Green Nazi Bomber Protected By ECHR!

I see the identity of a certain Green Nazi terrorist…

Birmingham Six: Chris Mullin will not have to reveal identity of IRA bomber, court rules

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2022/03/22/chris-mullin-birmingham-six-journalist-reveal-identity-ira/

…. is to remain unknown to those bereaved by his cowardly atrocity.

The West Midlands Police will not be given the access they sought, to notes that socialist ‘journalist’ and former Blair minister, has secreted.

Judge Mark Lucraft based his ruling on the ‘European Convention on Human Rights….’

    .

    ….

…which has so often been a millstone round the neck of Lady Justice.

Wrong, in my opinion, but even were the beast named, what would happen?

That evil Sinn Fein sow Mary Lou McDonald would hail him because she holds to the terrorist propaganda line that –

‘…it was necessary…to take up arms against the British state… ‘

    .

Gambar terkaitSinn Fein leader Mary Lou McDonald.  –

…and her hero, Blood Beast Adams?

Some of us remember  his attempts at fake regrets for the heinous crime in Birmingham, and that at Enniskillen, and the foul murder of Lord Mountbatten.

    .

    .

Adams should of course have been put to death, like a rabid animal…

    .

    .

    …painfully, years ago.

Instead he’s treated as some sort of elder statesman.

As too would the swine whose name we don’t get to know.

Certainly, any prosecution by the West Midlands Police, even a guilty verdict, would be meaningless.

    .

Sinn Fein/IRA scum whose guilt was infamous were handed high office, thanks to Bliar’s Dirty Bad Friday Deal with Blood Beast.

The journalist, who helped exonerate the Birmingham Six, will not have to hand over his notes despite a challenge from West Midlands Police

    A Major Embarrassment!

Former Tory PM fiercely attacks Johnson and issues barely veiled challenge to MPs to remove him

And once more, my contempt for Jellyfish Johnson….

True Colours? Jellyfish Crawls To The Coven!

A Jellyfish Trapped In A Fairy Circle?

Has Anyone Costed Bojo’s BLM Appeasement Commission

…has to be out on hold until the arrant hypocrisy of his detractors is dealt with.

Major really showed HIS true colours, evidently understanding how many Brits will remember his miserable failure to tackle the issue of unwanted immigration when he was Prime Minister for seven dreary years.

So now he’s openly championing the crimmigrant cause – even whining that the current Tory governnent’s feeble proposals’to ‘criminalise refugees and asylum seekers...’

I’m quoting the Guardian report, if course!

    …was “punishment without compassion.”

How many fake ‘refugees’ got in between 1990 and 1997?

How many of the undesirable aliens who got in when HE was PM committed crimes against innocent Brits?..

    .

    Who knows?

Where’s Major’s compassion for the victims?

    God knows!

The Has-Been also had a rant about how democracy ‘could only be maintained through public trust and governments upholding common values.’

Major once made it clear he shared the common values of Brits who expected discipline in schools…

    .

    .

…even voting to maintain corporal punishment, but then cast aside the values he’d thus endorsed…

    .

    .

…when the leftist clowns of the ECHR told him to.

“When ministers respond to legitimate questions with pre-prepared soundbites, or half-truths, or misdirection, or wild exaggeration, then respect for government and politics dies a little more.

“Misleading replies to questions invite disillusion…

    .

    ..

This from the man who told the House of Commons that the ‘very idea’ of talks…

    .

    .

…with Sinn Fein’s Blood-Beast Adams, would make his ‘stomach churn….’

    .

    Look At Major’s Record!

…while his posh flunkey, the oleaginous Patrick Mayhew, was up to his neck in exactly such talks?

BBC And Major, Made For Each Other!

Was it the eternally Europhiliac BBC who invited that spineless clown Major…

…into their radio studios to broadcast his bile?

Or did the old has-been ring them up, gasping for a chance to remind his Remainiac fans that he’s still in the land of the living?

Whichever, he made the most of his opportunity, determined to stab Britain in the back as the Fourth Reich continued its ranting insistence…

    =

    =

…that their ECJ must forever rule, over what goes on in British Ulster.

UK Pravda must have been delighted…

    .

    .

…as he snarled his characteristic  collabo cr-p!

Sir John told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme that if the government did this, “it would be seen as very bad faith indeed, it would be seen as irresponsible…

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-59190547.amp

    Bad faith?

    Irresponsibility?

    ..

What could be worse bad faith, what more irresponsible, than to vote against something you know is right, that you have publicly supported…

    Scots tawse in action

    ===

….but then turn your coat cravenly at the behest of a pack of robed rats in Strasbourg.

