    No, Dominic, You Won’t, UNLESS…

Dominic Raab: I’ll stop dangerous criminals abusing Human Rights Act ‘to line their pockets’

Wouldn’t it be nice if the ‘Justice Secretary’ were able to keep his vow?

Obviously, something needs fixed, such as the ‘abuses’ revealed by the deranged ruling that awarded a ‘gangland killer £15,000 compensation for being locked up with terror offenders..’

The quick fix, the obvious fix, to prevent any recurrence of such absurdity would be emergency legislation to bring back the death penalty for both ‘gangland killers’ and terror offenders.’

Such scum don’t deserve to be a lengthy drain on the public purse.

Restoration of capital punishment would be popular, and restore too the threadbare ‘conservative’ credentials of the Tory Party, though that’s a very hard task to contemplate.

But alas, it’s not going to happen, nor is very much else of what Desperate Dom is dangling before the eyes of an exasperated public.

Because, as we have explained already…

Raab’s Rhetoric Fails Legal Litmus Test!

…he’s not prepared to take the necessary step that would let Britain get back to sanity.

Dominic Raab sparks backlash with pledge to overhaul Human Rights Act..

    The ‘backlash’ –

    Dominic Raab

It is absolutely perverse that someone guilty of domestic abuse could claim the right to family life to trump the public’s interest in deporting him from this country.

“We’ve got to bring this nonsense to an end,” he said.

But while the imbecilic Human Rights Act has encouraged imbecilic judges to run amok on behalf of the worst elements in the land, like that dirty swine Chindamo, who knifed a headmaster

    . ..

..and whose expulsion was thwarted by that ‘human rights’ law.

Britannia Dolorosa – Sceptred Isle Now Garbage Dump – Thanks to ‘Human Rights Act’

…it’s the European Convention on Human Rights that’s the nasty in the woodpile!

    The Sorosoid malevolents in Strasbourg…

…have behaved disgracefully, time and again, purporting to base their judgement on that European Convention, discussed previously…

…a pact drafted and signed by countries which habitually used both capital and corporal punishment, yet the European Court of Human Rights…

….has since ruled both punishments a breach of those convention ‘rights!’

    rulings too.

Strasbourg Hands Brit Taxes To Terrorists! ‘Human Rights?’

Safeguard Kids From Queers? No Way, Say Robed Rogues

And done many other wrongs too.

But Raab, who certainly knows all that, nevertheless refuses to act on it!

‘...Raab said the problem was with the powers the domestic legislation had given to judges, rather than the European Convention on Human Rights itself.

    Total BS!

The problem is not the convention, it’s the way it has been interpreted…

That European Court uses purported ‘rights’ it ‘interprets’ from that European Convention to undermine Western security…

Insanity! Soros Court Stops Afghan Deportations

. . and to attack free speech, as when it endorsed that Austrian ban on anything that might offend Islamist fanatics…

    . .

But Raab blames their leftist lordships in UK courts…

…and in particular the licence given to the courts in this country under the Human Rights Act to adopt, through judicial legislation, ever more elastic interpretations of rights.”

…who do indeed abuse the Human Rights Act to benefit bad people, but whose malign deliberations, if denied that toxic statute as their basis, would soon enough be on the agenda of the ECHR, whose deranged diktats have been bashing Britain…

Raab Abases Himself Before EUSSR Arrogance

Having just this morning drawn attention to the forthright words of Jellyfish Johnson’s Foreign Secretary..

Tortured Woman? Abhor Iran’s Rabid Cur Regime!

… I am now confirmed in my suspiction that no way in the world will Dominic Raab translate bold assertions into effective action.

The Europhiliac EU Observer reports that Raab ‘will give the EU’s ambassador in London full diplomatic status ahead of a ‘G7′ foreign ministers’ meeting this week.’

The Brussels Empire is not, never has been and, pray God, never will be, a sovereign nation.

Its pretensions to that status, the ugly flag and the ‘anthem’ it filched from Beethoven, are offensive to millions…

…so much so, that its German quisling Mama Stasi Merkel had to pass legislation…

…to protect the rag from desecration by dismayed patriots.

And even Raab admits that ‘the EU was “not quite a normal state.”

    . Not quite!

