Soros Court Orders 33 Nations To ‘Answer To’ Brats!

Back in the ever more demented West, that Soros Court….

    .

…aka the European Court of Human Right ( but truly more accurate to say ‘Soros Court!’)…

    https://aclj.org/human-rights/exposing-conflicts-of-interest-between-george-soros-funded-ngos-and-judges-on-the-european-court-of-human-rights-part-2

…has issued a new diktat, ordering no less than 33 European governments to ‘answer to’ a clutch of Climate Panic tykes, one of them only EIGHT YEARS OLD!

    .

    .

Since when did any elementary school-kid even hear of, never mind instigate, a lawsuit?

Who’s put these brats up to it?

The brats are Portuguese, we read, ‘youth campaigners,’ but are their agitprop outfits, is their lawsuit, funded by Brussels….

    .

    .

….or by The Dark Lord himself?

    .

    .

Unless the uppities come from plutocrat families, it’s unlikely that they could themselves afford the legal fees involved in this nonsense.

    …..

     A lot of pocket money!

If EUObs is quoting directly from that lawsuit – ‘that government inaction to halt global warming jeopardised their futures and wellbeing – ‘  then who wrote that tendentious tripe?

The  countries, including Germany, France or the UK, have until the end of February to respond – unless a settlement is reached before then. https://euobserver.com/tickers/150236

A timely reminder, as if British patriots need one, of yet another failure by the Johnson Government…

    .

    .

….which, despite his pretended committment to ‘taking back control,’ has NOT extricated the UK from the imbecilic meddling of the Sorosoid slugs in Strasbourg!

I have free time today, and so I decided to look into this, but I only got so far.
The brats have powerful helpers, a group which has a website that tells a lot about who it helps but seems very shy about whose ‘donations’ it accepts.
It’s called GLAN, the ‘Global Legal Action Network.’
I think we should all email them Info@glanlaw.org and ask if Soros groups give them financial support.
It does reveal that a lot of universities are implicated in their operation.
The brats also have started crowd-funding.
I agree, Boris Johnson should remove Britain from ECHR jurisdiction.
It is not much use exiting one ‘European Project’ if we stay shackled to another!

Seen and not heard. That was how children were prevented from being brats in times past.
      Time to reintroduce that approach!

EU Anti-Terror Cooperation? Only If Bojo Sells Out!

It remains to be seen if there are even a handful of fragmentary vertebrae between Boris Johnson’s skull and waist, but I’d say it’s a waste of time to speculate, IF the latest report in the Guardian is accurate.

The EU has since the start of the trade and security negotiation said that future cooperation on internal security would be conditional on a written commitment that the ECHR would continue to apply.

    https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/oct/07/boris-johnson-set-to-make-compromise-on-human-rights-act-eu-sources

‘Internal Security,’ of course, means the fight against terrorism, and you’d think that after the Islamist atrocities in Paris…

    .

    .

…and Berlin, yes and Brussels too, even the lax leaderships in those cities might have just enough conscience NOT to make cooperation ‘conditional’ on Britain’s continued subservience to foreign law.

    Sadly, not so…

One of the most abhorrent aspects of ‘Europe’ – and by that I don’t mean Europe….

…but the EUSSR – is the arrogant intrusion of supranational commissars and courts into British criminal law.

We have long known that Brussels will, by their own admission, do all in its power to safeguard the most brutal evil-doers from paying the price they should.

We also know that the ECHR is a menace.

But its rancid liberalism was inserted into UK law in the ludicrous Human Rights Act, obliging one judge after another to make deranged rulings on all kinds of cases.

Britannia Dolorosa – Sceptred Isle Now Garbage Dump – Thanks to ‘Human Rights Act’

    .

    .

    ECHR…

Those letters refer not only to the European Court of Human Rights but also to the European Convention on Human Rights, a body established well over half a century ago, by statesmen from across Europe, many, if not most, of whose governments had the death penalty embedded in their laws…

    .

    .

….yet it somehow discovered that its codes prohibit that same penalty in any circumstances.

You may like or dislike capital punishment, but it should be up to you, by your votes, to decide.

Not a bunch of foreign ideologues, any more than it should be up to that ECHR court, which is infested by disciples of the billionaire meddler.

    https://aclj.org/human-rights/exposing-conflicts-of-interest-between-george-soros-funded-ngos-and-judges-on-the-european-court-of-human-rights-part-2

Better to call them The Soros Squad!

    ..

Yet now we read that its malign sway will continue if Bojo does a dirty deal, by which, even if the ECHR’s direct dominion over the UK is technically ended, Bojo will bind Brit law to accord with its ‘spirit!’