A Swiss Reminder Of John Major’s Despicable Euro-Grovel

The creep cast principle to the wind and jumped through the hoop held out by the ECHR.

    .

    .

If you ever meet him, in person, as I have, you’ll think he’s a very mild-mannered, mellow fellow.

    Politically, he’s a weasel.

PS – Sunday morning, 9.20am Jakarta time, BBC World News featured their Chris Mason telling us that Major’s opinion ‘matter,’ because he’s an ex-PM.

    .

    .

Then the Beebling afforded us examples of the wonky wisdom of the elderly plonker, on Ulster, among other things.

But UK Pravda’s Mason should keep his OWN opinions out of it.

Major’s opinions do NOT matter – nobody gives a damn what he thinks. I almost reproach myself for writing wbout him!

    Nordic Natterjacks, Ignorant Of History!

Just looking back at things we should have covered last month, questions we should have asked…like…

What do these klutzes have in common?

Jeppe Kofod is Danish minister of foreign affairs. Pekka Haavisto is Finnish minister of foreign affairs

The Nordics unite to support the Council of Europe and ECHR

    =

Gudlaugur Thór Thórdarson is Icelandic minister for foreign affairs and international development cooperation. Ine Eriksen Søreide is Norwegian minister for foreign affairs. Ann Linde is Swedish minister for foreign affairs.

Apart from their parallel positions, foreign ministers of their respective countries, they are all stunningly ignorant of modern history.

I say this because they know that the Council of Europe, which we have written about before…

Bojo Gangs Up Against ‘Our Oldest Ally? ‘

…when we showed you it’s hugely expensive HQ in Strasbourg….

    • .

Building of the Council of Europe Headquarters located in Strasbourg, France. Stock Photo - 103414864
      Council of Europe Headquarters

      .

…a deplorable body which spawned the ECHR, now a Sorosoid tool used to bludgeon national sovereignty – was established in the aftermath of the World War Two…

      .

      oooo

….in Strasbourg on the basis of international law – including human rights and the principles of democracy and the rule of law.

      So it was.

And many, if not all, of the signatory countries had capital punishment on their statute books.

Many had corporal punishment too as a legal sanction.

Sexual (‘gay’) perversion in many European nations was against the law – certainly in the UK, which only legalised it in the early 1960s.

Yet the Council of Europe and its Sorosoid Court has declared capital and corporal punishment unacceptable….

      =

      ==

…and engaging in all manner of sexual perversion, while not yet mandatory….

      =

      =

….is deemed as acceptable as living decently within normal relationships.

      Were those original signatories hypocrites?

Hardly likely they would sign up, if they thought any laws in their own lands were transgressions against  human rights and the principles of democracy and the rule of law

    • So the original convention, which these Nordic Natterjacks invoke so readily, has itself been perverted by malevolent jurists.

      .

      Wise nations should withdraw.

All very true, what you say, Ross, these foreign ministers are just air-brushing the truth about that post-war rights pact.
What I want to know is why you are still energetically publishing all these readables after you said you were going to ease off.

Dont get me wrong, I am always happy to read what you offer, but if this is you easing off, I am wondering what we would get ( 10 pages a day?) if you decided you had relaxed too much.

You are absolutely right about the governments that signed up to the convention but I think you’re wrong to say the ministers who made this new statement are ignorant.
      They are just dishonest.
It goes without saying they know the convention was never meant to stop the use of the death penalty or to etop badly behaved children getting a quick wallop with a cane or a strap in school.
The Council of Europe and the ECHR make fools of theirselves when they contradict the intentions of the convention.

    .

    ..

…that ALL those involved in the sectarian mass-murder should be hunted down and put to death.

The bombers themselves, of course, went straight to Hell, but those who incited them, with evil sermons, and those who mealy-mouthed excuses about the ‘duty’ to exalt sectarian solidarity ahead of British foreign policy?

If Bojo Won’t Curb That Court, Step Up, Farage!

From a surprising source, the far-left British media, The Independent to be precise, a useful article, which sheds light not only on how The Arrogant Eleven got into their lofty lordly positions…

    .

UK Supreme Court justices are appointed by the Queen on the advice of the prime minister after being recommended by a special selection commission…

…but also asks the question every Brit should be asking, viz.

Should they perhaps also be subject to parliamentary scrutiny?

Better perhaps to top up that question with an additional option, election by the people…

…but the writer in ‘The Independent’ then reveals that she’s not on our side, by saying that ‘political fights that surround Supreme Court nominations in the United States might offer a powerful argument against this – especially in the present, highly polarised, climate.’  https://www.independent.co.uk/voices/uk-supreme-court-parliament-ruling-boris-johnson-brexit-a9121981.html

    How so?

