    Brits! Be Warned If You’re Flyin’ With Ryan (Unfair) Air!

    No patriotic Brit who knows anything about Ryanair would ever willingly buy one of their tickets.

    That Eire alien Michael O’Leary, who runs the company, has stuck his arrogant nose into UK politics once too often…

    More Reasons To Eschew Alien Remainer’s Ryanair

    Michael O’Leary

    Let’s Ruin Ryanair – Boycott Europhiliac O’Leary!

    …well, more than once, to be sure!

    But now, thanks to a part of the media I don’t usually like, one of those publicly-funded propaganda outlets…

    …we learn of a non-political, entirely commercial, aspect of their operation which should make any would-be fliers think twice.

    Euronews has a longish report, but in a nutshell, a court in Spain has branded Ryanair’s ‘controversial cabin baggage policy ‘ as, wait for it…

    …’ABUSIVE!’

    The court had heard how the money-grubbing airline charged a woman TWENTY euros to take aboard hand luggage weighing only 10 kilograms on an inter-city trip from Madrid to Brussels.

    Ryanair was ordered to refund the rip-off impost AND was told that their policy..

     “curtailed the rights that the passenger has recognized by law” https://www.euronews.com/2019/11/20/spanish-court-rules-ryanair-s-cabin-baggage-policy-abusive-and-invalidShared

    But here’s what made me use this story – not the rip-off, but the sheer brazen arrogance of the culprit company’s reaction to the verdict!

    In a statement on Wednesday, Ryanair said: “This ruling will not affect Ryanair’s baggage policy, either in the past or in the future, as it is an isolated case that misinterpreted our commercial freedom to determine the size of our cabin baggage.”

    How uppity can this bunch get?

    Although the report says the judgement could not be appealed, we must remember that O’Leary has friends in very high, if publicity-shy, places..

    More Proof Of Strasbourg Slugs’ Dirty Tricks – Where’s That Green Left Lesbian Now?

    When even the Brussels Empire’s own judges have to rule that the Strasbourg Slugs are guilty of blatant political prejudice against patriot parties, it tells you all you need to know about how bad and biased the anti-democratic ‘European Parliament’ really is, and has been for years.

    The villain of the piece, or rather villainess ( if that suffix is appropriate to a far-left Green lesbian!) was an Austrian named Ulrike Lunacek, whose other main distinction during her MEP years was as a shrill advocate, unsurprsingly, for the sexually maladjusted.

    She also, interestingly, championed the cause of an alleged Balkan war criminal!

    see her wikipedia entry

    =

    Lunacek.Ulrike-6701 (16887025110).jpg

    The lesbian leftist Lunacek

    =

    But she’s in the news this week after the European Court convicted that ‘parliament’ of deliberate dirty tricks, when Lunacek and her colleages victimised the group of which UKIP was then a leading member.

    A brief quote or two from a leftwing newspaper shows how, when the (exclusively Europhiliac) panel of Strasbourg Slugs decided that the patriot group be issued with a demand to repay EU funds’ – to the tune of £148,000 – and a refusal to stump up  half-a-million euros to which the patriots were entitled…

    ‘…the bureau of the European parliament failed to guarantee impartiality!’

    The lesbian bigot, who, inexplicably was then (2016) ‘a vice-president of the parliament’ had ‘prejudged the issue before the contested decision relating to the 2015 financial year was adopted” –  AND the panel’s minutes revealed she was the only MEP to speak on the case during the meeting.

    ==

    Image result for prejudice meaning"

    =

    But she had made her partisan bigotry clear even before the hearing began!

    “It takes exceptional nerve to disparage the EU at every opportunity while illegally cashing in on EU funds” she ranted, and… in reply to a social media user, she also claimed that “fraudulent use of funds” had taken place.’

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/2019/nov/07/farage-fronted-group-of-meps-unfairly-treated-over-funds-rules-ecj-repay-anti-eu-parties

    This arrogant sow’s outbursts not only reveal her disregard for basic rules of fair judicial play but also show how the Europhiliac elite regard tax-payers’ money that falls into their hands as a kind of big yummy trough…

    =

    ..

    …into which they may shove their dirty snouts in order to push their adored ‘European Project’ –  but which is off-limits to democratically-elected MEPs with a mandate to fight back against the supranational agenda.