As recently as last month, it had been reported that the prime minister had been looking at weakening the hold of the Human Rights Act so as to curb its use by migrants and asylum seekers seeking to avoid deportation….

    But now?

Johnson wants to stick with its ‘spirit?’

    .

That’s an evil spirit which should be exorcised from Her Majesty’s realms and territories!

Brexit was and is in most British eyes all about taking back control!

We all heard Bojo say so!

    .

    .

    But now?

A UK government spokesman said: “The UK remains committed to the ECHR – we have been clear on that time and time again, including in parliament.“

    The swine has no spine!

If Bad Laws Disadvantage Honest Brits, FIX Them!

Much uproar about undesirable aliens being foisted on England’s West Midlands, understandably…

….but is it not fascinating that the noisy complainers are people who have never, so far as can be told, demanded that the incursions of fake-refugees, aka ‘asylum-seekers,’ be blocked from entering the UK…

    .

….nor have they been often, or, probably, at all, heard calling for the expulsion of the thousands upon thousands of parasites…

    .

    .

…whose claims for ‘asylum’ have been rejected as baseless but whose lying snouts yet continue to root about freely in the tax-payers’ pockets!

Leeching Off Brit Tax-Payers, ‘Asylum’ Aliens Complain!

But you may read about the latest culprits via the link.

Today I want to focus on just a few sentences almost hidden away in the middle of the report.

The UK has a legal responsibility to settle anyone claiming political asylum while their cases are assessed

    ….

Firstly, if it’s a legal responsibility, there is a law somewhere on the statute book.

    .

    Find it, and repeal it.

    Same for supranational courts…

    .

    https://aclj.org/human-rights/exposing-conflicts-of-interest-between-george-soros-funded-ngos-and-judges-on-the-european-court-of-human-rights-part-2

    Sorosoid ECHR

    .

….or conventions that tie British hands! Bojo and Priti have a majority in the Commons. There is huge popular back for a clamp-down, over 70% in a poll last week. Speedy legislative action would be cheered nationwide!

Pending such overdue legal reform, interpret the existing bad law intelligently.

Never let leeches be put up in luxury.

    .

    Nigel Farage

    https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2020/07/31/luxury-living-saw-migrants-getting-arrival-shows-scale-scandal/

Nigel Farage has done useful work recently, but while what’s happening is bad, it’s not really bad ‘news!’

Such outrageous misuse of public funds has been reported here and elsewhere for years, e.g. this in 2015!

Guilty Conscience? Home Office Hiding Crimmigrant Costs!

If, and I emphasise IF, Brit tax-payers have to have these mangy albatrosses hung around their necks, then the budget per ‘asylum’ slug should be pared to the most basic level.

    Food? Bread and water!

No hotel-style menus from which to pick and choose.

    Take it or leave it.

Any complaints, as Italy heard from similar ingrate swine there…

Crimmigrants Seize Italian Cop-Shop – Punishment? ‘Specialised African Cuisine!’

…..should be met not with appeasement, as happened there, but with a prompt withdrawal of rations – when they get hungry enough, they’ll eat.

When my six-year-old self refused to eat his asparagus, that approach worked.

    Accommodation?

    .

    After all, containers are multi-purpose!

    .

    Buy or hire unused containers.

    Shove ‘em in.

Such lodgings would be handy for deportation too.

    Or…

    No Man's Land

One of Britain’s offshore and uninhabited islands
    ..

….as suggested before, give ‘em tents and stick ‘em on those old off-shore fortifications, a patrol-boat circling to make sure nobody swims ashore!

    Word would get out!

Channel incursions would dry up, tout suite!

    ..

I had to think a while before I got the right word, compendiun.

The governnent is gradually catching up to your positive approach. Not containers yet but ferries.
IMHO ferries are far too nice.
The illegals must be made to regret they ever came across the channel.
But at least the government is inching towards a more sensible policy.

Sauron Rules, Abetted By Strasbourg Legalice!

Sauron, which is one of the nicer nicknames I apply to the evil plutocrat who believes, with no little justification, that he can buy Western democracy..

    .

    .

….has been exposed by by the European Center for Law and Justice as exercising a malign influence, to put it mildly, in Strasbourg, where that European Court of Human Rights sits, exalting crimmigrants…

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

    …warring down free speech…

    fanatics…

    https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/10/europe-rules-against-free-speech/574369/

    ..

