Austria’s Hate Symbol Ban – Why Exclude Hammer And Sickle?

Having just read that Austria is about to outlaw the display of additional ‘extremist symbols…’

..in a move aimed at supporters of Croatia’s WW2 Ustase regime,my curiosity was piqued.

    What symbols are already banned?

One imagines the Swastika is one such, given that Austrian Nazis welcomed the dissolution of their country’s sovereignty in the 1938 Anschluss.

But is the Verbot on Hitler’s symbol matched by a similar ban on the most evil symbol in modern history?

Communism has been responsible for more deaths than any other ideology.

    communism tyranny

Under its evil Hammer and Sickle, demonic dictatorships have oppressed, and still oppress, millions of innocent people, using torture, indoctrination and every other terrible tool known to mankind.

We read on, learning that the ‘new law, expected to go into force on 1 March 2019, should cover different groups and organisations such as the Sunni Islamist Muslim Brotherhood organisation, the Turkish Grey Wolves ultranationalist group, the Kurdistan Workers’ Party, Hamas, as well as fascist insignia…’

I’m not sure if banning symbols is either wise or effective, but if Austria is drawing up a list of undesirable insignia, of course the monstrous Ikhwan ( the MB ) 100% deserves inclusion.

Ms Clinton with one deplorable she likes – MB’s Egyptian racist Morsi!

Apes and Pigs’ Morsi Presides Over Hell!

But while few would disagree that the Muslim Brotherhood is a monstrous outfit whose symbol is an affront…

….surely it’s nowhere near as blood-drenched as the satanic mark of marxism.

Even so, I like best your sharp reminder of how communism is in a class of evil by itself.
That brings us back to Tusk, getting so indignant when a Tory minister last week drew the obvious comparisons with the USSR and the EUSSR.

How dare Tusk object when he sits down in Brussels highest-level councils with that communist Mogherini, who STILL refuses to express any remorse for her active support of the ideology that murdered millions?

Next Week, To Germany’s Shame, Hitler Statue Unveiled

Next week, May 5th, a German city will openly honour one of history’s most monstrous figures, a man whose ideology has claimed more innocent victims than any other.

Councillor Adolf Dummkopf said the statue wasn’t about glorifying Hitler’s ideology but rather aimed to encourage discussion about his work.

    Gambar terkait

Did Herr Dummkopf have this work in mind?

Gottdamstadt’s Mayor Scheiss-Gobler told media that Adolf Hitler “is one of the greatest citizens in this city and we should not hide it!”

    Calm down.

    Or rather rear up!

Roar with anger, because, although there’s no Nazi statue in Trier, as far as I know, there is, on 5th May, a statue of Karl Marx being unveiled.

And the sicko quotes I have adapted – by substituting Hitler’s name for Marx’s –  are real, disgusting German politicians fawning over this monument to evil  –New Hitler Statue? “Nothing To Do With Glorification!”– which I warned of last year.

Please note that one of those grubby crawlers I’ve satirised actually ties his servile approval to the benefits accruing to Trier from Red China tourists.

No surprise he’s a member of Mama Stasi Merkel’s s0-called ‘Christian Democrats!’ Councillor Andreas Ludwig said –

    Andreas Ludwig

…the statue wasn’t about glorifying Marx’s ideology but rather aimed to encourage discussion about his work. He added that it was important to maintain ties with China given that the city is visited by 50,000 Chinese tourists annually…

Oh well, if honouring evil is good for tourism, why the devil not honour evil?

    And here’s another sycophantic slug!

    Gambar terkait

“Karl Marx is one of the greatest citizens in this city and we should not hide it,” Trier Mayor Wolfram Leibe said

He’s a leading light in the Socialist Party…

‘Himmler’ Maas Calls On Secret Police to Undermine Patriots!

Hitler’s SPD Heirs – ‘Media Must Gag Critics of Crimmigration!’

…which is of course, notable for its lack of interest in democratic principles or practice.

Slightly different moral compass than that found in Austria, where I have heard that they’ve just had Hitler’s old home demolished!

But it’s probably Leibe’s lack of conscience that helps. Oh, and there’s one more prominent individual whose presence at the ceremonies is NO surprise at all.

Yes, Liar Juncker is listed to open an exhibition to the father of Communism in Trier…

It includes unveiling a statue funded by the Chinese government to the man who gave birth to a destructive ideology

Juncker accused of snub to MILLIONS as he prepares to unveil statue …

Fortunately, there ARE many good Germans, who have spoken up bravely.