    Curiously, the Guardian reporter becomes quite guarded when it comes to what has become of this bigoted bint.

    Lunacek left the parliament in 2017 for unrelated reasons.

    Anybody know what those ‘reasons’ were?

      I had heard about this but you provide background on the main culprit which the Guardian concealed.

    ECJ Robed Rogues Extend A Helping Hand To Red Vermin!

    Most of you will have seen the barely-concealed gloat-reports in the left media about how those robed rats on the ‘European Court of Justice’ have lashed out at Poland, a rogue ruling…

    Poland broke EU law by trying to lower age of retirement for judges

    (That’s from The Guardian)

    …intended to ‘right a wrong’ allegedly done to certain ‘judges’ – except that those ‘judges,’ a significant number of them, were up to their necks in Communist evil.

    .

    .

    Communists are vermin, and deserve all they get.

    These dirty red apparatchiks really ought to have been hung, as collaborators with the Soviet Union which kept their country in subjugation from 1945 till the Solidarity liberation movement took power in 1981…

    ..

    ..

    ….setting off a chain-reaction across Eastern and Central Europe in which one communist despotism after another fell to the forces of freedom.

    .

    .

    Instead, these collabos ended up in well-paid positions of judicial power – outrageously – as if any communist were capable, then or now, of understanding, never mind dispensing, justice.

    The Polish patriot government has behaved with great restraint – no dramatic purge, no show-trials, opting for the gentler option of reforming the retirement age to get the swine replaced with decent Poles.

    And who steps in to lend a helping hand to these marxist collabo curs?

    .

    Who else but the highest judicial organ of the EUSSR.

    The article I link to gives chapter and verse about several of the quisling judges…

    …but I am content to let you read the details for yourselves.

    However, the conclusion reached ought to be read carefully, because I do not agree with some of what it says and I need to criticise it in part…

    If this report is factually correct, one thing is certain: a considerable number of senior judges on Poland’s Supreme Court have a past that cannot be a source of pride or confidence in the character of those who preside over important judicial business. Those who are actively working to reform the legal system in Poland will feel vindicated in their actions by this report.

    So far so good.

    But here’s where I think the writer goes astray.

    This is the context to the whole judicial reform debate which, as Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki often says, the western member states, the European Commission and the judges in the European Court of Justice simply cannot understand. The institutional memory of having to deal with the Nazi past following WWII is now too far in the past for parallels to be sensed. https://polandin.com/39288077/41-polish-supreme-court-judges-with-communist-past-report

    Far be it from me to dispute Mr. Morawiecki’s exculpation of the Euro-Commissars and the ECJ robed rogues, and the leaders of the ‘Western member states.’

    But I must!

    Of the last-mentioned, Mama Stasi Merkel knows very well  – from her own youthful collaboration with the Communist puppet regime in East Germany…

    Mama Stasi – Am I Unfair To Merkel?

    Did Kim Philby Advise Merkel On Treason Skills?

    …how the red tyranny was at least as evil as the Third Reich.

    And the rest of the Euro-elite?

    They’re rotten but not ignorant of history.

    None of them would ever express the view that the Nuremberg Trials and the de-nazification programme were inappropriate responses in 1945.

    No moral difference!

    So they FULLY understand what they are doing by succouring wicked communists, men and women whose enforced retiral was approved by a democratically elected Polish parliament with the endorsement of most ofthe Polish people.

    As we have said before..

    Malignant May Offers Sinn Fein A New Back-Stop Veto!

    I subjected myself to watching May’s pathetic speech…

    …in which she spewed forth her latest grovel-scheme and I carefully noted her new nonsense about the ‘back-stop.’

    She must have known from the get-go that her appeasement of our enemies in Eire would subvert any deal..

    .

    .=======

    ….hence my belief that she herself deliberately set out to sabotage Brexit.

    But many people might have missed the shameful phrase that popped up among her weasel words.

    As reported on the BBC, she had originally pledged in January, I think, to “seek the agreement of the Northern Ireland Assembly,” for any additions to her sell-out in Ulster, a completely empty pledge, because….

    =
    =

    …. ‘Westminster was only required to seek agreement, not to get it.’

    However!

    ‘This has now been toughened up.’

