Rishi Sunak’s Deal With The Devil?

So Rishi Sunak claims ‘he would do what is necessary to fix the Northern Ireland Protocol and protect the Union.’

    https://news.sky.com/story/liz-truss-and-rishi-sunak-questioned-on-abortion-rights-and-benefits-in-latest-tory-hustings-in-northern-ireland-12675233

    Fine words.

    But…

Better, surely, if all the whiners are so horrified at any hint of a hard border between the UK and its hostile, expansionist bad neighbour…

    00000000

    .

    0000

..would be to tell Eire that, if they don’t want excise-free imports from Ulster, then Dublin and Brussels are free to instal border controls.

    Black Barbed Wire
    ….

Neither Sunak nor Truss ( despite declaring herself a ‘Child of the Union’) has the true blue grit to do that, alas.

Worse, we read that ‘the former chancellor also stressed that a negotiated outcome with the EU would be a “much quicker” solution

    Undoubtedly….

….just as a ‘negotiated outcome’ with Vladimir Putin would offer Ukrainians a much quicker solution…

When one is faced by a powerful and malevolent and unprincipled foe…

    .

    ..

…best simply to stand firm and tell the Fourth Reich that the ECJ writ runs only to the frontier of the Fourth Reich.

Britain faces a vengeful and vindictive adversary, implacable in pursuit of domination..

    ..

…as the Poles, for example, can testify.

Best that British leaders adopt the Ulster war-cry….

    NOT AN INCH!

    New Anti-Europe Diktat From ECJ

Migrant rescue boats can’t be impounded if they are overloaded

We all hate the ECHR, for good reason, especially after the swine interdicted that Rwanda flight, when Jellyfish and Priti Useless knuckled under…

Told You So! Bojo Won’t Free UK From ECHR

    Take Back Control?

    https://aclj.org/human-rights/exposing-conflicts-of-interest-between-george-soros-funded-ngos-and-judges-on-the-european-court-of-human-rights-part-2

…but it’s important also to hate the European Court of Justice, easy for Brits, out of solidarity with their fellow-citizens in Ulster, betrayed by Bojo’s ‘Protocol…’

    .

    ..

…but also for the French, whose police have been ordered by the ECJ not to detain undesirable aliens illegally in France.

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

But now EVERY patriot, in every European country, has fresh cause to detest those robed scum.

    .

European Court of Justice decision means search-and-rescue boats can no longer be detained on spurious gronds by maritime authorities

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2022/08/01/migrant-rescue-boats-cant-impounded-overloaded/

    Spurious grounds?

    Who needs ‘spurious grounds…’

Image result for fake refugees paris bomb daily mail

…when there are glaringly GENUINE grounds,  such as national security, knowing how so many fake-refugees turn their hands to terror, once in civilised countries?

    Or…

…such as safety of women and  children, knowing how so many savages prey on innocents, once among civilised people?

As you say, thank God we are out of that court’s clutches, but the Tories are still bowing to the Strasbourg court, the ECHR, and again as you say, part of the UK is still subject to ECJ interference.
British law should never be subordinated to foreign courts.

‘A Deal To Be Done?’ Dis-Truss Her!

Brexit: there’s ‘a deal to be done’ over Northern Ireland, says Liz Truss | Northern Ireland | The Guardian

Once more, one feels obliged to revise what Kipling wrote 110 years ago…

‘Before an empire’s eyes, the traitor names his price…
    .

    .

And the evident satisfaction of Eire’s Coveney…

Will Brussels Reward Ulster’s Dublin Enemy With High Office?

    …infamous for his arrogance…

    =

    Gambar terkait

.there can be no British-only direct rule. That is the Irish government’s position.”

    ….

    …as anti-British as Dirty Dev…

….  if it had not been for the loyalty and friendship of Northern Ireland we should have been forced to come to close quarters with Mr. de Valera or perish forever from the earth.

However, with a restraint and poise to which, I say, history will find few parallels, we never laid a violent hand upon them…

    . .

    ….

….which at times would have been quite easy and quite natural, and left the de Valera Government to frolic with the German and later with the Japanese representatives to their heart’s content.

    Winston Churchill

    ======

..who mourned Hitler’s death in 1945, suggests a sell-out by Truss is on the cards.

Dublin’s foreign minister may be endlessly aggressive, but he knows what the denizens of the FCO are like…

“I think it is a good thing that the Brexit issues and the protocol issues are back in the Foreign Office in London rather than in a separate unit led by Lord Frost

    https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2022/jan/14/brexit-deal-northern-ireland-liz-truss-talks-eu

    AND…

….he has presumably noticed how incapable Ms. Truss is of bringing under control the decadent flunkeys…

    We Must Distrust Liz Truss

Never Trust Those Robed ECJ Rogues

As the year drew to a close the threat was in a waning phase and the government was also signalling that the role of the ECJ was not the deal breaker Lord Frost once suggested.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-59776665

    ..