The glorifying Marx monument is a poisonous gift from China,” said Ulrich Delius, director of the Society for Threatened Peoples…

….the city had accepted a statue from a government that “commits state terror against its own people.” –

And Dieter Dombrowski of the Union of Victims’ Associations of Communist Tyranny – Marx was “not just a scientist and philosopher…he also “laid the spiritual foundations for the communist dictatorships that came afterwards.”

Yes, as the DW report told us, the ‘artwork’ donated by China has proven controversial with citizens of Trier.

But one can try to comprehend councillors with no real sense of what’s right and wrong, wrestling with how to handle a free gift.

Their absolute moral vacuity, however, is exposed to glaring light when we read down the page…

    Gambar terkait

….and find that while the satanic statue was thrust upon them, the city has PLANNED AROUND THREE HUNDRED other events to celebrate the bicentenary of his birth.  http://www.dw.com/en/karl-marx-statue-erected-in-trier-for-200th-birthday-celebrations/

Scanning recent media reports, it seems only the AfD patriot party in the area…

…but one must hope that German patriots of ALL parties who abhor the evil ideology spawned by Karl Marx will turn out in large numbers to show their dismay at these ‘events…’

…and that in due course, either by formal political means, or at dead of night ( to avoid interference from the collaborationists who run Trier) this affront will share the fate of similar foul things cast down in the lands once enslaved in that ideology’s name.

    PS –

Given that non-German undesirables like Liar Juncker are joining in the foul ‘fun,’ I’d say non-Germans of more honourable character are perfectly entitled to show up to protest. Since reports mention that there will be a large police presence, the collabos evidently expect pro-freedom demonstrators.

I wish I had the time and money to travel to Europe to join them.

ASEAN And ‘Rights’ – Empty Vessels Best Not Make Noise!

“In the end we remember, not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”

The article is all about Myanmar, or at least the role of ASEAN, whose Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) was established in 2009, as part of ASEAN’s effort to respect human rights…

Indah Amaritasari, the attractive academic who writes in the Jakarta Post, is concerned about the seeming inability of this outfit to do much, or anything, about the current situation with the Rohingya, but really, what else can one expect?

If ASEAN were serious about ‘human rights,’ it would never have accepted Vietnam or Laos as members.

The peoples of those two countries have not had the basic human right to choose the governments which rule over them for over forty years.

Talking of human, or any rights, in Communist dictatorships, is akin, in its oxymoronic connotations, to talking about dry water.

    It doesn’t make sense.

So why expect ASEAN now to have any significant impact in Myanmar?

Not to mention the shortcomings on rights in other ASEAN members…

Keep Draining, Donald -You Need A Better Man At State!

I see from the WT that President Trump is facing resistance from within as regards the menace of Iran’s nightmare regime.

Britain, France and Germany joined the United States in a complaint at the United Nations on Wednesday that called a July 27 Iranian space rocket launch a threatening move in violation of a 2015 U.N. Security Council resolution.

But what remains to be seen is whether the three allies will take the more controversial step of backing Mr. Trump should he publicly pressure Tehran…   http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/aug/2/donald-trump-rex-tillerson-split-on-iran-nuclear

Up to them, if those countries think trade with a hellish Islamist mockery of democracy is more appealing than all the trade they conduct with the USA.

Yet it seems Secretary of State Rex Tillerson – who has acknowledged that he and Mr. Trump have different views on the nuclear accord   – doesn’t want any declaration that the Islamic Republic is in breach of its obligations under the deal crafted by Obamanoids last year.

I was also somewhat surprised that Tillerson came out with that other statement a few days ago that he isn’t interested in regime change in Pyongyang.

Surely everyone should want regime change there. We keep hearing that Syria, and not long ago Myanmar, and in the past other countries too, should be given the chance to enjoy democratic elections instead of authoritarian rule,

Yet few if any countries in the world rival North Korea for barbaric oppression. I’m Not ALWAYS in Favour of Capital Punishment!

Tillerson is a very successful businessman but like a lot of those he sees everything is negotiable. Trump appreciated that and gave him the job but Trump unlike Tillerson does understand that there are some basics which are not negotiable.
Basic American values for example, were trampled by Obama’s far left cadres and now Americans are taking the chance to recapture their country, and facing a battle to get this done. Trump supports them for tactical electoral reasons but also because, despite his own free-wheeling life history, he is tuned into ordinary Americans which I don’t think Tillerson has been since maybe he left kindergarten.

About North Korea, it is a real horror story and should be taken out. Everybody should want to see that happen but exactly how to do that is the question.

New Hitler Statue? “Nothing To Do With Glorification!”