…arbitrarily striking down laws passed and decisions made by sovereign states –

    https://www.theguardian.com/law/2018/may/15/european-court-overturns-malta-ban-on-auschwitz-play-echr-stitching-anthony-neilson

     – and making a mockery of its well-intentioned founders.

With regard to those last half-dozen words….Please Note!

The court derives from the European Convention on Human Rights, to which a Conservative government in 1958 became a signatory. Winston Churchill keenly championed it. Yet the government is refusing to commit to continuing to support it. https://www.theneweuropean.co.uk/top-stories/boris-johnson-neither-liberal-nor-a-tory-1-6519690

.That ‘New European’  Remainiac rant invoking Churchill shows how the collabo media perhaps do not realise that the year 1958 reveals how that court has been hi-jacked and its purposes perverted by rogue judges.

In most countries that ratified the deal, governments had both capital and corporal punishment in use – Churchill and all other leaders would have been hypocrites to seal a deal which outlawed both!

    Of course it did not!

The Legalice stopped reading what laws said –  they just read their own prejudices into the laws.

    ooooooo

The ECLJ has issued a powerful report on the conflicts of interest between the biased left judges and NGOs funded by George Soros.

Best to read the entire report  for yourselves, but there’s an excellent articles in RT – how many other media gave the damning report any coverage at all? – from which I have a few extracts below to whet your appetite.

….out of the 100 judges who have served on the bench of the European Court of Human Rights in the period 2009-2019, nearly a quarter (22) have strong links to George Soros’ Open Society Foundation or to NGOs like Amnesty International and others which are funded by it. Human Rights Watch, for instance, has received $100 million from the Open Society Foundation since 2010….

    =
    =====

….links between the judges and the NGOs are substantial. They include working for years as members of the board of directors or executive council of these NGOs; having teaching posts at institutes funded by them; being a salaried director of programs for the Open Society Foundation or associated NGOs; and undertaking other forms of paid work for them. The full list of these links can be found on pages seven and eight of the report.

The Sauron created by Tolkien had orcs, balrogs and all manner of evil beings to serve his cause.

Have The Robed Strasbourg Worms Finally Turned?

Yes, I know, dashed ungracious of me, why look a gift horse in the mouth, etc!

And why have I kept my own counsel for several days on the ECHR appeal chamber’s declaration that some savages ‘had “placed themselves in an unlawful situation when they had deliberately attempted to enter Spain…

    .

Spain has been beset by filthy savages for years..

…as part of a large group and at an unauthorized location, taking advantage of the group’s large numbers and using force.”

That’s a clear recognition of the facts, and the judicial conclusion, that  “they had thus chosen not to use the legal procedures which existed in order to enter Spanish territory lawfully, ” is what we here…

    =

The EU Commissioner for Home Affairs, Cecilia Malmstrom, said she was “very concerned” about Spanish police firing rubber bullets to deter migrants.  She added that the actions of any EU state protecting its borders should be “proportionate”, and should respect fundamental rights and human dignity.

Invasion! So Brussels Stabs Spain in the Back!

…and most Spaniards, and most likely every honest citizen in Europe, have been saying for years.

    Enter the lousy lefty lawyer.

These people were deprived of a review of the expulsion,” said Gonzalo Boye, a lawyer who presented the original case to the court.

    https://www.euronews.com/2020/02/13/spain-wins-european-court-appeal-over-rapid-migrant-deportations-from-ceuta-and-melilla

Better if a volley of gun-shots had deprived the savages of the ability ever to stage any further illegal incursions ever again!

So yes, of course I’m delighted with the ruling, and yet…

    • – and this is why I took time to read and ponder before writing anything about it –

…it seems so much at variance with the mad, bad and dangerous record of rulings by that same court over the years…

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

    =
    =====

…denying police the right to arrest law-breakers known to have violated border law!

    .

    ..

…and don’t let’s forget one very recent ruling, when it declared war on free speech, endorsing that Austrian ban on anything that might offend Islamist fanatics…

    https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2018/10/europe-rules-against-free-speech/574369/

…inevitably the thought occurs that a sensible ruling from that court is so out of character that those judges may find a way to reverse themselves if a similar case comes up.

Already all manner of powerful leftist pressure groups are in full whine mode, Enemy Within skunks like Wolfgang Kaleck, ‘the general secretary of the European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights, which supported the men in their case.’

American readers might wish to check out Kaleck’s involvement in Gitmo matters, but now he’s all fretty!

…” it will be perceived as a carte blanche for violent push-backs everywhere in Europe…

    Let’s hope so!

But before we sign off on this ( for now!)

Here’s what a quick toil through the internet brought up, in respect of whose clammy hand has topped up the coffers of Kaleck’s ECCHR!