    Oh Yeah?

    “The Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive will have to give their consent on a CROSS-COMMUNITY basis for new regulations which are added to the backstop.”

    My capitals – important, because that terminology ‘ means that a simple majority vote of the assembly would not be enough.’

    In other words, as so often like her predecessors, like the architects of sell-out, Major and Blair, May is giving equal weight to the wishes of those loyal to Queen and Country, the unionists, and to the disloyal vermin of Sinn Fein, the scum who glorify Blood-Beast Adams and the late louse Martin ‘Murder’ McGuinness..

    =

    =

    She’s reiterated the Major/Blair refusal to include the basic democratic principle of majority rule in the governance of British Ulster..

    Typically the BBC seems more concerned about unionists exploiting this veto power, but that should be their right, if they feel they face an existential crisis, as they should, with Traitrix May at Number Ten!

    What is grossly offensive is the blithe, almost casual way the Demon of Downing Street (not for much longer, we all pray!) hands the power of veto to the evil republicans…

    =

    Why should terrorists hold veto power?

    =

    …who wish nothing but the destruction of the United Kingdom and the incorporation of all Ulster into the alien republic currently run by Juncker’s mincing little buddy Varadkar.

    .Related image

    =

    May doesn’t give a tinker’s cuss about Ulster.

    The BBC does, however, draw attention to the flimsy nature of May’s ostensible ‘promise,’ viz.

    What would happen if Stormont did veto any addition to the backstop is not entirely clear.

    All we can say for sure is that there is a mechanism in the Withdrawal Agreement that ultimately allows the EU to take “appropriate remedial measures” if the UK does not update the backstop.  .https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-48359882

    ‘Appropriate remedial measures?’

      We’re used to it, Ross, but nice to see you remind our fellow-British on the mainland how unfairly we get treated and the worst part is the different voting system, fixed to make sure that at least one of our 3 elected members is always a disloyal enemy of Ulster.

      I just heard that even though we vote today, our results are held back again, till after the weekend because a lot of the Continentals do their voting on Sunday!
      It is just a wee bit frustrating, keeping us in the dark like that.

    Read This As Polls Open – Report Slams Sly MEP Swine!

    A third of MEPs even declined to reveal addresses of their offices, gave addresses that could not be found on the map or simply refused to answer.

    That’s pretty bad.

    What have they got to hide?

    …investigations (brought together under The MEPs Project) had shown that many of these offices just did not exist….

    .

    The question above, and the stunning conclusion, come from a report on a case lost by a group of journalists  and you should note well that these are NOT ‘populist’ or ‘nationalist’ journos.

    Not at all.

    I’m looking at a page from the fanatically Europhiliac EUObserver.

    As they say themselves –

    We, the journalists from The MEPs Project who have co-signed this opinion piece do not share a political platform.

    We have very different opinions on the future of the EU.

    However, as reporters covering European affairs, we have one common objective: to hold elected officials accountable for their decisions as well as their use of taxpayers´ money.

    I’m not going to quote the entire report, but it’s worth noting that their indictment of ‘Europe’ is not ONLY of the Strasbourg Slug MEPs..

    .

    judgingjudges_header

    ….but also of the arrogant elitists on the ECJ – the very body to whose arbitrary rulings…

    .

    evil judge

    .

    …Theresa the Traitrix would have her sleazy deal, backstop and all, be subject.

    .

    eurocourt

    the European Court of Justice…decided that the MEPs’ right to privacy trumped our right of access to documents

    Euro-Jerk Judges laughing at the tax-payers?

    …..

    We thought the European Court of Justice would recognise the democratic public interest in this request.

    We thought the European parliament would share our concern and seize the chance to strengthen the legitimacy of the parliament.

    We were wrong on both assumptions.

    Given that reality, why would ANYONE in the UK want Britain to stay in a sty occupied by dirty, disreputable, greedy swine?

    .

    snout

    …..

    ……

    In 2019, all members receive €4,513 each month for keeping offices in their home countries while not on duty in Brussels and Strasbourg.

    This allowance comes on top of their salaries (€8,757.70/month), and in addition to reimbursements for travel costs (business airfare/first-class rail fare).

    They also receive allowances for living costs (€320/day). The office allowances represents more than €40m a year.