    Hasil gambar untuk hitler statue

Surprised, to say the least, that a German city council voted on Monday in favor of accepting a 6.3-meter (21-foot) bronze representation of the revolutionary national socialist thinker Adolf Hitler. Council members voted by a majority of 42 to 11.

    FAKE NEWS, of course!

Were it true, there’d be riots and diplomatic rows compared to which the current Turk uproar would seem like a teen lovers’ tiff.

The outrage would likely escalate if the German mayor declared that –

“This has nothing to do with glorification. Those times are over.”

But the sheer hypocrisy of present-day Social Democrats can be gauged when we compare my Fake News with the real report which I’m ridiculing.

After months of discussions, Trier city council voted on Monday in favor of accepting a 6.3-meter (21-foot) bronze representation of the revolutionary socialist thinker Karl Marx. Council members in the southern western German town voted by a majority of 42 to 11.

This exaltation of evil arose from a gift by the world’s largest tyranny, Red China, which has graciously presented the monstrosity to Trier on the occasion of Marx’s 200th birthday on May 5,

    ‘Shame and not an honor’

As you might expect, decent Germans were affronted by the prospect of such a monstrous tribute. Marxism has caused millions of deaths, innocent victims of evil, and brought misery and slavery to millions more.

Concentration camps, torture, abolition of all  the freedoms we take for granted.

Not least in the large chunk of Germany ruled for decades by Soviet quislings.

Malignant Marxist regimes continue oppress Cuba, Vietnam, North Korea –  and of course there’s that genocidal one-party despotism in Beijing.

The appearance of the effigy lead to immediate negative reactions from some citizens:

“Setting up a statue of a man who played a major role in the development of Communism is a shame and not an honor for Trier,” wrote one person in the local newspaper.

City authorities saw things differently, however. Trier mayor and Social Democratic (SPD) Wolfram Leibe said:

    Lousy Leibe with red flags

“This has nothing to do with glorification. Those times are over.”

Of course it has everything to do with glorification!

That’s what statues are for, as indeed is the lame-brain scheme to hold a special exhibition…next year, “Karl Marx 1818-1883. Life. Work. Times.”

Will Leibe include models of tormented inmates in Sachsenhausen concentration camp, or other victims of red malevolence….

Did Kim Philby Advise Merkel On Treason Skills?

Mama Stasi – Am I Unfair To Merkel?

…like all those prisoners in Stasi dungeons, being maltreated by Merkel’s one-time comrades-in-arms?

NOT A CHANCE, with lice like Leibe in charge!

As usual, we would never suggest extra-legal action, but if the dirty old swine’s statue were somehow to topple over one dark night, and break into a hundred pieces…

… who would shed a tear, except those damnable forty-two Red fellow-travellers on Trier City Council!

PS -An interesting little bit of old DW news from Odessa offers another possible solution.

Ukrainians have transformed a statue of Soviet founder Vladimir Lenin into one of Darth Vader in the city of Odessa. The absurd but highly-symbolic move comes just before the release of the latest “Star Wars” movie. (23.10.2015)

      It’s just so sick.

        Bingo, Ollie!
I have found the local newspaper in Trier, which tells us that –
The German Communist Party and the Left are moving through the city with a pro-Marx demonstration.
At the same time, the AfD announced a silent march – commemorating the victims of communism. A Trier resident, who grew up in the GDR, wants to go on a hunger strike and hold vigils. The Buddhist community Falun Gong, banned and persecuted in China, is planning a rally in the main market.

Eisenhower Era – Or Eisenhower Error?

A lot of older Americans look back with some nostalgia to the Eisenhower Era, and that’s understandable.

The USA was a much more civil place then, no flag-burning scum around – a healthy patriotism thrived.

People whose allegiance was not to the Stars and Stripes but to supranational ideologies ( not sectarian as now – in those days traitors looked to marxism for their inspiration) were objects of abhorrence, rather than sycophantic support.

So it was interesting to read the article below, which you may do at your leisure.

I’m still digesting its message, and will reserve judgement for the time being.

But the mention of Eisenhower made me think about another problem in this week’s news, viz.

The menace of Marxist North Korea.

    I wasn’t exactly sure of the time-line.

I knew it was Truman who forced out the excellent General MacArthur, who had wanted to win the war rather than abandon all those millions north of the 38th Parallel to despotism.

You make a very good secondary point with your reference to the Cubans in America as REAL refugees.

First of all, they or their parents were fleeing tyranny and a red terror directed against them as against all Cuban democrats.
As we know, before the communists took over, Cuba was a country of net immigration. It was a prosperous country so people didn’t want to leave.

After Castro took over, when they did flee, they went to the nearest safe country. Not many tried to use the USA as a stepping stone to reach other countries.
And I cannot find any 1960s news of them setting fire to accommodation or raping the women ( or boys) of their host country.

