An Ethiopian who served as imam at a mosque in Winterthur has been found guilty of inciting violence after calling on worshippers to murder non-practising Muslims.

But when we read of the court’s idea of suitable justice, we can only recoil in dismay.

The 25-year-old was handed a non-custodial sentence of 18 months and banned from Switzerland for 10 years…

But if they’re going to deport the swine anyway, surely a more serious sentence, albeit ‘non-custodial,’ is in order?

Life, perhaps. Or at least ten years. Pour encouragez les autres!

Then we get to the ten years actually specified in the court’s decision.

WHY is his exclusion from the country whose hospitality he sol disgracefully abused ONLY for ten years?

In the previous post, it was suggested that a 20-year ban would be imposed. I questioned that too.

Does the court seriously think that, after a decade ( or two) back where he belongs, the dirty sectarian beast should then be free to return to the scene of the crime?

Meanwhile, I reiterate my point, oft-made, that if incitement to murder merits action in this case…

Taxi driver Omar Ibrahim Hassan, 42, was on Wednesday spared time in jail after a magistrate voiced concerns over the long delay between the attacks and charges being laid.

Big bloody deal. This peculiar (for want of a better word) magistrate, Andrew Capell, gave the filthy ‘refugee’ pig a mere six-month suspended sentence.

NB It was NO WAY the fault of the victim of the Ethiopian swine that the cops didn’t get to work fast on the case.

The 19-month delay between the woman reporting the offending and charges being laid was attributable to police under-resourcing, the court heard.

Pathetic, but not as bad as the defence lawyer who sought to blame her for not ‘sitting in the back seat.’

Why should she have to? It was the ‘asylum’ pig wot dun it!

This alien savage is a sex-predator who deserves castration. Whether victims sit in front or back seats is absolutely immaterial.  At least the magistrate quickly rejected the lawyer’s sleazy bid to excuse the pig on front-seat/back-seat grounds.

But then Capell talked sheer rancid rot.

“Something came over you and you took advantage of her circumstances….” 

A suspended jail term, he said,  still sent a “strong message” that such offending would not be tolerated..

It sends a message that you walk free if you molest an innocent Australian girl.

.Hassan had done “exceptionally well” after leaving war-torn Ethiopia as a young man to raise a family, gain steady work and deal with post traumatic stress disorder.

Pity the pig wasn”t killed in war-torn Ethiopia! Who’s post-traumatic today? A blameless young Melbourne woman!