When the very future of a nation is at stake, that’s surely EXACTLY when ‘political fights’  – as at present between collabos and patriots locked in close quarters battle for British freedom – should be at their most fast and furious!

    .

    .

Why she’s wary of conflict and controversy on court appointments is frankly baffling, because she very clearly understands that the UK Supreme Court, whatever else it may have ruled on, ‘has also created a new legal precedent in which parliament had no say and which has only deepened existing political divisions.’

    Spot on!

If neither people nor parliament have any say on any issue, then democracy lies stricken, bleeding out!

    It’s time to fight back!

    ..

We’ve seen the wrongs inflicted not just on the UK, but on every citizen of civilised Europe, by the robed rogues singing from their cultural marxist song-book in Strasbourg….

Euro-Court Exposed For What It is – Creeps Gang Up On Kickl!

We have reported on Herr Herbert Kickl, Austria’s Minister of the Interior, before…

..but once again he’s been telling it like it is, on the archaic ‘European Convention on Human Rights,’ which was founded by countries most of which had capital punishment embedded in their national statutes…

    =

    Gambar terkait

    =

… but which somehow has perverted its role to the extent that signatory states are now ordered not to expel the vilest terrorists to any other country which might impose the death penalty for their atrocities.

We saw this perversion of justice most recently when Theresa May went out of her way to say that those ISIS scum, the so-called ‘Beatles…’

    =

El Shafee Elsheikh (left) and Alexanda Kotey

Man Up, May! Those ISIS ‘Beatle’ Beasts Deserve To Die!

    =

Theresa May REFUSES to back death penalty for ISIS Beatles

….must on NO account be punished as most of her citizens undoubtedly felt they should be.

The ECHR’s directives are implemented by Euro-Court degenerates, who have also taken the side of illegal immigrants…

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

    =
    =====

…saying that police have no right to detain  lawless aliens who violate the sovereign borders of the country in which police have a duty to enforce the law!

And the same court ( ‘of human rights’ remember!?!?) has outlawed free speech that might upset Islamist fanatics.

    https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/10/europe-rules-against-free-speech/574369/

So no wonder Herr Kickl has described the ECHR as consisting of “strange, legal constructs” that are “partly many many years old”. He added that these laws prevent the Austrian government from doing “what is necessary”.

Austrian Interior Minister and far-right Freedom Party leader Herbert Kickl’s attack on European Convention on Human Rights has triggered widespread criticism in the country

All the worst elements in Austria at once ran verbally amok, led by the President, whom patriots there regard as a ‘green fascist.’

“The European Convention on Human Rights has been ranked in the Constitution of Austria for 59 years. Challenging this would be a termination of the basic consensus of the Second Republic,” said Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen…

Well, we already knew whose side Bellen’s on.

And the socialist SPO party plans a ‘no-confidence’ vote in parliament.

Austria is run by a coalition of Kickl’s FPO patriot party, led by the Vice-Chancellor, Herr Strache, with Chancellor Sebastian Kurz’s OVP. Herr Strache is standing by his straight-talking colleague.

The far-right’s attack on human rights

One hopes Herr Kurz will do the same, but one has to wonder, in view of what the report we are looking at has to say about discussions he’s had with the Interior Minister, which have been described as “clarifying..”

Kurz won the last election largely by presenting himself and his party as just as patriotic as the FPO.

If he doesn’t live up to that, his OVP may pay a price.

The courts are the greater enemy. People can wake up and vote out renegades like Merkel and May but without a plan to topple European-wide institutions, or at least get governments prepared to defy their rulings, we are lost.
I read somewhere that in America,in the 19th century, governments often just ignored stupid judicial rulings that got in their way.
As a short-term solution, that would be better than nothing.

In fact one report from the start of the year suggested he wanted it to be 14, but that seems not to be the case.

Brits who remember the brutal murder of little Jamie Bulger by ‘underage’ scum might even think a lower figure is worth thinking about…

…but one day at a time, yeah?

Imagine if those clods in Brussels, and those degenerates styled ‘judges’ on the ‘European Court of Human Rights,’ were to come out and say there’d be no more hogwash about dastardly young alien thugs and sex-predators aged 16 and 17 being designated ‘children’ and given kid-glove treatment accordingly?

Nine Young Women In Denmark     Swedish police warn Stockholm’s maintrain station is overrun

Yes, imagine, cause it ain’t gonna happen.

Real children are human beings under the age of puberty, but no chance of that reality being introduced into the sicko permissive system in Europe…

Junior Jihadis? Merkel Has Been Blocking Surveillance!

