Instead of airy-fairy rhetoric, distractions about abstractions, like ‘international human rights norms,’ they look at the facts of the case.

No.
If your daughter were one of his victims, and you were given the opportunity, would you put him down?

If there’s no death penalty, it should be an automatic life sentence, no parole.
Early release makes justice a joke.
But I have just heard that the excuse for early release in this case was his age.
Thinking aloud.
What sense does that make? If he were 95, he would pose no real threat, but if he’s under 30 he is in prime condition for terrorism.
Unfortunately, if a terrorists aged 30 gets life, that’s a possible half-century of feeding and housing him, so unfair to tax-payers.
Therefore we need to renew efforts to bring back the death penalty.