North Korean Refugees face the reality if captured by Chinese officials they will be returned to the world’s most repressive regime. For the past three decades, North Korean refugees have fled their homeland searching for freedom and opportunity.
As refugees seek their way to South Korea where they are able to seek refuge, they must face a dangerous crossing into China. Unfortunately if defectors are captured by Chinese officials they are repatriated to North Korea where they may face reprisals or punishment for their actions.
For those repatriated by Chinese authorities, they are immediately interrogated by North Korean security on whether they interacted with religious institutions, missionaries, and or South Korean citizens. Although some are let go, during such time they may be severely beaten, deprived of sustenance, and tortured.
Some may be killed or charged “treachery against the nation” and sent to political prison camps (Korean name: Kwan li-so).
Please take just a moment and click on the link to sign the petition telling China to stop repatriating North Korean Refugees!
Please also share this petition with your friends and family!

Barbarians Rising? Another Dose of Revisionist History!

Another sunny day here in Jakarta, and I’m planning my dynamic day.

I have recently been watching the History Channel more often, and will do so again tonight, as their much-heralded ‘Barbarians Rising’ series begins.

The previews have intrigued me, not least the image of Boudicca, that courageous Queen of the Iceni, who inhabited parts of what is now East Anglia. Her capital was Colchester, which the Romans called Camulodunum.

That has always made me wonder if it was the site of Camelot, legendary stronghold of Artorius, another, later, British champion – but that’s another story .

In school we learned of the Queen’s heroic resistance war, though her name then was rendered Boadicea,

The latest star to play the role is a nifty Scottish actress named Kirsty Mitchell, who was born in Glasgow and thus presumably knows how to handle tough guys!.

    Kirsty Mitchell

Her photo above actually reminds me of somebody I met in a Blok M bar here in Jakarta a few years ago, at least the approach to make-up as illustrated.

But the objective of the series is revisionism, the idea being that, to date, historians have written almost everything from the Roman Empire’s point of view, echoing the hostile things Roman historians had to say about their empire’s enemies.

Clearly the ancient Roman intelligentsia took a more patriotic perspective than many modern British scribblers do.

Belittling and besmirching the all the great and good achievements of Britannia’s ‘dominion over palm and pine‘ has all too often been the norm.

Even here in Jakarta, there’a determined effort by leftist pressure-groups to alter people’s perspectives on the PKI, the totalitarian hypocrites of the Indonesian Communist Party.

BBC Bias On PKI – So Kids Shouldn’t Learn Nazis Were Evil?

Certain revisionist media want the Government to ‘apologise’ to the PKI on behalf of the Indonesian people, whom that same PKI, in 1965, was so desperate to enslave!

However, in general, there’s no harm at all in presenting alternative views, especially since those old ‘bearded ones,’ which is what ‘barbarians’ means, left few written records of their own outlook.

The fair-minded Tacitus, writing in Rome nearly two thousand years ago, at least attributed heart-felt words to Calgacus, the Pictish war-lord,  which probably reflected the attitude of some at least of Rome’s foes.

‘They create desolation and call it peace.’

Sounds a bit like a modern United Nations Peace-Keeping Force, like that in Katanga in the Sixties, when the UN destroyed an anti-communist struggle for self-determination!

I once spent some of a summer, many years ago, helping to excavate the fort at Inchtuthil, on Scotland’s Firth of Tay, which was Emperor Septimius Severus’ bastion against those same Picts.

At the time, I knew quite a lot about the Romans but nothing of those ‘painted people’ – again, the real meaning of ‘Picts.’

It wasn’t till much later, when I  started to take an interest in my roots, that I found their real name was the Cruthin, the original Ulster-Scots…

A good little history – don’t know if it’s still in print

…..who were subjugated by the Gaels but many of whose descendants crossed the water to reclaim their homeland during the Plantation in the very first years of the C17th.

My own ancestors settled near Kilrea, ‘five miles from the Bann shore, ‘ whence Old Joe, my Great3-grandfather, chose to move to Canada in the early C19th.

So I am more than open-minded on the issue of who was right or wrong back in the day.

    devil destroyed

Besides, with all Europe menaced by very real barbarians today, there are more important things to fret about!

Okay, enough trips down Memory Lane.

There’s a heap of ironing back there but happily a visitor on the way, so I’ll have an easy day and be relaxed and ready to watch Barbarians Rising tonight.

You were an archaeologist too? Interesting background you give about the Cruthin. I have never seen or heard anything about them. I hope the book is still available because if theres a chance to buy it I will.