…where so-called ‘unaccompanied’ so-called ‘minors’ are not hammered, corralled and promptly deported when they step out of line in someone else’s country.

The same sensible approach, of course, should also apply to home-grown mini-vermin who have passed their 16th birthdays. Again, one wonders, why not 15th, or 14th?

Another True Tale Of Filthy Savages In Berlin?

    Lock ‘em up!

But don’t throw away the key. Access required for regular floggings if they act up whilst ‘inside!’

Not that the age of responsibility is the only issue on which Bolsonaro talks sense.

    How about this?

Categorize invasions of property and homes as “terrorism.”

For which, one hopes, the death penalty would be made readily available under a Bolsonaro government.

And it’s still getting better all the time. Denouncing the Brazilian left’s stance, of cosying up to the marxist menace in Caracas, Bolsonaro is crystal clear!

“We are going to stop hailing murderous dictatorships” — said in reference to Venezuela — “and denigrating big democracies like the United States, Italy and Israel.”

And on a very different issue, he promises that Brazil’s schools will be directed to get on with schooling, ‘“without indoctrination or early sexualization.”

What a contrast to his opponent, the leftist Haddad, who sounds as dementedly committed to decadent liberalism as the UK’s St. Theresa of Transgendria…

….pledging lots of rot about how he ‘will strengthen an inclusive, non-sexist, non-racist and non-discriminatory view of the LGBT” community.

    Yabba-yabba-yabba!

There has not been enough attention to the fact that Haddad is running not only with the full support of the organized Communist movement but with a red running mate who if Haddad wins would then be a heartbeat away from running Brazil.
The mainstream ( dishonest) media tend not to mention this, possibly because it would mean that while they call Bolsonaro ‘far-right’ over and over again, the Communist link would oblige them to call Haddad ‘far-rleft’ which he must be if he’s ready to share power with dedicated marxists.

I shall take pleasure in forwarding this to as many people as I can, because I think we won’t see CNN or CBS or NBC telling the truth about Haddad’s far-left extremist ties.

Communism should be THE untouchable for any politician who calls himself a democrat.
Note, for my American friends I use a small ‘d.’
We should all hope Bolsonaro wins.
We have seen what marxist rule does, just look at the decades of dictatorship in Cuba and the ruination of poor Venezuela.
Brazilians do not deserve to suffer as Cubans and Venezuelans have suffered and still suffer.

More – And More – Savages Unleashed In France!

Is it not ever so mildly astonishing that there’s even a need for the senior French law officer in this report to point out that unleashing rabid animals constitutes a ‘major risk.’

The outrageous terrorist crimes committed by that demonic pig in Liege last month week were hardly a novelty. Hell has prowled the Western world for years, the nightmares multiplied no end by the deliberate infusion of fresh evil into Europe by Mama Stasi Merkel.

So  as always, we are forced to return to the question famously asked, in a totally different context, by Lenin.

How can Francois Molins just make a little speech about ‘the major risk of seeing people who are not at all repentant at the end of their sentence come out of prison…

If Macron were not afraid of the gibbering judges in Strasbourg, he’d introduce internment tomorrow.

    • But Macron IS afraid of the gibbering judges in Strasbourg.

    • Or not!

    • More probably?

    • He shares their degenerate mind-set, which puts the ‘human rights’ of satanic scum above the safety of his fellow-citizens.

    Otherwise he’d reintroduce executions tomorrow.

I read a few weeks ago that Macron to hold a nationwide ‘consultation’ about some topic other than terrorism, not a democratic vote of course but stage-managed public meetings which would have no power to direct the government to do anything.
He could of course do the same on terrorism but that wil not happen because no matter how he tried to choreograph his meetings, the anger of the people would be impossible to control.
At the very least, internment of known jihadists, not only those due for release but all those currently monitored ( ineffectually, as shown by monitored jihadists murdering people!) would prevent at least some attacks and send a message that France is serious.
It is incredibly irresponsible to let enemy aliens move freely around France while France is at war.
The same goes for other Western countries.
First, however, the unelected courts need to be put in their place, because the role of that ECHR has been very damaging to the fight against terrorism. Those judges are despicable.
I have wondered out loud recently whether, if Europeans cannot quickly and easily get rid of the institution, they could not borrow from our American system, so that any new nominations have to be approved by national parliaments.

Mort, there is not a chance of reforming the court to bring its thinking into line with normal peoples.
The only way out is to take our countries out of its jurisdiction.
Theresa May promised to do that but she betrayed our trust on that as she has on Brexit.

It would not be so insane if they picked them up as soon as they stepped outside the prison gates and took them at once to the nearest airport.
Out of jail, out of France.
