‘Rights’ Ranters Wrong! NO Muslim Gal Needs A Scarf!

Two German firms did not break EU law when they banned Muslim women from wearing headscarves, the EU court has said, in a ruling which alarmed rights groups. Read on

    Unusually, BBC Brightened My Day!

Not that often that I scan UK Pravda’s news page and find reasons to be cheerful..

More Facts You Won’t Get From BBC

    .

    …but today?

How nice to see that uppity alien O’Leary get slapped down!

    .

Now, unless the ruling is overturned on appeal, justice will be done!

But how very much nicer it would be..

    …when the going gets tough.

But the BBC’s rare cornucopeia of glad tidings does not end with Awful O’Leary’s discomfiture.

It seems that word’s getting out,  not only on Ryanair, but also about a business run by another rabid Remainiac…

I hope many Brits did boycott the rich ratbags’ airlines for their anti-Brexit antics.

However, those who used the airlines, according to a recent survey by consumer group Which? , found that Ryanair and Virgin Atlantic were rated the worst of the UK’s major airlines for fare refunds.

    .

    .

Both airlines were given a customer “satisfaction score” of just 13% when respondents were asked to rate the customer service they received when applying for a refund from their airline.

      Which is worse!
O’Leary we don’t have any reason to expect pro-British attitudes. He only sees us at best as cattle to herd onto his planes.
Branson on the other hand is British born and bred but lives as far as he can get from Britain for ‘tax reasons, ‘ and did all he could to keep us under EU rule.
He is most deserving of a boycott, I think.

I don’t use Mastercard and would not because of their alliance with the extreme left, but this is some very tasty news.
If we spread this around and get thousands of people, even hundreds of thousands, going to banks and ringing up helplines, it will waste a load of time and wasted time for even a big business is wasting money.

Even though they are appealing the ruling, their reputation will take a battering too.
Mastercard have been discriminating against patriotic American people, so patriotic British people should do all we can to make life hard for Mastercard.
This legal ruling gives us a stick to bash them with.

One More Camoron Double-Cross – No Right to Vote for UK Expats!

So a court has ruled that Brits who have lived overseas for more than 15 years have NO right to take part in what must be the most important decision likely to be made in their lifetime.

    oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

    • 21NeverMindDemocracy.png
    • ============
    • Yet citizens of a foreign country who have resided in the UK for maybe a couple of years, who owe NO allegiance to HM The Queen, and whose government is actively encouraging the Europhiliac side in the June 23rd referendum – Fear in the air as Irish firms worry about Brexit have the right to cast a ballot?

What manner of British justice is this?

These exiled Brits against whom Camoron discriminates include maybe a million or more who have retired, after long years of hard work, home and away, and others still working abroad but who, in many, probably most cases, remain fiercely loyal to their country.

The lying swine made another of his infamous ‘cast-iron’ pledges not long ago to restore their enfranchisement, which Labour stripped from them – but now he tells them –

    • ‘Aaah, yes, but not just yet, wait till we have the UK safely subjugated to Brussels, then we’ll see…’

    =================

Would the expat vote have helped or hindered the fight for freedom?

    Who knows?

A lot of those featured in the media have been the selfish sort, more concerned about the risk of extra Euro-bureaucratic form-filling than about their country’s sovereignty. UK Expats Are NOT All Europhiliac – And ‘Abroad’ Reaches Further Than Brussels.

And there are plenty on the Brussels pay-roll, over-paid flunkeys with snouts deeply embedded in the Eurocrats’ NGO gravy-train.

But that does not justify what’s happened.

There’s to be an appeal to more judges, who, I fear, will be no more sympathetic to democratic principles.

To those patriots now disenfranchised, I can only urge participation to whatever extent is available. A donation to the Leave EU campaigners would be a small but proper step to take,

    Dear Supporter,

Here at Leave.EU, we’re certainly excited. After a turbulent week and a bit, during which No. 10 threw the kitchen sink at us in the form of a dodgy Treasury document, an undisguised threat from President Obama, and yet another dubious economic forecast, this time from the OECD, we emerged victorious: a lead in the polls.

On Wednesday, Leave.EU Founders, Arron Banks and Richard Tice made a brilliant case for Brexit, defending the interest of their, and YOUR nation in front of the Treasury Select Committee in Parliament.

