Traitor Downey Deserves Not Bankruptcy But An Abattoir!

One of the books I recommended for your holiday reading just a few hours ago…

Good Reads For The Holidays! Two Recommendations

…is about a mild-mannered, peaceable British man whose loved ones were murdered by evil monsters.

    The law?

Fettered by ‘rights’ rot, the legal system is a mess of inertia, no chance of justice, so the bereaved husband and father thereupon gave up on a low-key life-style and did what I hope any man in that position would do –

    – made it his mission to obliterate the killer scum from the face of the earth.

That story leapt into my mind when I read about that filthy IRA pig Patrick Downey…

OTR Sinn Fein pig, Patrick Downey – see the previous story here-

UK – Dirty Deal With Terrorists Exposed!

…whom I’ve written about before but is currently back in the news.

Patrick Traitor-Pig escaped justice in 2014 thanks to Blair’s sly sell-out process which culminated in the Bad Friday Dirty Deal.

Like many other terrorist scum he was issued with a so-called “on-the-run letter,” which ensured that many Sinn Fein/IRA vermin went unpunished.

However, last week a civil court ruling was made on Pig-Traitor’s involvement in the republicans’ Hyde Park mass-murder.

Ulster Unionist notable Doug Beattie drew conclusions.

Today, thanks to the perseverance of the victims’ families and their legal team in a civil case, a court of law has found that Downey was an active participant in that IRA bombing and the way is now clear for a damages claim to be made against him.”

    Quite true.

But is it enough that there’s only a fond hope of a monetary penalty?

Never mind that Pig-Traitor may or may not have few funds in his greasy pocket to pay up, if damages were to be awarded against him?

As another prominent Ulster patriot leader, Jim Allister, of TUV, observed, “Downey should be facing a criminal court, not a civil one,” he continued.

“The fact that he is not is a great stain on the United Kingdom and a telling insight into just how perverse the peace process is.

“This is the sort of crime which the powers that be gave out on-the-run letters for in order to advance the process. While innocent victims will rightly celebrate this victory, they will doubtlessly also reflect on how those who should have brought Downey to justice have failed them.”

    As always, Jim talks sense.

Which brings me to muse some more on that work of fiction I wrote about, at the top of the page,

Did Merkel And May Plot To Free Sinn Fein Terror Pig?

Last Friday, a day of reverence for Christians everywhere, we looked at its other, utterly contrasting aspect, the putrid pact concocted by B.Liar and Blood-Beast Adams.

Years ago, yes, but its knock-on effects are still around, the stench of betrayal lingering strongly, even in Germany!

We hear a lot from Mama Stasi Merkel and her comrades in Berlin about the importance of the rule of law and how politicians must never interfere in its majesty.

But now it looks very likely that’s EXACTLY what’s happened in a German court, when a Sinn Fein/IRA swine, convicted of attempted murder, got out of jail free after serving a mere FOUR DAYS of a FOUR YEAR sentence. .

The IRA pig’s name is James Corry, and if there were any real justice in Germany or anywhere else he would have been put to death as the vile terrorist he is.

But it seems even four years was deemed too tough – by whom?

TUV leader Jim Allister, a former QC, told the News Letter that a four year sentence for attempted murder seemed like an “artificially low” sentence.

“This confirms my suspicion that this was a sentence which was contrived to fit the time he had already served since arrest, in order to allow him to walk free after conviction.”

To add insult to injury, the dirty terr was give aWelcome Home’ party in Dublin hosted by Sinn Fein TD and former IRA figure Martin Ferris….

Dublin’s name stank for decades, Eire notorious as a safe haven for Sinn Fein/IRA terrorists, refusing to honour legitimate extradition requests from the UK. But in 2015, Eire extradited Corry to Germany. That’s where he got his slap-on-the-wrist 4-year sentence.

It’s not just Jim Alister who’s asking pertinent questions.

UUP justice spokesman and former RIR captain Doug Beattie MLA, described his speedy release after less than a week as “absolutely incredible” and asked if Mr Corry benefited from an UK government On-The-Run (OTR) letter.

Another OTR Sinn Fein pig, Patrick Downey – see the story here-

UK – Dirty Deal With Terrorists Exposed!

     Aha! The OTRs.

One of the many evil off-shoots of the BLiar sell-out known to many of us as the Bad Friday Agreement.

OTRs are a shameless affront to justice we have looked at before, when another pig, Patrick Downey, was let go by UK politicians’ treachery.

All praise to Mr. Beattie for his insistence that the “UK must also press the European Parliament to ensure the European courts know and accept that the OTR letter has no legal authority…”

But surely he knows that the ‘European parliament knows little and cares less about justice.

We’ve pointed out how soft May is on terrorism of the Islamist sort…

Another T-May Betrayal – Welcome Home, ISIS Terror Pigs!

….but now, if she’s covering up a 2015 plot between Cameron and Merkel, or her own complicity at the time…

…it sounds like she’s totally into the same kind of appeasement when it comes to IRA brutes who tried to murder British soldiers.

He also pressed the Irish government to say whether it only agreed to extradite Mr Corry on the understanding that he would be released immediately after being jailed.

    Unionist MLA Doug Beattie

“The question is, did the British and Irish Governments know in advance that this four day sentence would be the outcome, and was this instrumental in the extradition being successful?”

Needless to say Merkel’s minions are ducking, diving and dodging athletically to make sure the extent of the Berlin Bitch’s collaboration with Dublin to uncage the rabid rat is kept under wraps.

Now I’m no arithmetic whiz-kid. So please read this then see if you’re as bemused as I am.

A spokeswoman for the Osnabrueck courts told the News Letter it was “not correct” to say Mr Corry only served four days of a sentence. In Germany it is possible to suspend a sentence once half of it has been served, as was the case for Mr Corry, she said.

The IRA man had served over a year in custody since his arrest in Dublin in 2015 and a further year was deducted from his final sentence in recognition of the “unreasonable” delay in the prosecution, she added…. .

Right. Scummo gets four years. Time in custody, one year. Extra free gift year just to be sweet. So that leaves two years. German politicians like crims so allow them to get half their sentence ‘suspended’ – for no obvious reason – once half the sentence served.

The sentence was four years, so once he serves half ( two years) he can walk.

But he didn’t serve two years. He got out after one year in custody plus four days.

    Go figure!

No wonder Mr. Beattie concludes that it seemed as though Germany calculated Corry’s sentence based on the amount of time he had already served prior to conviction in order to ensure his immediate release after he was jailed,

This whole thing stinks to High Heaven! The stench of manipulation, of political interference in justice, is over-powering.

….sentenced to four years in jail, with one suspended due to a procedural delay….released from a German jail after four days.

    Again, Beattie’s question.

…did the British and Irish Governments know in advance…

….that this four day sentence would be the outcome…

This is a very complicated story and I don’t envy you the work you had to do to make it as simple as possible for us to follow.
One thing is very clear, no justice was done. Politicians somewhere have gone ot a lot of time and trouble to make sure of that.

Ferret away at this long enough and somebody will get a real showing up.
May or one of her ministers very much top of the suspect list but they will never be punished for it.
No more than their IRA man got punished for what he did.
