Of more profound concern – the same report suggests that soft sentencing is par for the course in Paris.
Another ‘Far-left activist’ got only five years ( absurdly including a two-year suspended sentence!) for “aggravated violence against a police officer”.
It gets more disgusting the further down the page you read.
A filthy red named Nicolas Fensch, caught on camera hitting the driver with an iron bar, got only five years’ – with two-and-a-half years suspended.

Were the Paris judges taken in by the pantomime act during the trial, when Fensch ‘apologized’ to his victim? Or are Paris judges pre-vetted to ensure they’ll not impose proper punishment for scum?

Or were they intimidated by the other scum who, during the trial gathered outside the courthouse chanting slogans such as “murderer cops.”
I’d thought that was enough to talk about, but then I found another report, also in The Local, which this time actually identified the ideological allegiance of the vermin involved.

Kara Brault, a 27-year-old transgender American national who had admitted to smashing a metal post through the rear window of the vehicle.
It was said at the trial that she’d said ‘sorry,’ too, but not so sorry that, having run away after her crime, she was later arrested at another Paris protest against the then government’s labour reforms.
She, sorry, it, got four years, two of those suspended. And its attorney had a fine weaselly whine too, because, the freak was kept in solitary, apparently due to concern its sexual maladjustment might annoy sexually normal inmates.

One might be tempted to laugh on reading that, and how Fensch’s lawyer describes the sentence as ‘severe.’ Oh and that dirty thug named Bernanos turns out to be a pampered brat, related to a famous writer.
Another report tells us that having spent 10 months in detention awaiting trial, Georges Bernanos and Nicolas Fensch may not return to prison and could serve their rest of their sentences under police surveillance, electronically tagged.
And no mention of the Yank freako/freakess getting deported!

But if that court’s nauseating leniency is not made the subject of an investigation, it’s no joke.
French justice, as displayed therein, is a sick farce.
Every one of those evil Antifa vermin should have got at least ten years, no remission, no parole, plus weekly floggings for the duration of their time behind bars.

If they were stopping her taking her child to school, or picking her child up from school, and using her car on a road she had the right to drive on, those anarchists have no grounds to complain if she drove into them.