Richard Tice made the often neglected point that you don’t need a free trade deal to trade, just look at America, Britain’s biggest export partner. Arron Banks, meanwhile was laboured with having to point out the difference between ‘the deficit’ and ‘the national debt’ to the Committee’s members, his lessons in economics didn’t end there. Click here to see them in action.

Time for a shake-up to the establishment? We think so. A monumental win for the ‘Leave’ side would be a great start, paving the way for a better future for Britain in the process. Let’s get everyone we can behind the referendum on the 23rd June, and make those votes count.

We have new leaflets for distribution offering the necessary facts and the arguments. With only 55 days left to make a difference, every day of campaigning counts.

We need leafleters for busy town centres, volunteers to knock on doors and put on street stalls, as well as organising our local events and supporting our national activities. With more than 400 task forces set up around the country it couldn’t be easier to get involved. Contact groupsupport@leave.eu to find out where your nearest group is so you can get involved.

Leave.EU have a big calendar of events coming up. Show your support by coming along and promoting our events to all your friends, family and colleagues.

    We know you like to hit the streets daily, and we encourage that, in addition we have organised national events such as our;

Leave.EU Fight for Independence Day: Saturday 14th May
We need all our supporters to grab their Leave.EU t-shirts, round up friends, family members and colleagues and hit the streets with our “Know the Facts” leaflet. We need your help to distribute a million leaflets in one day!Freedom Run: Sunday 12th June
Join a host of famous faces on Sunday 12th June at Wolverhampton Race Course for our Freedom Run. Run 5km, walk 1km or come along and support people participating. You can also organise your own freedom run or walk in your area – post your photos on Twitter, tag us @LeaveEUofficial and join in the fun. Our aim is to have supporters up and down the country running for freedom. Let’s tell the EU to jog on!The Great British Street Party: Weekend of the 18th, 19th June.
To attract the young families and young people in general we want to make politics fun, and how better, than through a Leave.EU Great British Street Party: an occasion to inform people of the facts on why we are better off our of the EU, and have a lot of fun at the same time. Street party packs will be available to order very soon.
For more information on how you can lend your support, promote and take part in any of these events, please write to: groupsupport@leave.eu

I agree with you, as I almost always do, Ross, that every single British person should have the right to vote on this historic decision.
I also agree with you that the some of the litigants seem to have a very narrow and selfish view on this, only interested in expats on the Continent, not anywhere else. .
I found this statement from their lawyer.
““We now intend to take the legal battle to the Supreme Court, the highest Court in the country, so that all British citizens living elsewhere in the EU can be part of the democratic process to vote in this referendum which will have a very real impact on their lives.”
Europhiles who appear not to care about ‘all British citizens’ at all, only those who are ‘living elsewhere in the EU.’
I like your approach far better, votes for every Brit wherever they may be.

Good day to you, Ross. I have just seen that there is a definite commitment to give us British long-term expats a vote, in three years at the most.
It’s on the expat site https://votes-for-expat-brits-blog.com/
As you correctly reminded us, Cameron lied before the Brexit referendum. Please continue to monitor this issue to keep them honest.

German Media Megaphone For Oz Pro-Crimmigrant!

Just getting ready to go out, a party tonight, my first since my return from Australia. But last night I watched a ranting leftist given a platform to spew his bile. It was on DW’s English Language TV, some pinko named Kon Karapanagiotidis.

    ———–

Gambar kisah untuk Asylum Seekers Resource Centre Kon children Australia dari The Guardian (blog) The Kon man

    —————————–

    But he’s not German!

He’s Australian, the big boss of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, a notorious agitprop outfit.

Why Deutsche Welle feels entitled to hand this rabid leftist a megaphone, God knows.

They provided no such time or space for any Oz government minister to counter Kon’s caterwauling, nor for the reasoning applied by the court in Oz which has approved that government’s ‘asylum’ policies.

Blatant leftist bias. Though The Kon Man let slip that the sensible policies upheld by unusually sensible judges arose for the purposes of ‘vote-winning!’ He dismissed the electorate’s preferences as due to ‘ignorance,’ his contempt for democracy quite breath-taking!

Adding insult to injury, DW told us that another treat was coming up soon on their news programme, ‘refugees’ telling their own story by means of photos from their mobil phones.