It is of course the paramount principle, that no part of Her Majesty’s realm be subjected to alien rule..

    .

    .

…that makes the surrender alluded to above so completely unacceptable.

But what we have seen of the ECJ’s rulings on issues within the Brussels Empire should fortify an unyielding stance.

    • I refer to the robed rogues’s servile compliance with Ursula’s arrogant over-reach…

    • .

    • …that a member-state’s EVERY governmental responsibility be subject to Fourth Reich meddling, even those which were, from the start, reserved to national competence, on the specious argument that EUSSR ‘values’ are involved.

We have looked at that before and it’s clear that the Fourth Reich has no right to interfere.

But the ECJ, by judicial fiat, ignores the rules when it makes rulings.

Here, below, is what we wrote just a few months ago.

ECJ Goes Rogue – Poland Must Prevail!

Even the official EU Law website admits that

It should be noted that the primacy of EU law only applies where EU countries have ceded sovereignty to the EU — fields such as the single market, environment, transport, etc. However, it does not apply in areas such as social policy and taxation

    https://eur-lex.europa.eu/summary/glossary/primacy_of_eu_law.html

    AND each nation’s judiciary.

So how does the Fourth Reich get around that restriction on its power to bully the brave Poles?

    .

    .

    Easy-Peasy!

The ECJ, the top court, stacked with Europhiliac legalice, can interpret any law, arbitrate any dispute, as it sees fit.

    Because its lousy, unprincipled judges..

    ..

    .

…will do the bidding of the Euro-Commissars to ensure their will be done.

They know they have no legal right, no power, to interfere in the judiciary…

….so they grant themselves that right, invoking ‘values,’ a concept mentioned in EU treaties…

…but made a bad joke by the arrogant betrayal of the values held dear by most citizens of most countries.

Don’t shrug, Brits, imagining you are safe thanks to Brexit.

That ECJ is precisely the ‘Impartial’ referee to whom Bojo handed authority to interfere in British Ulster.

Arrogant French Bint -‘Not To My Knowledge?’

The left media in the UK love giving this Macronette a platform…

    ..

    Nathalie Loiseau (2016).jpg

But who is the mouthy madame? Followng the Guardian’s info trail, we are only told that…

Nathalie Loiseau is an MEP and a former French minister for European affairs. . ...

That’s maybe all the Guardian wants to reveal, but we know her for what she is.

    • When Italian politicians commented on a French issue, ‘she lashed out wildly, furious that they were ‘commenting on her nation’s state of affairs’ –

“France refrains from giving lessons to Italy,” she tweeted.  “Salvini and Di Maio should learn to sweep their own door”

      https://www.rt.com/news/448315-france-salvini-yellow-vests/

My point then, as today, is that the hypocritical middle-aged battle-axe DARED complain about Italians talking about France, but she herself more than once, indeed…

…felt abolutely entitled to stick her ugly beak into Italian affairs, her hypocrisy now repackaged for UK meddling, and on display…

      ==

      6e6cb-hypocrisyofoursociety

      =

….as she rants once more, this time that beak poking into British Ulster!

Is she merely serving her master’s current agenda, waging war on Britain by means of crimmigration as well as fishing disputes?

      =

      macron bankerUntitled-23

      =

Or is her Europhiliac yammering straight from her black heart?

There have been complaints that the role of the European court of justice…

ECJ Goes Rogue – Poland Must Prevail!

If ever the case to keep that European Court of Justice out of British law…

..in particular on the Ulster border issue…

    .

    .

    …this news from Luxembourg…

After the EU threatened sanctions against Poland, Morawiecki responded earlier on Monday with comments that the bloc is starting World War III and ‘putting a gun to our head’.

When asked if Poland could use its veto power to block legislation in retaliation, Morawiecki told the Financial Times: ‘If they start the third world war, we are going to defend our rights with any weapons which are at our disposal

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10136223/EU-pushed-Poland-POLEXIT-Nation-ordered-pay-1million-day-judicial-row.html

…where the ECJ judges have ignored even ‘European law’ to stomp Poland with massive daily fines until Warsaw takes a knee to the Fourth Reich’s diktats…

    ..

…has made it a bright red line for the UK!

Keep the swine from any say in any part of the realm.

How Many Legalice Poles Are Reds?

‘A friend to every country but his own.’

    .

    .

Those words were written long before even my Grandpa was born, but apply even more today to Europhiliacs…

    .

    .

…like the Polish legalice who have crawled into the news this week, as ‘thousands of Polish judges, prosecutors and lawyers have rallied to support the primacy of EU law…’

Polish judges rally behind EU court ruling

We know the EUSSR is determined to put Poland down…

    .

…and has been out to get the Poles for some years.

The issue of Fourth Reich hostility to judicial reform is also nothing new...

