disagree with any of what you say.
I never have figured out why these liberals like criminals so much. The criminals will rob and rape them if the chance comes along.

I spent twenty minutes reading and re-reading the Guardian article you linked to and can find no good arguments why Arkansas or any state or country would be the better for keeping such monsters alive.

Mental cases? Of course they are, because normal people do not murder and rape innocent victims.

Unbearable childhoods? Many people all over the world have horrible childhoods and grow up to be decent, even making a special effort to care about people going through hard times.

Being put to death is what they deserve.
Arkansas’s people are lucky to have that governor.
I wish our country’s government would give us a referendum on this.
But that’s forbidden by Brussels, as you, Ross, rightly remind us, regularly!

      Right you are!
Australians deserve a referendum on this as, same as the other things the politicians never give us a say on.