    —————

    Migrants-hurl-rocks-in-riot-as-tough-new-fence-blocks-Greece-Macedonia-border-401680

‘Refugees’taking a break from using smart phones

    ————

I didn’t bother watching that guff, propaganda pure and simple, with little chance they’d highlight the really interesting stuff found on ‘refugee’ cameras , like ISIS slogans etc.

According to Norway’s VG newspaper, Norway’s Police Security Service (PST) has received hundreds of tip offs from immigration officers about asylum seekers with potential terror sympathies. Norway refugees had Isis beheadings on phones

Still, I doubt my Aussie readers will give a tinker’s cuss about the rotten bias on a German network. They have, after all, the ABC’s bitter leftism to keep them incensed.

    Hasil gambar untuk anchor babies

And in how the court news, which involves prevention of any antipodean outbreak of the insane ‘anchor babies’ phenomenon which plagues America, has been handled by the ABC in typical fashion.

The questions the ABC did not ask: which pedophiles raped these children? Are they boat people, too?

    http://blogs.news.com.au/heraldsun/andrewbolt/index.php/heraldsun/comments/the_questions_the_abc_did_not_ask_which_pedophiles_raped_these_children_ .

    Predators and Child Molestors

    ———–

Of course, the ABC has been giving it heaps of attention, but thanks be for the honest media in Oz, in which ABC’s slipshod ‘journalism’ has been exposed. I prefer to let you use the link for the whole story, but the following is well worth reading.

HANSANTHA GUNASEKERA, PAEDIATRICIAN: Across the detention network there’s a report of a sexual assault every 13 days. Most of those are children

Among the obvious questions not asked:

    – Who raped these children? Are the alleged rapists and pedophiles other detainees? What guarantees do we have that they will never, never come to Australia?

    • Does the high level of alleged sexual attacks on children apparently by detainees reflect different cultural attitudes, and what implications does that have for refugee policy?
    • Why haven’t the children or their parents ended their detention simply by going back home?  How many are genuinely in fear of their lives if they return, and how many are economic refugees?
    • Under what circumstances were the art works by the children produced? Are they authentic expressions of distress or were the children coached to produce them to increase pressure on the government to let in the detainees? Why did the handwriting on some of the childish pictures look adult?
    • What would be the consequences of letting in the children? Would that encourage more parents to load their children onto boats to Australia, and how many would drown?
    • What ages were the “children” interviewed last night? What effort was made to check the circumstances under which they came?

The bare facts or assertions presented last night are indeed troubling. But this report was so one-sided that it simply cannot be taken seriously as a contribution to a debate over a very difficult issue.

    UPDATE

Not included in the ABC report:

Nauru police commissioner Corey Caleb rejected the reports, claiming “refugees regularly fabricate allegations of assault and sexual assault”.

In statement released on Tuesday, Commissioner Caleb lambasted “friendly Australian journalists who have a political agenda” for publicising the “lies”.“They tell us they have been assaulted but their stories seldom add up,” he said.

He accused journalists of encouraging false reporting, adding that the refugees would be charged with making a false complaint had the allegation been made in Australia.

Note that Caleb’s statement was released yesterday, presumably before the 7.30 report was aired.   http://blogs.news.com.au/heraldsun/andrewbolt/index.php/heraldsun/comments/the_questions_the_abc_did_not_ask_which_pedophiles_raped_these_children_ .

The same evasion is clear in the recent controversial report by Human Rights Commission president Gillian Triggs.

Triggs presented only two vague anecdotes from the 33 cases she alleged of alleged sexual abuse. One involved a cleaner allegedly grabbing a 16-year-old boy. The other was more serious: “An eight-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted by adult detainees.”

Yet Triggs did not conclude this indicated the danger of such detainees but “the danger of the detention environment” instead.   http://blogs.news.com.au/heraldsun/andrewbolt/index.php/heraldsun/comments/the_questions_the_abc_did_not_ask_which_pedophiles_raped_these_children_. ——————————

Typical of this bizarre woman whose leftist animus against Australia we have covered before.

The Real ‘Shock?’ Brandis Offered Trigg ANY OTHER Job!