Multi-year projects were made possible through the generous support of…

    .

    Wolfgang Kaleck

    Kaleck

Yes, Sauron is in league with this pro-crimmigrant clique, as he is with so many others!

    ….Open Society Foundations

      Me, too!
Not a phrase I like to use unless I really have to, but in this case your suspicions about the ruling are exactly the same as mine.
The ECHR judges have been hostile to both sense and sovereignty for years, but all at once they produce a judgement that chimes in with what any reasonable Spaniard, or Brit, must think. We would be odd not to wonder why.
It might just be that the judges have tumbled to the fact that ordinary people have a breaking point, and won’t put up with unelected elites misruling them.
Even so, like you, I wouldn’t put it past them to reverse themselves on a similar case in future.
The case for leaving their jurisdiction is still too strong to resist.

UK Infestation – How Many Maggots Crawling In Plain Sight?

As Britannia sleeps uneasily, her diaspora here on the far side of the world wake up to more news of the evil that festers and grows in The Old Country, evil indeed, one of whose many faces we see below.

    0000000

    Sudesh Amman
Sudesh Amman, the satanic swine shot dead in Streatham
    oooo

The satanic swine served only HALF the three years and four months it had been sentenced to – ‘for terror offences.’

Obviously anyone with a grain of sense is outraged, first by the ludicrously soft sentence- which some guest-dork on BBC News this morning (8.10am Jakarta time) just described as a ‘lengthy’ sentence! –  and then by that early release.

But before Tory ministers ( quite correctly) blame the rancid liberalism of a ‘justice’ system that countenances such imbecility, let’s remember who sat on their uncaring backsides in the Home Secretary’s hot-seat, and did NOTHING to remedy the rot.

    .

    .

Amber Rudd was one, a useless wretch indeed, but Theresa May was another, she who authorised the return from the Middle East of adherents of the ISIS rape-gang caliphate…

    .

    .

…., not to face the death penalty or even life behind bars, but to roam the streets, cosseted by ‘de-radicalisation’ clowns.

How did she dare, Theresa the Appeaser, to stand at the door of 10 Downing Street blubbering about ‘the country I love,’ having presided over the importation of jihadist vermin?

But Boris and Priti are different, I hear Tories say, and maybe Priti is.

But I heard that dork on the BBC rabbiting on, that, even if the British Government moves to end the madness of early release…

    .

    ..

…they can only tackle it in respect of terrorists sentenced henceforth, and are powerless to keep scum already sentenced under lock and key for the full term of their sentence.

    This is NOT ON!

Retrospective legislation is one option, not a well-liked one, ever since the Burmah Oil uproar decades ago, but would probably – certainly- be disallowed by the enemies of justice who sit on the European Court.

    .

    .

So internment is the answer, indefinite internment for every one of the enemy within – 25,000, is it? – under security surveillance.

    .

    .

Or do Bojo and Priti have the cojones to quit that absurd European Convention on Human Rights and repudiate the crack-pot court that enforces its insane ideology?

    ….

Crimmigrant Arson In Calais! Savages Still Amok! Thanks Again, Euro-Court!

On Monday night, a trucker in Calais drove his vehicle through a roadblock of burning pallets built by migrants hoping to hitch a ride to Britain.

    https://www.thelocal.fr/20190111/hide-and-seek-french-police-comb-channel-beaches-in-search-of-migrants

Fortunately, the driver, a Bulgarian, was only slightly injured, but the situation in northern France has clearly not changed greatly since the mayhem repeatedly reported during Le Retch Hollande’s presidency.

Migrant mob smashed Calais trucker over head with brick

Family escape attack byCalais migrants who launched metal pole

Calais over-run as migrants outnumber cops 18 to 1 –

Kent haulage boss tells of daily migrant attacks at Calais

Refugee crisis: Hundreds of migrants storm Calais motorway

Interestingly, nowhere in the long article on the wearisome chore undertaken by French police to locate and prevent illegal incursions aimed at the southern shores of England, which can actually be seen from France, does The Leftal, sorry, The Local, explain to readers why this problem exists.

We see no reason not to remind OUR readers of what we have said before.

The entire issue would never have arisen had not that accursed gang of robed rogues, the European Court of Human Rights…

    =

…declared that law-breakers may NOT be arrested and detained.

Not French law-breakers, of course, but illegal aliens.

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

Those judge-jerks are villains, who deliberately protect criminals from the consequences of their illegality.