Yet after, for some time, maintaining an honourable stance, refusing to accord Kaiserin Ursula’s flunkey in London ambassadorial rank…

…Raab has u-turned spinelessly. HM Government is no longer to be principled but ‘pragmatic,’

Time to “turn the page“, he said, adding preposterously that –

We will treat our EU partners with all of the respect that they rightly deserve.”

If he did so, the flunkey would be told to use the Servant’s Entrance!

All the respect they rightly deserve is zero respect.

They leeched both resources and powers from the UK for decades and even after Brits voted for freedom in 2016, Brussels has earned only contempt…

Tortured Woman? Abhor Iran’s Rabid Cur Regime!

Jellyfish Johnson’s sidekick Raab has stated publicly that the vile old brutes who misrule Iran are TORTURING a British woman.

Yet the UK Government continues to collaborate with Biden and Brussels in a deal that legitimises the evil ayatollahs…

..behaving as if anything the backward bigots say can be trusted.

    Trump had the right idea.

The monstrous despotism should be accorded leper status.

    Sanctions must be intensified.

Better still, as the mangy old swine prepare for more fake elections, genuine candidates disqualified by unelected delusionaries who claim to know God’s Will…

..why not assist patriotic Iranian exiles to establish a government-in-exile, preferably under the shah, who, as protests have indicated, enjoys wide support among the oppressed citizenry?

ISIS ‘Foreign Fighters?’ Ask Assad Nicely To TCB!

It surely wouldn’t take long to hang something like 400 ‘Britons’-

(‘Britons’ – that’s Guardian-speak for sectarian traitors who disavowed their duty of loyalty to Britain)

    – who sleazed off to join the ISIS rape-gang but  are currently roaming around UK streets freely, ‘only subject to limited monitoring because their number is far beyond intelligence agencies intensive surveillance capability.’

…but Instead we have to listen to Dominic Raab, who ‘hinted that the UK could support an international tribunal to put them on trial in the region..’

No chance of THAT delivering justice, especially since, as the report says, such a tribunal ‘would require United Nations approval.’

No chance of any death penalties with that lot of supranational twats sticky-beaking into it.

But that Guardian report was fairly factual. Now a simple question before we continue.

What do you and people you know think ‘British’ members of the ISIS rape-gang deserve?

Few, I imagine, find the Tory government’s treatment of the sectarian traitors in any way acceptable. And I don’t only mean Theresa the Appeaser…

…but also her successor, who has continued May’s manic policy of allowing hundreds of ISIS pigs to come ‘home’ to a country they betrayed…

( after years leeching off its health and education benefits )

…to stick their swinish snouts into the benefit troughs all over again. That is, by any rational standards, utterly shameful.

My own preference, unlikely, alas, to be met, would be to handle them the way they handled that poor Jordanian pilot who fell into their hands.

A bit of hell on their way to the real thing would be just the ticket for ISIS ‘fighters’

That’s just my immediate take on the subject, prompted by today’s Guardian, which displays a near freakish level of bias in its use of the word ‘Fears!’

Get THIS for slanted hack-left ‘journalism?…

Fears are growing that the Foreign Office has paved the way for British Islamic State captives held in Syria to be handed over to the regime of President Bashar al-Assad, which is accused of war crimes including mass torture and executions.

Who ‘fears’ such a hand-over? Guardians hacks and other pinko creeps, sure, but I guess most normal Brits, and French, Germans, etc would be more likely to say –

    The sooner the better!

The more ISIS rape-gang S.O.B.s suffer, the better justice is served!

The good news is that –

The legal charity Reprieve says that differing statements from the Foreign Office indicate that the government has diluted its previous opposition to British nationals being prosecuted in Assad-controlled Syria.

However, unusually, the Guardian performs a public service by reminding us of the effete Theresa-The-Appeaser policy…

..and here’s a PS to her successor!

Even if Bojo failes to adopt my graciously proferred proposal that Assad be permitted to implement an agreeably final solution to the problem, and if Bojo also lacks the guts to re-introduce capital punishment, there are other viable options, like internment, in suitable places.

    Hasil gambar untuk oubliette

Oubliettes are easy to construct, methinks, or, though one feels sorry for the sea-birds, there’s a solution I have offered several times in the past couple of years.

But of course the United Nations, with its vociferous defenders of ‘human rights’ like Red China and Saudi Arabia…etc….would forbid any such steps…