And typical of ABC and all the other running-dog hacks in politics and the media to show total indifference to the grave risk to Australian women and children from ‘asylum’ predators, a menace already ravaging Germany, thanks to Mama Stasi Merkel.

As the article we’ve quoted from ends…

Really? Aren’t our children owed more honesty before we open the detention centre doors?

What else are you not being told?

Asylum is a much-abused word. It used to mean sanctuary, like for people who were under real threat. Now it’s all about giving shelter and welfare benefits to sexual perverts and what you call boat bludgers.
It’s a disgrace that Turnbull hasn’t cracked down on the ones already here that commit crimes. How many has he deported?
I am convinced he’s going to ease up on the defences against more of them getting in once he himself has got in, at the next election.

Craven Cops Slapped Down – Rare Win for USA Free Speech!

Just now reading of some refreshingly sensible judges in America, a majority on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, who last week overturned a shameful appeasement court’s betrayal of free speech.

The case arose after a swarm of sectarian savages launched a vicious attack against a handful of Christian evangelists at Dearborn, Michigan’s Arab Festival. We have noticed Dearborn’s Dark Age hoodlums before. It Can’t Happen Here? Michigan or West Java?

The brutes clearly imagined that because they were at an Arab Festival, they could use the violence perpetrated against religious dissent in many Arab lands.

Shockingly the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office endorsed the jihadist thugs’ intolerance. Kinda makes it harder for me when I criticise cops in Indonesia for not quelling IslamoNazi intimidation.

    Michiganistan!

The so-called ‘law-enforcement’ apparatchiks in Dearborn should of course have used all necessary force to subdue the scum and defend Americans’ free speech.

Instead they grovelled cravenly and threatened to arrest the innocent Christians if they didn’t knuckle under and give up their right to assert their beliefs.

    =

    freedom-of-religion

    =

But the American Freedom Law Centre stepped in, to champion the victims of Islamist intolerance..Sixth Circuit: County Officials Violated Constitutional Rights of Christians by Siding with a Violent Muslim Mob | American Freedom Law Center

Those gutless County Keystone Cops have now been well and truly slapped down. Here’s part of the ruling.

Maintenance of the peace should not be achieved at the expense of the free speech.  The freedom to espouse sincerely held religious, political, or philosophical beliefs, especially in the face of hostile opposition, is too important to our democratic institution for it to be abridged simply due to the hostility of reactionary listeners who may be offended by a speaker’s message.

civilised man v savage a good motto, clearly abhorrent to Wayne County

If the mere possibility of violence were allowed to dictate whether our views, when spoken aloud, are safeguarded by the Constitution, surely the myriad views that animate our discourse would be reduced to the standardization of ideas by the dominant political or community groups.

Democracy cannot survive such a deplorable result. The Sixth Circuit ruled that the County and the two Deputy Chief defendants were liable for violating the Christians’ First Amendment rights to free speech and the free exercise of religion and for depriving the Christians of the equal protection of the law.

Without Fear Or Favour? C’mon, Jakarta Cops!

    http://thejakartaglobe.beritasatu.com/multimedia/photos/snapshots/budi-gunawan-won-kpk/

Take a look at the photo on the JG link above.

It shows scenes of Jakarta’s Finest openly rejoicing at a judge’s decision in favour of the senior officer whose nomination to the post of Indonesia’s top cop has been held up by the KPK, Anti-Corruption Commission.

    • BlindJustice Justice
    • The judge granted a pretrial motion filed by National Police chief candidate Comr. Gen. Budi Gunawan against his naming as a suspect by the Corruption Eradication Commission.

And here’s another link, to the Jakarta Post, with more detail and another photo, showing rank-and-file cops kneeling and kissing the ground after the ruling. http://www.thejakartapost.com/news/2015/02/17/jokowi-silent-despite-decision.html

Now I’m not going to get into the pros and cons of the recent events – after the KPK named Gunawan as a suspect, the cops went into hyper-drive, targetting KPK members with arrests and accusations from way back, suddenly dredged up.

Frankly, it’s an embarrassment how they handled things – an embarrassment to themselves.

    • Indonesian_National_Police_General's_Visor_Hat
    • Gunawan is indeed innocent until proven guilty, etc. etc.

But who do these cops in that top photo, leaping about like Scotland supporters after a win over England at Wembley, think they are – fair-play policemen or a fan club?