    • ‘Declaration Of War?’ The Persecution Of Poland!

…the supranational elite either indifferent to or accepting of the irrefutable truth that many judges were appointed by the Communist dictatorship…

If this report is factually correct, one thing is certain: a considerable number of senior judges on Poland’s Supreme Court have a past that cannot be a source of pride or confidence in the character of those who preside over important judicial business. Those who are actively working to reform the legal system in Poland will feel vindicated in their actions by this report. https://rossrightangle.wordpress.com/2019/11/06/ecj-robed-rogues-extend-a-helping-hand-to-red-vermin/o

    • In WW2, Poland, like all occupied countries, had collaborators, like Donald Tusk’s grandfather.

    • They had the excuse, albeit feeble, that their country’s enemies held power.

    • But today, the legalice shrilling for Poland’s tormentors have no excuse at all.

    • Just how many of them have communist connections?

    • When your homeland is locked in struggle, facing a powerful external threat, if you’re a good citizen, you rally round the Polish flag, as I did, though not a Pole, 40 years ago, in London with my Solidarnosc placard…

    • Hasil gambar untuk solidarnosc

…NOT to support the primacy of EU law.

EUSSR Diktat Scuppered? Beware Brussels Dirty Tricks!

Brilliant news from Brussels, where the brave Poles and Magyars have vetoed the Euro-Commissars’ budget.

The two freedom-fighter governments in Warsaw and Budapest took their stand when the EUSSR moved to attach so-called ‘rule-of-law’ conditions to disbursement of funds.

We cannot support the plan in its present form to tie rule of law criteria to budget decisions,” said Zoltan Kovacs, a spokesman for Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

    ..

On Monday, Polish Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro said the rule of law issue was “just a pretext”.”It is really an institutional, political enslavement, a radical limitation of sovereignty,” he said.

    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-54964858

Absolutely 100% correct, but neither truth nor justice can be guaranteed to prevail against the Evil Empire!

    ..

    .

Juncker the Drunkard may have passed the bully’s baton to Kaiserin Ursula, but his arrogant mind-set prevails…

    ..

…and what now looms as the real danger is the way the ‘rule-of-law,’ which the ruling class likes to invoke as their cudgel of choice against national sovereignty, will be perverted by the robed rats on the European Court of Justice…

    .

    .

…which is hardly a ‘court’ as freeborn people understand the term, but merely an additional political tool, tasked with suppressing resistance to the foul ‘European Project.’

Sensible Brits understand this, and are watching very carefully…

    ..

    ..

….to see if Johnson’s indefensible readiness to compromise on fishing rights, Ulster, etc., will also see him have the UK bend the knee to ECJ diktats.

NO WAY should such a betrayal of Brexit be countenanced!

Breaking News? A Boris U-Turn? Yawn!

The Independent’s explosive revelations, that Boris, soon after he entered the Commons, applauded the way the British shouldered the burden of empire…

    .

    .

…and lauded the way UK colonial heroes fought to outlaw slavery…

    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/boris-johnson-colonialism-africa-british-empire-slavery-a9564541.html

..will come as no surprise to those who have noted the way the flip-floppy fop has u-turned on everything possible.

Is it possible he actually meant what he wrote in 2002?

It was, after all, true, and is why most Brits, even despite the leftist drivel pumped into young minds by traitor teachers…

    .

    .

…are still proud of their forefathers’ achievements…

    .

    .

    …a glorious imperial heritage!

Or was he, as usual, just wittering for a specific audience?

Does his absurd appeasement gibbering to a BLM audience last week represent his real attitude?

    What do YOU think?

I am asking not merely from curiosity but because I honestly expect him to pull a ‘yuey’ of some sort on Brexit, whether it be on fisheries, or submission to the ECJ, or, God Forbid, another sell-out of British Ulster.

    Top Euro-Judges Safeguard Crimmigrant Rapists!

While the EuroCommissars in Brussels babble and bicker behind closed doors about how to handle the corona plague…

    https://www.spiked-online.com/2020/04/01/coronavirus-a-very-european-disaster/

    ..

ECJ: Refugees cannot automatically be deported after committing crimes

…or other heinous crimes he or she has committed, even, indeed, if he or she is shown not to be a ‘refugee’ at all, they may not be deported!

    • …..

No, this insane court diktat hinges entirely on the Brussels Empire’s very own Charter of Fundamental Rights.

    .

The Charter prohibits, in absolute terms, torture and inhuman or degrading punishment or treatment, irrespective of the conduct of the person concerned, as well as removal to a State where there is a serious risk of a person being subjected to such treatment,” the Luxembourg-based court said in a statement.

Torture and inhuman or degrading punishment or treatment?

If there’s one thing most sensible people would agree on, it’s that any ISIS rape-gang adherents…

    .

…..who find themselves being subjected to such treatment have no grounds for complaint.