    Out of 748 MEPs at the time of our investigation in 2017, only 53 were prepared to show documentation for actual spending.https://euobserver.com/opinion/144827

    =====

    enjoy-its from europe

    ===

    As the journos remark…

    So much for transparency of public spending.

    We did not ask what tax the parliamentarians pay or how they otherwise use their salary.

    We were not looking for information about their private lives.

    Rather we asked for documents that the European parliament is supposed to have in order to verify that this public money is spent in accordance with the rules.

    This argument was not enough to break the privacy barrier, we were told by the court.

    Their final segment is headed, accurately, with the words, ‘Lost battle...’

    Thus, we lost the legal battle. Then there was the political reaction.

    On 31 January 2019 a majority of the Members of the European Parliament voted in favour of a change of the rules that govern their expenditures.

    It will in the future be made technically possible for individual MEPs to publish a voluntary audit of their use of the General Expenditure Allowance (GEA), the office money, on their official websites.

    That is to say:

    No demand for auditing.

    No obligations to document costs.

    No accountability of how the allowances are used.

    There’s a lot more, but anyone naive enough to contemplate a vote for Remain stooge shouldn’t need ANY more!

    f the European parliament rejecting responsibility and accountability.

    This is all the more surprising as now the EU commissioners and the top officials of the EU agencies publish details about their travel expenses.

      Is that so and if it is so, who gave Brussels the power to tell our UK media what they can and cannot publish?

        I’m afraid so, Diana. There are lots of laws about elections but as usual the UK has to do what it’s told by Brussels, or else.
        EU dictates are not to be challenged.

        I confirmed this from the BBC’s own website, and they admit that ‘there is an additional restriction in the UK for European elections…it is a criminal offence to publish exit polls or opinion polls which ask people how they’ve voted (anywhere in the EU) before 22:00 BST on Sunday 26 May.’

        British political leaders have never stood up to Brussels on this and I have never heard of any media protests either. To me, it’s not something I care much about, one way or the other but I don’t like any bossy rules from anywhere so I looked it up.

        The excuse is that if Brits vote for a left or right party, for example, today, then the Greeks or Italians (who vote on the weekend ) might be influenced by the British results, which is pretty illogical if you ask me, and insults the intelligence of the Greeks and Italians, as if they can’t think for themselves!
        In the USA results on the Atlantic coast are announced while Californians are still voting but nobody thinks that’s a problem.

    • “This marks the end of the outdated and stigmatising psychological testing of asylum seekers…”

    • Hell, why not give up checking anything at all?

    • That would be a return to pure Merkelist Doctrine, as espoused by Mama Stasi when she let the alien tsunami wash over Germany, unleashing violence and rapine on her people.

    Romania – Elites Aping Ceausescu, Kowtowing To Gaystapo?

    There’s been an eerie silence for months now on the Romanian referendum which the parliament there is required to hold after an unprecedented THREE MILLION citizens subscribed to a constitutional initiative.

    And according to a pro-family campaigner, this is due to the fact that the Romanian political class has done its best to block this move,

    The huge support for the pro-marriage amendment put forward by the Coalition for the Family in 2016…

    …which we reported back in September last year – True Solidarity Against Gaystapo – Karen’s Bucharest Battle  –  seems to be log-jammed, ignoring the will of three million citizens, says EDW’s Zeljka Markici.

    She’s a Croatian lady who coordinates Continent-wide campaigns in the heart of the Brussels Empire – an unwholesome place, where Liar Juncker’s junta lashes out public money to subsidise pro-queer so-called ‘NGO’ outfits like ILGA.

    EUSSR Splurges YOUR Money for Perverts to Lobby EUSSR!

    Speaking of those three million pro-decency Romanians, she warned the Europhiliac elite that “this is the strongest support ever expressed for such an initiative in the modern history of the country…

    …and it is the first time a citizens’ initiative has been used in Romania since the fall of communism in 1989.”

    Romanians have, only last month, been protesting against the corruption endemic in their political class…

    …but it’s not unfair to say that while economic corruption is deplorable, the stone-walling of the most powerful citizenship movement in the country’s democratic history is even more corrosive!

    Zjelka tells the stone-wallers that they have two options. Let them hear these voices, then let the citizens choose whether they want to protect marriage between a man and a woman.