Unless and until France finds itself with a government, a president, prepared to defy the arrogant swine in Strasbourg – and it won’t be Le Muppet Macron, who is as pro-crimmigrant as his buddy in Berlin – and instruct the police…

    =

Let illegal migrants go free, EU court orders..

    evil judge

that imposed shariah blasphemy diktats on every nation in Europe when they upheld that Austrian lady’s conviction for ‘insulting religion.’

Whether the Nuremberg Trials were judicially legitimate is open to debate, but their object was to eliminate the threat the victorious Allies saw in the remnants of the Third Reich.

Once the political Enemy Within is routed, and we hope that this year’s European ‘Parliament’ elections will see the first Continent-wide win in a war that will take some time…

‘Let’s Unite Europe!’ We Should Echo That Heroic Call!

…it would not be unreasonable to bring a lot of the legal lice out of their collaborationist courts and put them on trial for what they have done.

Democratise the courts. These judges should chosen by the people, not beehind closed doors in obscure machinations.
Failing that, they should be subject to recall by citizens.

No “People’s Vote” For Scots Parents! The Separatist ‘Brat-Charter!

    oo
    Whatever next?
    Abolish prisons?
    ====

“A consultation has already been undertaken into the Children (Equal Protection from Assault) (Scotland) Bill earlier this year and received more than 650 responses with almost 75 per cent of those in favour of the legislation.’

    Wow.

So about 400 Scots have endorsed this nonsense!

    sturgeon

The separatist SNP shrew, Sturgeon, likes referenda when she thinks they may go her way…

    SO…

Instead of a ‘consultation,’ which most Scots probably never noticed….
    Why not a referendum?
And if cost is an issue, synchronise.
    referndmlet peole vote

Hold a vote on the same day as the next elections for local councils, or for her provincial ‘parliament.’

Aaah, but the ‘ban has the backing of the Scottish Police Federation, Barnardo’s Scotland, the Church and Society Council of the Church of Scotland and the NSPCC.’

    Big deal.

    jesusmoneychangers

Presumably the church has already approved retrospective condemnation of Jesus for driving money-changers out of the temple by threatening them with corporal punishment?
Another unelected upstart, Scotland’s Children’s Commissioner Bruce Adamson, has jumped onto the bandwagon.
“We should never consider the assault of a child for the purposes of punishment to be justifiable,” he said.

    Klutz!

    Why the heck not?
“Scotland is one of the last countries in Europe to amend its law to protect children…”

Oh, well, if ‘Europe’ is okay with indisciplined brats going unpunished, that’s a clincher, yeah?

    ooo

My thoughts strayed back to another news item last month, not from Scotland but from England, near enough, surely, to be relevant!

Image result for The footage was shot while the teenager and a woman, 52, were arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer

…the teenager and a woman, 52, were arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer on Peel Street in the town on Monday evening. In the video, two police officers can be seen restraining the girl and, when the policeman hits her in the face, a bang can be heard as girl’s head collides with a metal shutter….the officer’s actions have divided opinion on social media with many people calling for the police officer to be sacked while others praise him for managing to handle the difficult situation….

You really need to wonder why RT or any media would proceed to seek comment from an ‘Occupy’ slug on anything, esp. something which has nothing to do with the subversive oaf.

…George Barda from the Occupy London equality and social justice movement…said his first reaction was shock and dismay.

Never heard of him, nor of anyone who would describe ‘Occupy London’ trouble-makers as campaigning for ‘equality and social justice’ when in fact they are subversive leftists.

    Never mind.

After all, the real issue here is why the anti-social little bitch was not slapped more often by her parents in years gone by.

Feral brats are not self-generating phenomena.

They exist today in vastly greater numbers than when I was that age simply because children rarely encounter proper discipline at home, good parents perhap intimidated by nutjob warnings…Ban smacking, children‘s tsar urges – BBC News…whilst at school those teachers who might be useful are denied the most effective means of deterrence, the cane in England and the tawse ( belt) in Scotland, thanks to degenerate ratbags on the European Court of Human Rights…

    =

    =

…and more specifically to the gutless John Major, who as PM at the time of the robed clowns’ ruling…

…ordered by John Major to toe the Government’s agreed line, the Education Secretary told MPs: “My own personal view is that corporal punishment can be a useful deterrent …

    =

….bowed like a servile creep and coerced his Cabinet colleagues too into subservience to the foreign fools, even though he had openly expressed his own approval for corporal punishment in UK schools not long prior to his u-turn.
He and Theresa The Appeaser are two of a kind – recall her still unexplained U-turn after she said the UK ought to withdraw from the Strasbourg Clown Court’s jurisdiction!