    The other option?

    To choose to go in the direction of Ceausescu and take Romania back to the time of dictatorship.”

    I hope they will choose the first option,“says Zeljka.

    One might think that those politicians’ instinct for self-preservation will lead them to respect democratic practice.

    After all, in typically Communist fashion, Ceausescu spent most of his life holding democracy in contempt, and finally paid a fair and proper price for his evil marxist ways.

    Brexit Legal Forum? Good Idea!

    The Freedom Association is teaming up with the Hampden Trust and the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies to launch the

    Brexit Legal Forum

    ==========

    A most welcome move, given the paramount importance of legal sovereignty.

    The European Courts, both of ‘Justice’ and of ‘Human Rights’ are in the habit of issuing edicts which are either stupid or offensive. The latter court is part and parcel of the EUSSR system, whilst the former is based on the absurd European Convention established in 1951.

    It began as a reasonably rational agreement but has long since been perverted by left-liberal ideologues. The most obvious examples of this subversion of real European values are corporal and capital punishment.

    ==

    ==

    When the UK signed up as a founder member, both penalties were not only legal there but commonly in use.

    =

    =

    Yet due to the ascendancy of decadent liberalism on the ECHR benches, court diktats were issued ordering Britain to discontinue both.

    =

    =

    To his eternal shame, that little squirt John Major cravenly U-turned on corporal punishment, voting voted for its retention in schools then, only a short while later, abandoning principle PURELY to kow-tow to the robed clowns in Strasbourg.

    =====

    l’ll provide more details of the new forum when I have them myself, but currently am on even more of a vacation than is my usual life-style!

    PS

    Just got this link today!   http://www.brexitlegalforum.net/?utm_campaign=batn

    Fight On, Brave Magyars, Against ECJ's Robed Rats!

    And there are British Remoaners who want to continue the European Court of Justice’s interference in UK affairs?

    =

    =

    Madness!

    And even madder after the ECJ’s arrogant diktat demanding sovereign states bow down to the Euro-Commissars’  crimmigrant quotas.

    ====

    ====

    Merkel invited the bludgers in – she should carry the can!

    If Germans don’t appreciate the consequent cost to their public purse, they can act to fix the problem in just two weeks time…

    …by voting the evil bitch out of office.

    But that seems, inexplicably, unlikely.

    So what are Hungary and the other victims of the robed clowns’ ruling to do, about what their Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto condemned as the “rape of European law and values…”

    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-41177420

    Poles, Czechs and Slovaks should band together in organising strategies to resist this outrageous imposition.

    • Paradoxically, the ever pro-crimmigrant BBC included one clue to how resistance might be effected.

    Any EU country that accepts relocations from Italy and Greece also has the chance to screen them, and can reject them and deport them later if it finds security reasons to do so.

    Right!

    ====

    Hasil gambar untuk security vetting

    =======

    What’s required is strict vetting.

    Just as, during the Cold War, America did all it could to ensure that Communists were barred from getting into the country, so nowadays, facing a different ideological enemy…

    …………………….

    ..

    …sensible European governments should interrogate every would-be ‘asylum-seeker’ with a view to weeding out undesirables.

    First simple question – do you understand that Hungarian (or polish etc.) law is the only law that applies in Hungary.

    Any migrant who suggests that shariah law has any place in Europe should be instantly vetoed and interned until deportation can be actioned.

    More detailed questions might include –

    Do you repudiate the pernicious doctrine which incites people to offer violence to to ‘blasphemers’ and ‘apostates?’

    =

    =

    Other enquiries might encompass issues like FGM and polygamy.

    =

    =

    Those not prepared openly to denounce such barbaric practices should never be allowed into any civilised land.

    As we have noted before, naturally some, a lot, perhaps, will feel free to lie, taqqiya-style. Professional police interrogators ought to be able to get through that smoke-screen…

    =====

    ======

    ========

    …but if unwholesome elements do make it through, then careful monitoring for the rest of their lives will surely catch them out.

    Brits, of course, should express solidarity with the East and Central European nations.

    —-

    ====

    But first and foremost, all patriots within the United Kingdom MUST redouble their efforts to break totally with Brussels, strengthened in their determination by this evil edict.
